Oh lovely eskimo. You must be heartbroken, I don't know what to say. There will be a next step, and you will get your bfp. I'm sure ladies on here know much more than me about what you will be offered. I can offer handholding and gin. Keep us posted lovely xxx

DizzyNorthernBird · 17/08/2015 12:38

Sorry about the bad news eskimo, that must have come as an awful shock. I dont know much about it but from what I've read on these threads clomid has always sounded like some sort of wonder drug...... obviously not though. I hope the hospital can get to the bottom of why it didn't work & can come up with a solution for you soon xx

Hairstylisttoboris · 17/08/2015 12:43

Oh eskimo how heartbreaking. Hope your phone call this afternoon has some better news or options for you. Big un- mumsnetty hug to you.

Cd 10 approx here, bfn again on a Frer. Bored of testing and seeing that white gap where a line should be...

chopsface · 17/08/2015 12:48

Sorry to hear that Eskimo I was also under the impression it was a wonder drug :-( hope they can do something else. You poor thing x x

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 17/08/2015 13:05

Eskimo so sorry. Was it your first time using Clomid? Do you not have to give it a while to see if it works? I hope you get a good plan of action from the GPs to move forward and I hope they will help you feel more positive.

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 17/08/2015 13:07

5 dpo here I won't have even implanted yet. Yet still I drive myself mad with symptoms. Bloating, super windy and needing to pee frequently. The same 'symptoms' that I get my hopes up with every month. When will I learn

DizzyNorthernBird · 17/08/2015 13:57

I'm cd19, which was ov day last cycle. Temped this morning but it's about where it should be pre ov so I haven't ovulated yet, which is fine by me as so far we've only dtd last night and on cd16. Checked my cervix today but it still feels kinda hard so I'm wondering whether I should expect another late ov this cycle. Sometimes it's on cd21 though so will keep pestering DP for sex for now ha ha!

DizzyNorthernBird · 17/08/2015 13:58

hair did you mean 10dpo?

beaut ignore the symptoms! They lie.....

DizzyMerry · 17/08/2015 14:01

I'm so sorry Eskimo. I'm sure they'll have another plan of action for you.

Boris you mean 10dpo?! It's still too early so try holding off until at least 12dpo. Fx for you and for you too beaut.

Hairstylisttoboris · 17/08/2015 15:03

Yes dozzy n and dizzy m I meant 10dpo - I'm so tired - not a symptom of anything other than an over excited step child on her birthday.

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 17/08/2015 15:20

Boris it's too early. Try and wait until Af due. I'm sick of wasting money. I've been good though and have an unused cb digital in the cupboard it's been there for 2 months. Resist and eat cake instead Smile

lilygirl81 · 17/08/2015 16:00

eskimo Just saw your news, so sorry for you. I hope they are able to give you some sort of action plan. Sending you lots of hugs xx

spinningirl10 · 17/08/2015 17:17

Oh Eskimo, I'm gutted for you, how bloody crap! Really hope the clinic have a good plan of action for you. Have you tried reflexology? It really could be worth a try but make sure you find someone who specialises in fertility. The Zita West website is useful for this. Sorry if you think it's all mumbo jumbo, I know some do. Sending a hug and please let us know what the next plan is.

Boris I'm 10dpo as well. Step away from the pee sticks!

Nomio230 · 17/08/2015 17:43

Oh Eskimo, I am so sorry. I really thought it would work for you this time round. It is completely understandable that you would feel bad, but please try not to let it get to you too much. Will you try 150mg, or just give up on Clomid?

Spinning, POAS! You know you want to!

Boris, I am sorry you got BFNs, but it could just be twerly. FX for you.

I was baby bombed over the weekend. Friends of ours are having a baby. They are lovely & she had a MC a few months ago, so am really pleased for them, but it is so hard. I don't know if I can bear to be around her any more.

In more positive news, we paid out house deposit earlier & are exchanging tomorrow! Eeeek! Smile

beautician I dont think we will ever learn when it comes to symptom spotting,

spinning I noticed you made a comment on reflexology to Eskimo, this is somthing that i have been toying with trying, have you tried reflexology?, i have a fertility reflexology near me and she gets a good name, i am comsidering when i get some money to give it a go

Boris sorry you got a bfn, hopefully it was just to early!!

Nomio sorry you got baby bombed, I have heard from my mother in law that my sister in law and brother in law are thinking about trying for a baby soon, she is the one that thinks she will get pregnant in the first month of trying, the thought of her telling me she is pregnant gives me shivers all over my body, i totally understand how you feel, hopefully it will be your turn next , great news that you are exchanging tomorrow!!

we are trying to dtd every two to three days , i am in my fertile week, and think i am ovulating , had a little bit of ewcm yesterday and last night had pain down one side but today i have had so much ewcm, i have never had so much, we dtd friday night and last night, so really hoping we have caught that egg, going to leave tonight and dtd tomorrow ,

RalucaMorena · 17/08/2015 20:19

Although we dtd at the right moment I have the feeling it's not going to happen again. And I can't understand why. ..

Rainy34 · 17/08/2015 20:24

raluca dont beat yourself up, you have know way knoing until Af shows up or not, fx it doesnt xx

Nomio230 · 17/08/2015 20:55

Ral, I am sure you will get there eventually. Don't give up, lovely.

Rainy, it sounds like you might well have ovulated. Fingers crossed you caught that little egg!

spinningirl10 · 17/08/2015 22:11

Rainy, yes I had reflexology for a while. She was very good but an hours drive from me, more in the summer when we have a lot of tourists. That's why I stopped going, it was too far to travel! Dp's sister is a reflexologist and she gave us both 4 sessions when she visited a couple of weeks ago. She doesn't specialise in fertility but thought it was worth a try. Give it a go, it can't hurt.

Nomio, sorry you were baby bombed, it's so hardHmm but yay to new house! Won't be long now until you move inGrin

Ral, hang in there. I feel the same, we did really well with dtd this cycle and tonight I have that familiar dull stomach acheHmm

Rainy34 · 18/08/2015 07:06

Thanks spinning, think i will, hope af stays away for you!!

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 18/08/2015 07:48

Nomio sorry about the baby bomb. How exciting about the house though.

Rainy I hope you are successful this cycle you are certainly putting the effort in Grin

Ral I know how you feel. I took Sis this month and was hoping they would make a huge difference but I don't think so. We only dtd on cd 15 and 17 and I ovulated on cd18. Next month I'm trying acupuncture and I've just ordered more Sis. Today I'm going to make an appointment at the doctors as I will be on cycle 12 after this month. Keep trying I know it's disheartening but it will happen eventually

Kirjava · 18/08/2015 08:36

eskimo what did the Dr say lovely?

nomio congrats on the house SO exciting! Good luck with the move.

beaut sorry you didn't think SIs worked for you. They seem to have moved my ov forward by 4 days and given me a strong strong positive opk. Of course, this is irrelevant if I don't get my bfp!

Testing next weds at 12dpo. Glow has af due next tues...

Worked out if I don't get my bfp this month, I'll be in Bali for my next af due date. Hopefully I'll be too relaxed to bother poas!

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 18/08/2015 12:25

Kir I'm just feeling negative haha. My ovulation stayed the same but I'm hoping it will improve egg quality. I'm going to try cd 3-7 next month as this month I was late getting it so took them cd5-9.

I had a costa caramel cappuccino with skimmed milk about an hour ago and I feel sick, dizzy and have a headache. Definite symptom right ? Grin

chopsface · 18/08/2015 12:50

I recommend reflexology rainy I had it, well I'm still having it! Meant to give you a good labour if you have it through pregnancy! Anyway, she concentrated lots on my reproductive bits and I tried to see her monthly before ov. However the month of the bfp I saw her post ov. I had been seeing her for a year before my bfp though. So it's prob irrelevant really. But it's very relaxing and enjoyable regardless!

Hairstylisttoboris · 18/08/2015 13:23

spinning did you test yet?!

beaut definitely a symptom:)
