bluebell perhaps you're right and I was being harsh on my friend. I was so miserable last night that DH said that it was a sign that AF would come! Ha! No sign at all though. I'm feeling a bit dodgy today to be honest and struggling to eat my breakfast currently. Realising this is probably hugely psychological as even if I am pregnant I wouldn't get symptoms yet would I? Am currently fighting a huge urge to pop to chemist, get a FR and test in work loo!!

I did it. FR test at work in the disabled loos (low point!) with wee is held for 2.5 hours (probably as long as I can go without weeing myself and BFN!!!! ARGH! What is going on?

Surely I'm out right? The last time we DTD was on Tuesday 6th October, DH then went away with work for 2 weeks. I got my positive OPK on Thursday 8th, expected AF on Thursday 22/ Friday 23 but absolutely nothing. Am I definitely out do you think given that I'm still getting BFN? I can't have ovulate / got pregnant later in cycle because no DTD! If it happened it must have been 3 weeks ago. Sorry for rant / essay. Any thoughts welcome

Hi all. I caved and tested on Tuesday stupidly when app says I was 12 dpo but I am pretty sure due to opk I was 10 dpo. Bfn. However I have 1 cheapie and one clear blue digi. I'm going to test on Friday I think.

Boobs feeling a bit harder which was my first sign last pregnancy with Ds. I had a week of spotting last month b4 af, but so far I had 2 days of spotting on days 8 and 9 po and stopped unlike last month.

I've got a rubbish cold and sore throat keeping busy so I don't buy any more tests must try and hold out.

Soda I wouldn't say you are definitely out. A positive OPK on the 8th means you could have ovulated as late as the 10th. Sperm can live in your body for up to 5 days. Some women take longer to get a bfp because their HCG levels are lower than average. You are already a few days late. Wait a few more days and if you still don't have AF, do a First Response Early response test with first morning urine. Fingers crossed for you!

Thanks a lot london. I'm going mad. Going to try and wait til Saturday morning now until I test again. I wasn't expecting anything this month with DH being away at what I thought was the crucial time so was keen to get cracking this month! But just feel in awful limbo at moment

What London said, Soda. It sounds as though the timings are possible. And you're not out till you see AF... It is bloody annoying though - I'm super frustrated for you.

Ah thanks for the support ladies. You're going to think I'm mad but was so fed up I phoned my doctor for find advice. She was pretty nice and patient and just said I was either pregnant or AF would come. No shit! But given my timings she said she thought a test would show up now if I actually am pregnant. So just got to sit tight for now.

You're not mad, Soda - I think I would have done the same by this point! I still wonder if the frequent weeing might be sending your results funny. Fingers crossed that that is what it is - or that AF shows up pronto so at least you know.

Thanks bluebell. As I've always said I thought I was completely out this month from the start with DH being away so would have been completely fine with AF turning up but now it's tortuted me so much I think I'll be really gutted not to be pregnant now

I think I'm going to just have to have to leave a test out in the middle of the night and use it when I get up for a wee then. Going to leave it a couple of days now though.

How are you feeling now bluebell, any symptoms yet?

I think that's a good idea re: leaving the test out in the night! But yes, leave it a couple of days, if you can bear it... Maybe till the weekend?

Still not really had any symptoms. Did just have a blazing row with DH, though. Long story short, he thinks I'm not being excited enough about some good news he's just had. Oddly enough, I find this quite ironic as he has been utterly bloody unexcited about me being pregnant (not even so much as a kiss and a hug when I told him) and I made the mistake of saying so in the heat of the moment. Cue row. He's now not speaking to me. Wonderful!

I don't blame you soda, I would have rung too! Good idea to leave it a few days.

That sucks Bluebell. A bit rich of your DH to accuse you of not being excited! Can't believe he didn't even hug you when you found out!! Hope you're ok.

I've done a test with a FRER this morning and a solid negative so I'm just going to wait for AF to arrive. If it's not turned up by the weekend then I'm going to test then.

Sorry bluebell, men ay? It must be upsetting him not being as excited as you want him to be but he's probably just being cautious. Some of my friends who've had babies have said their OHs haven't been outwardly excited until 12 weeks or until there's a visible bump! I guess it feels real to us because it's our bodies but less so for them. Hope you've made up!

Really sorry tamara, that must be hard if you saw a faint line the other day. Even though my body is playing tricks on me tests definitely aren't - not a hint of a line anywhere!

When I woke up today I realised I hadn't got up for a night wee (miracle!) so did an IC test - another BFN. I don't think I can possibly be pregnant now. The last time I DTD was over 3 weeks ago and I'm a week late for AF now. DH back this weekend from his long work trip - just the luck to get AF on his arrival. I'd been thinking about how exciting it would have been to welcome him back with a positive test.

Well I've started a bit of spotting which most likely means af will be here for sure tomorrow which depresses me a bit. Getting a teeny crampy as well, boo really started to feel positive as well

What's annoying me now is spotting completely stopped. I will test with ic tomorrow morning if no af. If bfn I will be ordering more ics for next month anyway. I'll be 13 dpo tomorrow and I got a faint line with Ds at that point so should give me a def answer

Hi tamara, yes, I think I'm going to book a docs appointment for sometime next week - that way I'll either be 2 weeks late and testing negative so they could maybe do a blood test to check I've ovulated and if I get AF in the meantime I can cancel appt and just put it down to a blip a guess. I'll test again at the weekend but pretty sure I'm out.

Hi all.. Who is left without AF or a BFP? Really hope there are some answers for you soon Soda. Nothing worse than being in limbo like that. I literally wanted everyone to graduate with BFPs :( hope everyone is ok..
