Ds sleep is awful again. Can't wait for the sleep clinic, I'm exhausted.

I hope I get a good sleeping baby, my last two were awful sleepers so I know how you feel. Hope it gets better for you soon x lack of sleep is the worst when you have kiddies to look after x

Do u know when u'll have the sleep clinic yet ducky ?

Think my DS1 needs that.
Would be amazing if one day i could take him to bed at 7pm and he falls straight to sleep by himself and stays asleep all night :) then I can have an evening to relax and do what I want.
DS2 fell asleep at 9:30pm last night and didn't wake till 5:30am!
He sleeps so well!

It's mid Feb can't remember the date. From what I heard though, it won't be much help. More or less tell you what you can read online.

It's just awful how they make u wait so long just to get the referral then not do a lot :(

DS1's chicken pox it a lot better :) the small spots are almost gone, the big ones are scabbed over and look to be healing too :) which is good!
DS2 hasn't got it yet :s does that mean he won't get it or does it take a while to come out?

Oh I found out the Feb appointment is the sleep clinic apparently the appointments usually take longer to come through but mine was deemed urgent so I got a cancellation appointment. But from what I heard they will just tell me about cc/self settling/routine etc and I already know all of that

Am hoping to get ds booked in for some skin prick tests to see if he is allergic to anything else too.

I have no idea about the chicken pox aren't some people immune to it? Or maybe I just made that up.

Oh I see!! Well hopefully they will do more ducky :/

Can anyone book a skin prick test for the allergies ducky? Would be interesting to do the boys.

I've no idea about the chicken pox either! He's still not got them so I'm just crossing my fingers that he's not gonna get them

One more day then DS1 is at nursery and I can finally properly tidy whilst DS2 is asleep

I have no idea, if ds is still sleeping bad it is worth a trip to the gp I think. It took a lot of battling to get this sleep appt but if you say you know someone who got a referral they should refer you. Until I found out about someone else's referral they completely denied the sleep clinic existed. Should think once one of them is under a pead it should be easy to get a skin test.

Well I nearly went on that tv programme 'the three day nanny' but backed out at the last minute which I wish I hadn't! N that was all to do with DS1's sleep etc. Would love to be guaranteed a full nights sleep with him.

Also I think DS2 has reflux as he spits up so much milk he soaks a Muslin sheet after every bottle. He's sick inbetween bottles too. Gonna speak to HV on Thursday n see if I should change to anti reflux milk

Ahh poor ds2, hopefully the stay down milk will help.

Hopefully his sleep will go back to normal once he is back at nursery and back in his routine.

Ds had another awful night last night.

I hope lulu is ok, we haven't heard off her in a few days.

Both DS's slept bad last night :( DS2 was up till 12 am just feeding small bits at a time but seeming uncomfortable, then up again at 3 for another bottle but didn't drink it all. And DS1 was up around half 3 and ended up in my bed as I was feeding DS2.

Sorry to hear ur DS slept bad again ducky :( was he up a lot?

I don't understand how they sleep so bad? Surely they are exhausted?

And yes I hope Lulu is alright too. Do u think she's gone to PIL's already?

Hi ladies. Baby was born on Saturday night and is doing well. He was hard work to deliver but worth every min of it. Hasn't fed very much in the last 24 hours though, just doesn't seem interested at all.

He was up until around midnight, then a few short wake ups and up at 5 I went to the appointment today, took ages to get there. When I got there I found out I read the letter wrong and his appointment is Wednesday

Sunny!!!! Congratulations! Hope the birth wasn't too bad. Are you still in hospital? Ds had problems with feeding when he was first born too

Aaww well done sunny!!! :) congrats :) my DS had to be woken up every 3 hours for a feed due to testing his blood sugars n it was a struggle to get him to feed.

My ds1 is still awake now!! Why won't he sleep ? I'm so tired! Thank god its nursery tomorrow!

My DS's have slept so bad. DS1 is just refusing to fall asleep and it's near 1am by the time he did. And DS2 sounds awful :( he was coughing tele bad. Kinda like a smokers cough. He's got his jabs Thursday so I hope he's not getting ill :(

Thanks. He has started to feed better now but think he's probably going to Join your ds club for not sleeping hardly slept at all last night and is now sleeping soundly lol
Kids are off school with a cold so it's all go go go.

DS loved going back to nursery ducky. But surprisingly he fell asleep at nursery because he's not sleeping well at night

Cupcake I have no idea what they are thinking! But when they are teenagers we will get our revenge!

When I got to my appointment (I got the right day this time) she told me he was meant to be discharged today but they're keeping him on, he has been referred for skin prick test things but the place he will have to go for them is far away. Boo!

Oh no how come u have to go far for them?

DS2 has his 1st jabs today :( I don't want to take him. It sounds strange but I was so strong when I took DS1 and never cried but this time I don't want anyone to hurt DS2.
I think it's cuz I'm worried about the meningitis jab as they said it makes them poorly for a few days. I'm just worried I'll end up going A&E if he gets rele poorly.
Don't want him to cry!! :(

He will be fine cupcake. Have you got anyone that can go with you for support? I hated taking ds for his injections just make sure you have calpol and a thermometer that works. Ds pretty much slept all day after his first lot.

He's had them done now. Was awful seeing him cry so much! :(
He's also fallen asleep. He hasn't even had his 5pm bottle he's just fast asleep I guess I'll just leave him to sleep?
The nurse gave him calpol and said to give him 2 more doses
