Aw I hope it passes quick but that u also get to enjoy some days of having ur baby inside u! So glad it's working out, I hope I can join u soon! I hope we all can!

I'm on a local FB fertility support group. One of the members posted this video yesterday. was in floods of tears. Hopefully it will give some of you the inspiration to keep going.

Sasha - sorry for your loss . I think if I were you I'd try adding the pred in as well. I personally temp and use opks. I've temped as long as I've been trying (2 years). OPKs will give you an indication that ovulation is imminent but not actually tell you if it has happened.
It's all such a roller coaster. A shitty, expensive one, with more lows than highs.At some point the roller coaster will end though, at the top with the best high ever. Your baby. Keep strong, don't give up. You will get there.

Just dropping in to say hello, we picked puppy up on Wednesday and it's all been a bit hectic. I think he'll be a well socialised little soul haha but he is helping me not think about Monday so that's good.

Sasha- you've been here before haven't you? Your name sounds familiar. Sorry you've been through such a horrible time... You're determination is so admirable. I've had all chemicals (can't get further than a few days after 6 weeks) so can relate... Had one loss ok programme, put a ton of money into intralipids before ovulation- and didn't get pregnant! I definitely support being on the steroids though as they're at the heart of autoimmune treatment.

Sunny- love hearing your updates!! So happy to hear it's going well. Must be getting so real!

As for me- I now have a suspicion that the reason I've not fallen pregnant is because the clearblue ovulation kit has been coming up positive too early. Ive looked back on all my cycles, and each time I got pregnant we DTD until CD13... But since I started using clearblue we've stopped on CD10/11. This month I compared my CB to standard ovulation sticks and they said completely different LH surges! When I got the CB positive my ovulation strips were still stark white. Then darkened 3 days later. Frustrating!! For my first 3 pregnancies I didn't check ovulation and basically just had a shag fest for a week... However, my cervical mucus was crap this month so not feeling positive. Testing in 6 days... Already planning on how to improve things next month!

In other news, I'm starting a new job! So excited! New house, new job, new start!

Drttc yey to your new job... I used CB and IC OPK and if anything IC gave me + a day before CB.... Think it is very individual.... I would carry on DTD till both of them are + (or till whichever is + later)
AFM after a mix of feint positives and negatives since Tue my AF started today... CD1... hoping for better luck this cycle.
Contacted Reprofit in Czech republic to see if we could do medicated IUI in Nov with full immune support with them....

I used to use the CB opks but a) they cost a fortune and B) I found the ic ones easier to judge etc. I think a shag fest is in order! But hopefully this is the month that does the trick anyway.

Hope you're ok SW, hopefully you'll hear from the clinic in Czech Republic and get the go ahead there.

Swnanny - sorry it wasn t your month, hope you can set up a cycle with reprofit.

Sasha - sorry for your loss, it s so crap that you re having to go thru this again. I d def agree that using pred would make sense either from ov or bfp if you find it interferes with your cycle.

Drttc - what a pain you re getting a discrepancy on the sticks, it def is an individual thing as i dont really get convincing positives on ic sticks so use the standard clearble smiley ones. I used to use the monitor but found that sometime missed my peak even when the two lines looked equal. Yay for the new job, and since things come in three and you ve got the new house it sounds like its your time for a new addition.

Seeking - what a touching video. Gosh it s amazing what people can endure but encouraging that it s is possible to get a happy outcome in the end.

Afm - day 10 round 5 of SO. Scan tomorrow. Next month is gonna be the last of any meds or intervention and then we ll be just leaving things to fate..... gonna ask Mr S about throwing everything at it so intralipids the week before and maybe progesterone in 2 ww.

Sorry for late update, I think I was the last appointment of the day. When he said 'do you want to see your baby' I started crying and blurted out 'but we bought a puppy'

Wow snoopy that is fantastic! I think it's normal to be emotional! Although I wish he wouldn't say do you want to see your baby before you actually get bear the scan bed! I guess you have another scan in a couple of weeks? How many weeks will you be?

Thanks sunny.Oh he said it when I was on the bed, I had my eyes closed and my arm over my face haha he said they're measuring eight weeks four days so a little ahead actually and I have to go back in about two weeks.

hula how did your scan go?

drttc the ovulation sticks sound a pain. I personally have only used the cheap ones because I'm a bit tight and I figured I could test loads of days with them. And massive congratulations on the new job!!!

sw I've actually seen really good things about Czech clinics online. I think you mentioned you get your intralipid prescription from abroad as well?

Does 'they!re' mean there is more than one??!

Oh no, just one haha I didn't really want to call them 'it' and I was saying 'he' because I spent the day with the puppy but DH said they looked like a jellyfish!

I was on a few weeks ago, am pregnant too on Dr S programme and just wanted to share more positive news. Had my 12 week scan and all looking ok!! Am still very fearful but better than I was.

Had a small bleed a couple of weeks ago which was terrifying but had a scan and was all ok.

Anyway been meaning to keep you all up to date but it's all been crazy here what with work and all sorts.
