Starting the boarding for the December Bus...

My history if anyone is interested:-

DS1 in October 2012. Started ttc for dc2 last September. Got BFP in the November but MC'd at 5 weeks.
Fast forward to July, got another bfp. Started bleeding on August Bank Holiday weekend and found out we had MMC at 11 weeks. Had ERPC a week later. 5 weeks later after still getting positive hpts, found out the ERPC had been completely unsuccessful and had to have whole bloody procedure again.

Anyway. Now got my first proper period after all the above bullshit and hoping for bfp on or before the 18th December

I'll probably do both jaunty!

Bug I'm on CD28 of potentially a 34 day cycle. The nausea has been overwhelming so would've been shocked not to even get a hint of a line this month!

Ah this is driving me insane. Just POAS. Knew it was pointless as am only 7DPO, but had to do SOMETHING! Obviously no line. Am now telling myself that I shouldn't be so stupid as to be disappointed as it will be at least Thursday before anything might possibly show anyway…. Anyone got any tips on how not to drive myself crazy?

Fine I know how you feel! Over the weekend I convinced myself I had symptoms even though we only DTD twice over my fertile window. Now it's Monday and back to normality I think I was just being silly.

I had a BFN from my IC this morning, but only 10dpo (I think) so will try again probably Wednesday.

I would be due to test next Wednesday as that's when AF is due. I've got a Christmas party on Friday so considering that might be a reason to test early (to find out whether to drink or not) but I think I'm just being a bit mad. God I hope we don't have to wait a long time for a BFP otherwise I'll go potty!!!

Bug enjoy your drink one last time before your bfp.do u think it wld affect the back if its before af.i indulged myself in some wine this weekend and u are making me feel guilty incase i get my bfp

Tina - ETD is either when AF is due or earlier depending on what brand of test you have/when the crazies set in. Celen makes a good point above about generally testing 10 days post ov; my first month TCC so not an expert.

finding hang in there lady - just starting my first 2ww myself and I know I'm going to go a bit mental too.
Mimi and Bug - in a similar situation; xmas party on 10th, no idea when AF actually due as 1st cycle but thinking of testing on 10th to try and inform drinking habits. I've no idea how I'm going to hide it from everyone; think I'm just going to have to be generous and buy lots of rounds so I can order a tonic water disguised as G&T for myself. Anyone have any tips?

Mimi I'm still behaving as though I'm not pregnant until I actually have a BFP but if it's going to be a BFN I'd rather know and be able to fully enjoy all the free booze and wine without worrying

I had a positive OPK today, DTD last night and will again tonight, and tomorrow.

Hi everyone, I'm 11dpo today and being very restrained and not tested yet - don't know how I've managed it! AF due Wednesday/ Thursday so really going to try and not test unless AF is late - so Friday. Sick of seeing BFN!

I'm getting lots of creamy discharge this month - gross! And also (TMI alert!) but I had a bit of pink-ish blood after DTD with DH on Saturday (so 9dpo). I thought AF was making a ridiculously early appearance but nothing at all since then. It's never happened before. And it was just normal sex btw!

Anyone POAS in next couple of days? So hard to keep up with bus as moves so fast!

Sodasoda, my AF is due same as you, and completely understand the delay in testing because you want to keep the hope for as long as possible! You sound like you have been trying for a while? I've been trying for over a year, on and off. Was up all last night convinced I was pregnant, had weird stomach feeling and ridiculously soar boobs. But this morning I'm feeling like AF will come on and that my stomach symptom was more of an upset stomach than pregnancy! That'll teach me for symptom spotting! Thinking about IVF in the new year. We've had fertility tests and all ok, it's more that we're a it older and if it takes too long to get pregnant then we'd be too old to have children (pressure!).

hanste this is month 9 TTC. So not ages but long enough to start to worry and feel pretty impatient to be honest. When we first started we joked about how we might have a baby at Christmas, it never even crossed my mind I wouldn't be pregnant by Christmas
Feels like I'm doing everything I can. I've started acupuncture and am also temping for the first time this month. Feeling hopeful but trying not to be too hopeful if you know what I mean.

Shall we test together on Friday if AF late?

Err Soda that pinkish wipe on Saturday may well be an implantation bleed? So you may not be out just yet!

Hey everyone, I'd like to hop on too with my very first post please!

I'm 28, only stopped taking my pill a couple of weeks ago, haven't had a period yet - I was on Zeletta (which you don't have a break with) for around 6 months so haven't had one in a while so not really sure what my cycles are like.

Looking forward to following everybody's journeys & hopefully getting a BFP (I'm still learning some of these acronyms!) of our own very soon :)

Thanks celen I did wonder about that. It was strange, there was a bit of pink blood when errrr DH 'finished' and then when I wiped but nothing at all since then Going mad, don't know how I'm holding out not testing, I guess I just like the hope at the moment!

Today I felt nauseous cutting a lemon and my coffee tasted like dishwater, but think that's cos I have this nasty sore throat that's been making the rounds. Also had spotting, but that's normal for me. Definitely not doing any symptom spotting whatsoever...

FF has put my cycle at 32 days this month but I'm usually 27 so could technically test Friday or Sat. GAH!
