I've walked down to Costa and got a coffee and been bouncing on my ball!
My braxton hicks have become so so so so so much tighter in the past half hour! No pain yet tho :(

ExH is coming in tomorrow at 8am unless I call to say things have progressed.

Lulu I'm glad funeral went well. Bless ur DH, I hope he's okay, will be good for them all to go out for a bit of lunch and quality time together :)

I hope you get some rest tonight Cupcake. How is the baby doing?

DS is sitting in his cot looking very alert clutching his Oleg grub but not crying. I am leaving him to see what he does- am sitting on the floor outside his room. He looks quite happy. I think he might go back to sleep. He did not see me peep round the door.

Are you having to be quiet Cupcake or is everyone awake? I never went onto the ward because I was well in labour when I got there and went straight into delivery.

He has lain down.

I've had 4 painful ones lol,
Midwife said they are 'moderate'
Been given paracetamol and oromorph!!! To see if it calms it so I can sleep a bit

Lulu I'm in a room by myself as the induction ward was full. I'll deliver in this room also :)

Oh she said the pain and pressure sound like my waters bulging lmao

Well the pain stopped :/
And I've been moved to a bloody induction bay :(

No more having a room to myself :(

Lulu hope ds was ok, my ds would have just had a meltdown in that situation

Midwife says I'm having a contraction every 5 mins lol
Keeps starting and stopping

DD has some advice for baby cupcake. She says when she was born she had to watch the lights - red means stay inside, yellow means get ready and green means start turning. . She also informs me she got a bit stuck so Daddy helped her out, which is almost true, except it was mainly the doctor

Cupcake, I have told DS while he was having his breakfast. He listened very carefully. I asked him if he wanted to say anything to you and he handed me a strip of toast and said 'ki ki'. No idea what it meant but I think he thought he was being good. He has had his milk and is having another snooze.

Hope things start to move on now. What are you thinking they might do?

Well I thought I may aswell see if ds had anything to say.... He squealed 'ahhhhh' really loudly while clapping his hands. Good advice

Still not been seen by doc!! They take ages here! Contractions still painful n still 5 min apart.
DS2 heart rate has calmed a bit now.
No ones brought me breakfast!
And my bum is numb from sitting on the bed on this monitor not impressed!
Also exH said me not being in a lot of pain and not had my waters broken yet isn't good news to him this morning
He's not come to the hospital yet

That was supportive of ex-h Cupcake! You need to hurry it all along and keep him happy not

I think iam is right. They might be thinking about food in terms of if you need a section. But you will need some energy if you are going to give birth through a labour. I have had toast and coffee while DS was asleep. He is wide awake now and dancing round in his babywalker. I am about to walk into the village with him and do some shopping.
