So sorry to read that you're going through all of this, Imps. Thinking of you today. Brooking for a positive result Thanks

Good news about your scratch date, keep. And in the meantime, have a lovely day out today.

We have a relaxing day planned, mostly consisting of taking our MolotovDog for a nice walk and then chilling watching Christmas films later.

I'm on CD15 and aside from some niggly uterine pain earlier in the week, haven't felt anything resembling ovulation (I expected to feel something yesterday or the day before). I haven't even got my usual boob pain. So, I think either a) my new medicine is having an effect on ovulation or b) as it is a drug which reduces inflammation, perhaps it has reduced inflammation - and therefore pain - in my boobs?

(Sorry to talk about my boobs so much).

I love a bit of boob talk Mol

Odd re: ovulation. Can you try ov predictor next month if it doesn't become clear when ov is?

keepitgoing · 05/12/2015 19:36

Never too much boob talk

imps blood test news?

mol have you used opks before? I like them as then know when AF will arrive

Imps9 · 05/12/2015 19:56

No news - the EPU closes at 2.30pm on a Sat so they didn't think I'd get them back today. I will phone tomorrow morning.

How is Brum Keep??

Had a lovely but knackering day cooking a roast lunch for 8 of us and putting our Xmas decs up. Our lounge looks so pretty! Love Christmas.

Imps9 · 06/12/2015 10:24

Morning lovelies

Hormone levels have dropped to 430 but annoyingly the bleeding has stopped. So now in the ironic position of actually wanting bleeding to start and for everything to come out. Please can you all do your best AF dances so she arrives promptly?

keepitgoing · 06/12/2015 12:51

Oh imps :( :( did they do another scan? Could you have already passed it?

Kip has vomited x5 since 0330. Three sleeping bags and changes of clothes. Yawn

Pastamancer · 06/12/2015 15:05

Poor Kip, sleep her on towels if you aren't already, it's much easier to just swap a towel and you will probably have plenty of spares too.

Imps it's totally shit that you are going through this. When I had my MC I was 11 weeks but the embryo was only 2mm long so had stopped developing a while before. I had definite painful contractions and it was very obvious when I passed it. I had to go for another scan a couple of weeks later to check that nothing had been retained, have they booked you in for one? My SIL had a MC a couple of weeks before me and she had a partial retain so had to go in and have it sorted. Brooking for you that you follow me and it is as quick and easy as possible so that you aren't suffering for as long.

Imps9 · 06/12/2015 18:23

Oh poor Kip. It is a bug? Really hope you don't get it too Keep.

Pasta MC at 11 weeks must have been hard as. I thank my lucky stars that I have lost all of mine so early on. I definitely definitely haven't already MCd Keep - the bleeding has been dark brown and not clotty at all and the pain that I had on Thurs/Fri was not MC pain, it was more of a stitch particularly bad up my bum. Am expecting the mother of all clots to pass, as well as dizziness and bad period pains which definitely haven't happened yet. Thank god I've had the blood tests, otherwise I'd still be thinking there's a chance of being being diffed, what with the bleeding stopping. I've got another blood test tomorrow morning and they will give me some advice to what to do next.

I'm really okay, as is Mr Imps. We've had a lovely weekend with our respective families and have lots to look forward to and be very happy about. We're going to stop trying naturally and wait for IVF - hopefully it will work and if not, well, it won't and there's not much we can do about it.

But for now, I will drink wine, crochet and watch Strictly! Who on earth would want more than that?!

Imps9 · 06/12/2015 18:24

Oh and when I say "the mother of all clots", I mean apart from the placenta. I hear that's pretty big.

Pastamancer · 06/12/2015 19:49

Yep, placentas are rather large. I asked to see mine each time and I believe my reaction was along the lines of "Fuck me, look at the size of that Shock" :o With DD2 I managed to make a placenta big enough to support twins hence bleeding so much I lost 2L and had to be taken to theatre afterwards

QueenMolotov · 07/12/2015 07:28

In answer you your question, keep and Imps, I have used OPKs before. If my ov pattern has changed, it is worth using them again. I'm at point in my cycle where usually I would have definitely ov'd and would have very sore boobs. They're very mildly tender now - nothing compared to their usual soreness, which is a relief in some ways, but typically a change when I'm used to particular cues! I have also had sharp sensations low down in my belly, so don't know if I've ov'd late this month.

How is everyone? How are you this morning, Imps?

keepitgoing · 07/12/2015 07:39

That'll be implantation mol Grin

OK here, kip is a little better, and off with her daddy today

QueenMolotov · 07/12/2015 09:09

It must be, keep! Sorry to read that your dd has been poorly and I'm glad to read she's perking up. Sick bugs are really horrible for everyone x

OP posts:
keepitgoing · 07/12/2015 09:41

Yeah it'll be a miracle if I avoid it since we slept with her face in mine and her hand entwined in my hair...

keepitgoing · 07/12/2015 09:42

Brooking for it all to happen quickly lovely imps

Imps9 · 07/12/2015 11:21

Morning everyone. Did you get any sleep Keep? Hope Kip is a lot less vommy today.

Definitely implantation Mol. When can we expect your BFP?

Bleeding has come back today but is only old blood still. Come on AF you're always so bloody eager to arrive - now's your chance! Had my bloods done again so will find out later what the drop is. The nurse said they expect the HCG levels to half in a 48 hour period - mine went from 479 to 430, so hopefully it will have upped the pace over the weekend.

QueenMolotov · 07/12/2015 11:52

Please do keep us posted with your blood result, Imps. I hope if it's going to happen, it happens quickly. I'm obviously really hoping that your HCG is up and that you stop bleeding.

keep, I hope that you have a cast-iron immune system like my DH and avoid your dd's bah vom-bug.

My AF is due on the18th.

OP posts:
keepitgoing · 07/12/2015 12:54

Come on imps' AF!

Not till the 18th mol plenty of time for symptom spotting!

Imps9 · 07/12/2015 13:23

Awesome work Keep - proper bleeding has started. Hurrah!

QueenMolotov · 07/12/2015 13:31

I know, keep! I don't very much like Mother Nature's waiting game.

Bah, Imps. But good I suppose, as I'm brooking you will soon start IMSI and then get an instant and lasting BFP.

OP posts:
Imps9 · 07/12/2015 13:54

Ouchy ouchy ouchy - the cramps are ramping up too now. I feel that paracetamol will be my friend for the next couple of days.

Yes, IMSI in April/May will most certainly work and I am brooking no argument!

keepitgoing · 07/12/2015 14:28

Are you at home imps? IMSI will deffo work!

Imps9 · 07/12/2015 14:58

No at work today. Happily I'd already arranged to WFH tomorrow which will be a bit more convenient.

Imps9 · 08/12/2015 07:16

The bleeding's stopped again! Angry Come the fuck on love - what are you waiting for?!?

keepitgoing · 08/12/2015 08:03
