TTC - anxious over early pregnancy possible symptoms?

Hi,
First time post so please be kind :)
Been TTC for 4 months now (though month 1 we missed my fertile window)
I'm around 5ish days from AF being due but wondering if I could be pregnant for a few reasons: I e been really struggling to sleep the past few nights and when I manage to I have really vivid dreams (the kind when you aren't sure if they have actually happened when you wake up) I've been peeing almost double what I normally would and every now and then I get a weird feeling in my stomach, in a similar place to where I have period pains but it's not pain, it's more like when you over extend a muscle, just a twinge then it's gone.
Was wondering if anyone had similar symptoms? Sorry to pour all this in here (you've probably heard it a million times before) but nobody knows we are TTC so I'm kinda on my own with this!

Prty & Bex- damn foofs (love that word). Hope you're both okay. Our bodies are pretty friggin annoying aren't they.

Sunday 36.3
Monday 36.2
Tuesday 36.2

Hmmm they do look fairly consistent shary sorry :( could it be that you've ovulated later/earlier than you usually do? Could just be a blip

Bobbins I don't really know much about temping as not gone down that route (yet!) but somebody else may be able to advice , aww bex , don't give up hope yet , I had AF type cramps 2weeks ago when AF was due and still nothing so doesn't def mean it's on it's way , so I POAS again this morning - another BFN so looks like it's just my crazy foof this cycle !

Aww that's crappy stripes had everything crossed for you :( you get to the point where you are just willing AF to show up so you can get a handle on it!
Seems like ages since we had a BFP

Thanks Prty , even though I kind of knew I wasn't I couldn't help imagining telling OH I was pg:( just hope AF hurrys up so we can get back on it ! I know we need a BFP to spur us on !!

If I have ovulated it was definitely around Thursday Prty because that's when I got a +ve opk & a peak on the monitor. So unless I get a rise I'm guessing it was one of those cycles when your body tries to ovulate but doesn't (can't remember the proper word off the top of my head!). So annoyed it's the first cycle that I can remember having ovulation pains too!!

I'm sorry about your BFN Stripes, it's so disheartening isn't it Sad A BFP for any of us soon would be amazing!!!

Thanks bobbins , think AF has decided to turn up ! Typical as I used my last HPT this morn - damn foof :) at least now I can move on from this cycle ! Fx for you lovey xx

shary anovulatory cycle? Something like that? I'm not convinced I ever ovulate as my cycles vary from 29 days to 34 days and all in between :/ did look at temping but I rarely get a solid 3/4 hours sleep plus I know I would become obsessed as its the first thing you do every single day...
stipes chug some wine and scoff some chocolate, grab a hand and ride on through for the next cycle!

I feel the same Prty ! I just want to know that I am ovulating and then I think I'll relax more ! Thanks Hun , on date night with OH tonight so at least I can make the most of that ! Here's to next time !!:)

That's the one Prty! Yep I think that's why I'm so annoyed, I just want proof I ovulate. The positive opks were a fab sign but without the rise in temperature they mean nothing Confused

I think we've all got crazy foofs this month!! On the 8th day of this pathetic AF. Literally no idea what's going on. It's more like a dripping tap than a proper period. Only a couple of days before I get results back from the docs. Results of what, I'm not sure!!

Shary - I don't know much about BBT, but it looks like it has to be a very specific situation to get an accurate set of results. Could it be that you've just missed the right timing for catching a fluctuation? Like I said, not really clued up. I read about it the other day when a bought my Ov strips, and quickly thought it was far too much hassle!!

In other news think I might have got a friends dog drunk tonight, couldn't think of a decent excuse why I wasn't drinking so kept my glass on the floor behind me and tipped a little out into the decorative pebbles before I fake took a drink... dog seemed very interested in the pebbles Blush

The adventous of a woman TTC lol I've had a really crappy day ... First the BFN and first signs of AF then had a massive row with OH ( is there something in the water!?) then my nan was taken into hospital so spent 4hours there with my mom , so date night didn't happen for both of those reasons, and now I'm awake with the worst period pain I've had in ages :( hope you all had a better day than me! Xx

Huge huge huge hugs for you stripes all our OH's need to get a grip or they will be traded in!!
Hope your nan is doing ok and OH sorts himself out - we can all come round and slap him if you want, I reckon annie might still have a Toblerone we can use!

OH's being stroppy is not part of the whole baby-making deal is it? They must have all missed the 'sweep you off your feet for one week in every four and then be kind, funny and patient the rest' memo, mine certainly didn't get it.

And really want some toblerone for breakfast :) OH is still asleep so not sure if he is in a better mood!! and my nan is still in hospital , she was feeling better but they want to do a lumber puncture today so kept her in overnight , oh and found out from my bro that him and SIL are thinking about having baby #2 !

Morning ladies! My temperature has gone up 0.2 degrees this morning so I'm now rocking 36.5. This rise can only be attributed to one thing & that's Eka, obviously....

I hope your Nan is on the mend Stripes. How did you react when your brother dropped that on you? Confused

annie my OH most definitely didn't get that memo! Can we send it again with high importance and a read receipt?!
stripes sounds like nan is in the best place and they are looking after her, hope the lumbar puncture gives them what they are looking for.
Not great timing from your bro either, not that he could know. You've got the upper hand on them though cos you've been practising longer Wink and you know your cycles etc too, hugs x

I was ok , like you say Prty he wouldn't have known we are ttc and (whispers only to you lot!) selfishly I kind of wanted to be the only preggers one in our family if/when it happens to me lol - sorry I know that's really bad ! Bobbins good news on the temp rise - fx for you !
