That's great that purdey is now 14 weeks :-) I do wonder how she's getting on. I wish i knew how sparkly was too, bless her.

Pineapple core is tough as old boots, boak. Loads if people don't eat it to get a bfp so I'm sure lots is myth. It's nice to know you've done everything you can though isn't it.

I miss Sparkly too Hmm.
She was always full of good advice and support. That's the only problem with BFPs, we lose our friends... Not all of them obviously Chops Smile xx

I've not heard from her for a few weeks now but she will be about 20/21 weeks. Half way :-)

Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well. Sorry to see so many still here (in the nicest way possible). Eskimo thank you for delivering the message from Purdie. I have been wondering how she has been getting on. Really pleased to hear that everything is going well for her.

I'm going to bookmark my place on here and catch up with all the news tomorrow.

I started the injections for my next round of IVF yesterday and am hoping to fly out to Czech at the end of next week if all goes well this time. Praying that we make it to egg collection this time.

Catch up properly soon.

Thanks to everyone for the compliments of my ring Smile. Yes pixa I think it's a twisted claw, if that's what it's called, it's very pretty. I spend most of my day admiring it rather than working ha ha.

Ugh the period pain thing also made me shudder. I'm lucky with cramps, I only get them on cd1 but I wouldn't make it through the day without painkillers to take the edge off. I've tried without and I've been in tears with the pain and dry heaving Confused. I'm going to try not to think about childbirth lol.

Last shift of the week for me this evening, it's been a long week (my week started on Friday) & have been working long hours. Got a long weekend off then next week I'm only working Monday and Tuesday then DP and I take his kids away for the rest of the week. Can't wait Smile

rainy I know how you're feeling. It all feels very futile at times, wondering when you're going to get lucky etc. stay positive. I also stopped taking my vits this month, partly because I couldn't find any on offer and partly because I'm sick of wasting money on them for nothing. I've noticed my skin has started to break out in spots now, a week since I last took one. It's strange that your symptoms have gotten worse since you stopped yours. Maybe they really do help?

What are everyone's plans for the weekend? It is my birthday Saturday - no idea what we are going to do! We were planning on going to the zoo but have switched that to 22nd so I can tie it in with seeing a friend.

Cd12 and I've just started on the cb dual opks today. No smiley today. I think I usually ovulate around cd18 so it will be interesting to see if the SIs bring that forward at all. Well that's if I'm even ovulating at all

How is everyone doing? I'm pretty pleased its almost the weekend and for the first time in ages I don't have anywhere to go. We have puppy training tonight and my best pal is coming over on Saturday, but that's about it.

I seem to keep getting baby bombed, my work seem to be having a pregnancy epidemic (though sadly it doesn't seem to have reached my wee office)

Thanks everyone, it has dragged so much for me as I hate waiting for things but really hope it works out better this time. Yes I am taking my mum with me but I'm going for egg collection and then they will fertilise and do that bit but then I'm going to freeze anything that makes it to day 5 and go back the following month for a frozen transfer as there's lots of evidence now that it's actually better to have the transfer once all the other medication has left your body and your body has had chance to rest a little. I will be going for 3 or 4 nights with my mum this time and then 2 or 3 nights with dh in September for transfer. I'm really looking forward to it and hope things go well.

Nomio, I so want to see you get your bfp, it's crap that you have to wait for your referral. Did you write letters to people?hang in there and keep the belief that one day soon you will have your baby.

I'm off to London on Saturday to meet some MN ladiesGrin they were on here when I first started ttc 2 years ago and I'm in a FB group with them, excited and nervous!

Thanks Beautician, it's still pretty painful, but thankfully, I think it is slowly on the mend. Phew! It was so, so painful last week.

Enjoy your day at the zoo Mummy, and happy birthday in advance! DH and I are going to the hotel just outside of Sheffield where we got married last year. We got a voucher for a romantic night there when we booked the wedding, complete with three course meal and pink champagne. We're going tomorrow night, which will be CD13 for me (oh my, what a coincidence! Wink ) And then we're going down to London on Saturday, staying the night and meeting up with my brother and SIL and my sister and her BF, so that will be lots of fun.

lily sorry for the baby bombs Sad I think I have blocked anyone on FB who has loudly announced pregnancies and continuously updated, or recently had a baby. Just can't be doing with hearing about it at the moment.

Soooo, CD12 for me and another flashing smiley today. DTD last night, but it was very underwhelming and neither of us where in the mood. I'm going to give DH the night off tonight and then I'm hoping our romantic night away will ignite some passion. Have just been to the loo and I think I have some EWCM. It could just be sperm from last night, but it isn't yellowy and is clear and stretchy, so I think it's the right stuff! Confused

mummy that sounds like a lovely day, I'm quite jealous

eskimo what great timing for a treat like that. We go out for lunch at an amazing restaurant near us (too expensive to eat there for dinner) and they always put us at the same table. Turns out that if I get a BFN this month, I'll be ov right around our anniversary, which is pretty awesome as we had planned to wait until after then to try but I managed to move it forward.
