If you conceived your first quickly how long did it take you to conceive second time round and how old were you?

I conceived dd v quickly aged 28 and am now thinking about dc2.

I'd love to know how long it took you to conceive first time around and how old you were, and the time the second and subsequent times, and your age then. If you don't mind!

DC1: 2 months, age 29
DC2: 20 months (including a mmc), age 34/35

Dc1: age 35 took 4 months
Dc2: age 37-38 been ttc 15 months now, soon on to cycle 16 and no bfp yet

I had to wait until I completely stopped breast feeding for my periods to return but pregnant first month of trying once they did

Ds1 - aged 31, 2 months.
Ds2 - aged 35, 1 month!

Dc1 - 2 months. I was 36
Dc2 - straightaway (dc1 was 3 months and my period had only just come back). I was 37.

Sorry, that looks wrong, was 33 when we started trying for Dc2, 35 when I finally got pregnant.

DS1 about a year - I was 28
DS2 first time of trying - I was 30
DS3 about three months - I was 32

DS - 34 - 3 months of proper trying. One chemical pregnancy

DD - 35 - she was a surprise

DC3 (expected in 7 weeks) - 37 - 1 month

DC1 I was 30, fell pregnant first month of trying.
DC2 I'm 33, took us 5 months.

DS1 3 months I was 16, 17 when I had him
DD was one time without contraception. I was 21, 22 when I had her.
DS2 was a contraceptive failure. I was 23.

DC1: I was 27; 2nd month of trying (but the first month DH was away during the fertile part of my cycle)
DC2: I was 29/30: miscarried after conceiving in first or second fertile cycle during breastfeeding; gave it two two cycles without trying, tried in third, fell pregnant and that one stuck.

It varies hugely, but I was lucky. First cycle for DS and second cycle for DD. At conception I was almost 34 and 35 years.

iMatter - ouch! Although, I suppose not much different to people who have twins :)

Oh, and the other 2:
DC3: mistake.
DC4: first cycle of trying.

I have warned them: you come from fertile stock on both sides so be bloody careful!

DC1 - pregnant first month of trying, I was 25
DC2 - took 5 months, I was 28

DC2 - 18 months, age 38
