Late period, some symptoms, neg test(s)

Hi
My AF is 8 days late.
I have some symptoms- smell of coffee I hate, feel sick, tired.
Sometimes I have similar pms symptoms but not to this extent and obviously being as late as I am....
Tested 3 days ago in the morning and last night in the evening and they were negative
When I had my son (born 2011) I knew at about 4 weeks and I had a early miscarriage in March and that was about 4 1/2 weeks

I would of thought it would be positive by now....

Anyone had/having similar problems?

I dont no about everyone else but im feeling slightly guilty bringing up children in this world now with everything going on :( things like this really worries me x

Small amount of spotting, used a tampon (sorry :p) and there was barely anything a few hours later, but of old and new blood.
What is going on?! X

Sadie could b ur period starting mine didn't come on heavy until day 2 last cycle and then man did it come! Super heavy and old and new blood think it's because ur uterus has to shed all the lining it's been banking up while u have no period , but it's a good thing I think Because it can start a fresh after that and u might even get ur body bk Into its rhythm soon X good luck x

Thats very confusing for you. I have another positive this morning but started panicking last night i had a dull achey feeling like af was coming but i have seen online that is also an early pregnancy symptom. Its stopped this morning so all ok xx

Lolly try to not worry the cramp r normal unless they are severe , it's just ur uterus stretching to make space for an every growing bean X

Not yet, I thought that it was going to be af so i haven't yet started, if nothing in the next few days I will start X

Just wondering iv had horrible heartburn for around 3 days now is it possible its anything to do with the pregnancy? Bit confused as didnt think it started for a while yet x

Hope you don't mind me jumping in here ladies, I've sat and read this entire thread because I'm in a really similar position. I'm now on day 41 of what is normally a 36(ish) day cycle. I've been getting mild cramps on and off every day for the last 4 or so, pain in right and left ovary areas, but despite several tests just a load of bfn's. It was really encouraging to see your news lolly, congratulations! It's just all so soul destroying isn't it, the constant waiting and not knowing what's going on. From reading this feed it seems like you girls are having really negative experiences with GP's which I've seen on quite a lot of other threads. Why on earth can't they be more supportive, surely they must realise how anxious women must be by the time they get to the doctors?!

Not too long, only since June but you just assume it'll happen don't you?! I'm literally surrounded by pregnant friends and just thought that after a couple of months I'd be one of them too!
Have you managed to get an appointment yet to get everything confirmed. You'll have to keep us updated when you have your scan to see how far along you actually are. Isn't it funny how reading these posts you become so interested in other people's experiences

This af is taking it out of me, I'm exhausted!

Yay was it ur AF in the end Sadie? Glad it arrived X least u can start a new cycle now and hopefully it start to regulate again fx for u X

Have u considered using OPKs ? I used them last cycle and didn't get a positive one til cd19-20 my cycles were around 38 days after coming of BCP
Hard to know what ur bodies up to as the pill messes with the system
I agree with u about GPs , some of the women here have had a terrible time of it and should have been offered more X
Like u I was cramping a lot until a got a very heavy AF but mine wer always sore and heavy before BC X
Good luck will getting ur BFP soon it is hard when u have lots of pregnant women around but it will happen X

Gx91 I have been using them since I came off the pill but didn't last month as I'd just come back from holiday so it was all a bit chaotic. Bloody typical eh
