Starting the boarding for the December Bus...

My history if anyone is interested:-

DS1 in October 2012. Started ttc for dc2 last September. Got BFP in the November but MC'd at 5 weeks.
Fast forward to July, got another bfp. Started bleeding on August Bank Holiday weekend and found out we had MMC at 11 weeks. Had ERPC a week later. 5 weeks later after still getting positive hpts, found out the ERPC had been completely unsuccessful and had to have whole bloody procedure again.

Anyway. Now got my first proper period after all the above bullshit and hoping for bfp on or before the 18th December

Hi all

Just checking in. Hello to all the new people and tentative congrats to Rae

CD11 here and weird things are happening. (TMI ALERT!) I went for a run earlier and when I came back and had a shower I noticed that there was some brownish discharge in my knickers. Then when I wiped there was a tiny bit of pinkish brown. No idea what this could be. I'm a bit worried about it. I am due to speak to my GP on Thursday (hopefully) to get test results for possible PCOS so maybe I'll mention it. I think it's stopped now (but haven't checked in last hour or so). Anyone had this or have any ideas what it could be? Hope it's nothing serious. I'm starting to freak out a bit about my crazy cycles and what they could signify. It's made worse by literally everyone around me seemingly falling pregnant at the drop of a hat. Where's my baby??? Sorry for self indulgent rant but I had my fourth baby bomb in a fortnight today...

Kellz92 · 24/11/2015 22:08

Spotsondots i had that pinkish discharge when i conceived my daughter, so might not be bad but you can still mention it to your gp. And i know how you feel. In the last week 5 people i know have announced their pregnancy, im happy for them but its difficult. X

SeriousStuff · 25/11/2015 00:07

Spots do you know when you might've ovulated? Could it be implantation spotting?

Celen · 25/11/2015 06:41

Yes I was going to mention the same as Serious - what dpo or cd are you? When's AF due?

You ok Rae? Any further pics for us?

queenoftheworld93 · 25/11/2015 07:16

Spots it could be ovulation spotting.

AddictedtoGreys · 25/11/2015 07:39

heydiddlediddle we have the same ETD. Would be a fantastic xmas present wouldn't it Grin

Raeside · 25/11/2015 08:06

Morning all.

Well sadly I think it might be a chemical pregnancy. I got another v faint line on an IC this morning but also a very clear not pregnant on an FRER, as well as light pink spotting on about four occasions since yesterday.

It's CD30 today.

I'm sorry to bring a downer but I suppose it was technically a BFP either way, just one that didn't get the accommodation sorted out. Bah. I'm fully expecting AF to kick in imminently. Sick of waiting, tbh. Normally it's all on or all off, this pink stuff is weird.

Better luck to the rest of you!

SeriousStuff · 25/11/2015 09:10

Raeside I'm so sorry to hear that. Will you test again or just wait for AF?

Raeside · 25/11/2015 09:18

SeriousStuff I think I'll just wait now! If this is a chemical pregnancy, and tbh I'm not sure what else it could be, then the last two upduffs I've had have been no good. It's a bit disheartening. I'll have a think.

It just feels like an project I'm managing very badly and it's very annoying I can't get it completed! I should say though that I think Preseed helped with conception for us - both times I've had a bfp since DS1 were after using it.

All good and here's fingers crossed for more proper bfps on this thread...

findingmyfeet12 · 25/11/2015 09:19

Hello everyone

Age 36
TTC #1

I'm new to this thread but I thought I'd join for a bit of support. We've been trying on and off for 8 years.

I'm due to start stim drugs for my first IUI attempt in a week or so. I've been prescribed three attempts before hopefully trying IVF.

Ad usually arrives on around the 1st of the month so I'm just waiting for that before I start the dreaded injections.

I haven't read the thread so I'm just going to go back and read it all now!

SeriousStuff · 25/11/2015 09:55

Welcome finding! And good luck getting your BFP.

Rae it sounds frustrating - especially because once you've DTD, it's really out of your control. FX it will happen for you soon.

I'm trying not to jinx my own attempts with symptom spotting but I can't help it. I'm massively bloated, breasts are huge and uncomfortable and yesterday and today I've felt decidedly nauseous. It reminds me a bit of symptoms I had before my DC1's BFP, but my body has changed so much since then, I can't trust it. These could be down to a number of things and it's still too early to test - I'm on Cd23. Driving myself only slightly insane...

Mimilicious013 · 25/11/2015 11:05

Sorry Raeside ,what u are going through must be difficult.are you still spotting ?keep us posted and all thoughts with you !!
Serious u are not alone in this symptom spotting.insane is the right word to explain what ttc entails.mmm cd23 could mean that implantation cld have happened already so they might just be true symptoms to your bfp fx fx for u!!
lots of baby dust to u Finding and welcome.

Mimilicious013 · 25/11/2015 11:31

Spots how are u now ?at cd11 could it be ovulation.fx its something positive.abt everyone getting pregnant around you,it seems like the norm when ttc.i now have this grin when i pass my congratulations and wish so much its me next.

jauntyofarabia · 25/11/2015 12:01

Oh Raeside that must be so beyond frustrating, take care of yourself and try and relax for the next week and give yourself lots of little treats and biscuits Smile

I am seconding the baby bombing, these birth / pregnancy announcements are EVERYWHERE - I think I'm going to take some time away from Facebook. Not that I'm not genuinely delighted that others are getting their babies, just wish we had ours too.

I am buying A LOT of new baby gifts at the moment (and enjoying it), its just not healthy for my baby obsession - I've spent so much time online shopping for muslins, outfits etc that my mouse is starting to click on the moses basket / pram pages and I have my ideal pram picked out. I fully realise this is insane Blush

Polgara25 · 25/11/2015 12:31

Jaunty - we're on cycle ONE and I had my ideal pram picked out six months ago... Blush

Part of my brain is convinced that it's 1906 and nothing but a coach-built silver cross will do...... Grin

Celen · 25/11/2015 12:40

So sorry to hear this Rae, thinking of you x

bailey23 · 25/11/2015 13:09

Rae sorry to hear your news! I can't imagine what your going through, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you for next time!!

Well I'm on CD18 and I've got a very small amount of brown discharge, started last night after we DTD, now I've just been to the loo and its there again. It isn't enough for a pad or tampon, it's not very strong coloured but it is there ... What is it? I've never had this before and don't know if it's a good sign or what?? I usually get spotting for a couple of days before AF but it's too early for that, but it can't be implantation, can it? Or is it ovulation? If so surely I'd only have had it last night, not this afternoon too?? Arrrrgggghhhh silly body giving me confusing things to fathom out and deal with!!

findingmyfeet12 · 25/11/2015 14:05

Sorry to hear that Rae.

Jaunty, I've started re-watching every episode of One Born Every Minute. I've also started browsing for baby things online. A close family member had a baby 4 months ago so I've relished doing some baby shopping for her.

Sodasoda · 25/11/2015 14:28

Hi everyone!

New arrival on the bus!
Im 33 TTC #1 and on cycle #8

I was on the November bus but not very active because there was nothing too report and I ovulated late so will be testing in December so made sense to move over here! I've read through and will be more active on this bus - promise! Im 6dpo currently and due AF on 3rd December. Really going to try not to test until AF late because BFN tests get me down! Blush

Waves to everyone!

Spotsondots · 25/11/2015 16:58

Don't think I could be implantation as I'm only cd12 and usually my cycles are 30d or longer. Not heard of ovulation bleeding (goes off to google). I'm really irregular so no clue when I ovulate but my CM doesn't seem overly fertile. I still had a tiny bit of brown stuff today. Not even really enough for a panty liner. Tis odd.

Sorry Rae to hear your news. Thanks

Welcome to the new bus passengers!

Sodasoda · 25/11/2015 17:05

spotsondots - it could indeed be ovulation spotting if it's that time in your cycle! Do you do OPKs or temping or anything to help you pinpoint the timing? Worst mentioning to your doc if you're seeing them though.

Spotsondots · 25/11/2015 17:18

Hi soda

I haven't started temping yet, though thinking of getting a thermometer for next cycle. I have only just downloaded the fertility friend app. I don't use the OPK sticks as my GP advised me they were pretty unreliable in women with PCOS (waiting for results to confirm/exclude this but GP thinks I'm quite likely to have it). DH and I did practise our baby making skills last night(!) so if it is ovulation then hopefully we can catch the eggy! He's away tonight so hopefully last night will do the trick!

Kellz92 · 25/11/2015 17:40

Rae im so sorry to hear this. I went through that in March.

Im on CD8 now, patiently waiting to ovulate x
