Hi, have you retested? What brand did you use and how many dpo are you?
I have read a LOT about early test results and evap lines etc, but one thing which is always failed to be mentioned is the fact that women who aren’t pregnant DO still have HCG in their urine. It’s just a very small amount; between 0-5mIU/mL. So I personally think that it’s possible that when we sometimes see a very faint line hours later, it’s because all the urine has evaporated and the minute amount of HCG present, can cause some discolouration in the test area. But essentially, time will tell!
I have a 10-week-old baby who I’m exclusively breastfeeding, and I’m also on the pill because we are certain we don’t want anymore. We have had sex twice...once about 3 weeks ago and then again a week later. And I think I’m pregnant because I took a Clearblue test and hours later, there was a faint positive on it. So I am really kind of hoping that evap lines aren’t a myth! Or that my (low levels of) HCG has been detected.
