Starting the boarding for the December Bus...

My history if anyone is interested:-

DS1 in October 2012. Started ttc for dc2 last September. Got BFP in the November but MC'd at 5 weeks.
Fast forward to July, got another bfp. Started bleeding on August Bank Holiday weekend and found out we had MMC at 11 weeks. Had ERPC a week later. 5 weeks later after still getting positive hpts, found out the ERPC had been completely unsuccessful and had to have whole bloody procedure again.

Anyway. Now got my first proper period after all the above bullshit and hoping for bfp on or before the 18th December

sakura sorry to hear about AF, but I like your idea of a treat. I'm wondering weather to promise myself something daft if AF arrives as a treat to try and counter the BFN blues, assuming that happens. Anyone else play similar mind games with themselves?! Just under a week left until I test.

Hi all, been trying to keep away a bit but just catching up now. Congratulations to those who've got their BFPs!

Now in 2WW. I must've ovulated pretty damn hard this time as I had 3 days of detectable OPK lines instead of the usual one. Almost had EWCM and all which is progress .

Re: Agnus Castus, very difficult to say so far. I fell pregnant in my second month of AC (but then had an MMC) so restarted taking it after me second ERPC in October. I'll see if it's helped if AF does turn up till after cd30 I guess.

I ended up testing Friday as I had my work Xmas party and wanted to know if I could drink, was a bfn. It is too soon as af not due till Tuesday and in my previous pg I've not had a line till a week or so later anyway.

I'm thinking it's going to be a no this month, just got a feeling. Hey ho, boozy Xmas awaits!

I haven't posted for a few days as I have been on a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. I re-tested a couple of days after my shadow line and got a clear BFP on Tuesday. However since then on tests line has not got darker, only very very faint or BFNs. BFN this morning I think it looks like I had a chemical pregnancy, as surely since Tuesday the line would have darkened if I was still pregnant. No AF yet, she is due Monday.

Owlina sorry about the BFN, fx you get the BFP in a few days time. Are you planning on testing again soon?

Celen how annoying about the opks! Maybe they did that thing where the surge came in an afternoon and then went by the time you next tested. Would you usually have oved by now?

pumpkin that's sounds like a nightmare, how upsetting to have that result. I don't know anything about chemical pregnancies, but as you are not due till Monday, i guess it could just be too soon?

I'm not planning to test again until next Friday, af due Tuesday, so if not here by Friday I'll test then.

My ov day usually varies between 14-19 so not unknown to be late but it's not a good sign as it'll mean my luteal phase is shorter

Thanks for the support it weirdly actually makes me feel so much better to talk to women who understand. This ttc business is quite isolating.

Celen sorry for your loss in November as mimi said keep up the dtd and maybe you have will have caught a sneaky egg. I have never used opks so I can't offer any useful advice but fx for you.

Owlina I hope AF stays away! I got hit by a big wave of nausea at lunchtime today and have spent all afternoon, including now, trying not to throw up (sorry for tmi) so I am holding on to straws of hope that maybe I am not out until AF is actually here

Hell yeah !!this is the only month of ttc that won't be too depressing because u get to enjoy the booze and everything the festive season has in store.

I succumbed to temptation and did a FRER this afternoon but was a BFN, not even a sniff of a second line! I'm not surprised as we hadn't really tried this month and I don't feel like I'm pregnant but it has made me realise that I do actually really want to get pregnant whereas before I was umming and ahhing about when would be the best time. So my next fertile window is over Christmas and we are going to go for it then. A little bit tricky as we'll be staying with relatives but where there's a will there's a way! X

BFN for me on a FRER this am but I have had a temp rise this morning so maybe triphasic pattern starting. I am only 10DPO so hope yet! Fingers crossed for you queen and everyone else testing now x

I don't think I've ov-d this month which is so shit as I didn't ov last month either (after my ERPC). That's a fucking fortune I've wasted on CB sticks and another two months wasted where I won't have even have a chance of getting pregnant. Add that to the fact it was a missed MC in Sept and they fucked up my first ERPC, I've wasted 6 months of this whole goddamn year and nothing to show for it. I am furious
