Starting the boarding for the December Bus...

My history if anyone is interested:-

DS1 in October 2012. Started ttc for dc2 last September. Got BFP in the November but MC'd at 5 weeks.
Fast forward to July, got another bfp. Started bleeding on August Bank Holiday weekend and found out we had MMC at 11 weeks. Had ERPC a week later. 5 weeks later after still getting positive hpts, found out the ERPC had been completely unsuccessful and had to have whole bloody procedure again.

Anyway. Now got my first proper period after all the above bullshit and hoping for bfp on or before the 18th December

My temp today went down 1.3 degrees from yesterday. I'm 4dpo (maybe 5 if I go by how I think i felt ovulation on Monday) so is that an implantation dip?! Or is it too extreme a drop and I was actually feverish the last couple of days? Ugh my head is spinning.

I caved I'm 8/9 DPO and did a test. BFN unsurprisingly. Will try again maybe Tuesday. AF isn't due till next Sunday so it's still early. Just need to have a reason for this diarrhoea!

snow I have no idea when it comes to temps, I've not/am not going to temp otherwise I'll just get even more obsessive! When are you going to start testing?

If it doesn't work this month I'll be dtd every 2 days from when af stops, and every day when cm changes.

Tested yesterday at cd27 approx 10dpo. BFN on a 10miu. Totally thought I was out. Just tested today, not FMU, and got the faintest ever line! It's so faint, I've just turned the brightness settings up one phone and edited it in all different contrasts to see if I can get it to show more clearly and can just about see it. Feeling pretty hopeful?! Not going to tell OH until it's clear...

Zazzles I'm going to see if my temp goes back up tomorrow. I made the eternal mistake of googling 4/5dpo big temp drops and there's quite a few early bfps but also quite a few it was nothing's. So I'm swaying between excitement just in case and inevitable disappointment because that's the more likely outcome. Lol. Headf*ck indeed.

bug you moan away my lovely I'd be climbing the walls. How annoying! So sorry you are in limbo. I'm sure we had one poster on this thread with a string of BFNs waiting for AF which didn't show and eventually resulted in PG? Fx either way you get out of limbo soon

Thanks jazz Going to do another test when OH has gone out later (I have a few cheapies left).im still not totally convinced but if it's darker by Wednesday (when dd2 is away for a sleepover) Im going to put dd2 in a big sister tshirt and see if he notices. Or maybe I should wait until Christmas Eve and wrap a digital?

Thanks for the sympathy everyone - feeling better today - doesn't hurt to talk, but still hurts to eat stuff I have to chew a lot. Might have to drink some mulled wine to get through it!

I may also have bought some cheapy early of tests plus a clearblue digital to add to my FRER collection. They arrived this morning and DH was like "I hope you haven't got me loads of presents, honey?!" No dear. Obviously I'm not telling him what they are... Still hiding the crazy!

AF turned up for me yesterday, I won't lie I had a teary eye

Trying to look on the plus side, its a boozy smoked salmon and pate filled Christmas for me, DH and I are flying back to the UK for Christmas and I am really excited even though we are spending Christmas with my MIL Its hard to get nice pork pate, sausage stuffing etc etc where we are in the Middle East so I am going to stuff my face.

Also on the plus side, I had much stronger PMS symptoms this month and I had a 'regular' 28 day cycle so I am hoping that this is a sign the pill is really getting out of my system.

And while I'm back in the UK I am going to treat myself to some CB OPks and stock up on those pre-natal vitamins because i'd have to remortgage my house to afford CB OPKs here

Day 10 post ovulation. Holding out on testing at the moment! None in the house anyway!

nene I trested myself to a two pack of FRER to supplement the Internet cheapies (bought 30 ov and 15 pg sticks on Amazon for £7.50!!). I'm about dpo10 on Xmas eve eve too so trying to hold out. Fx for you!

Hi Minnie never too late to join the mad house. The 2ww is brutal! I had a false positive opk two weeks before I definitely OV'd a week ago so it feels like a 3ww with one to go! Gah!
