TTC - anxious over early pregnancy possible symptoms?

Hi,
First time post so please be kind :)
Been TTC for 4 months now (though month 1 we missed my fertile window)
I'm around 5ish days from AF being due but wondering if I could be pregnant for a few reasons: I e been really struggling to sleep the past few nights and when I manage to I have really vivid dreams (the kind when you aren't sure if they have actually happened when you wake up) I've been peeing almost double what I normally would and every now and then I get a weird feeling in my stomach, in a similar place to where I have period pains but it's not pain, it's more like when you over extend a muscle, just a twinge then it's gone.
Was wondering if anyone had similar symptoms? Sorry to pour all this in here (you've probably heard it a million times before) but nobody knows we are TTC so I'm kinda on my own with this!

Hmmm could possibly be implant bleed or just a little spotting? Suppose would depend on when you ovulated... hopefully the mornings test will throw more light on things.
Still got this sicky feeling in my chest and throat, when I explained it to my admin she said 'ooo are you pregnant cos I had that all the time when I was pregnant!' :/ I had to be all 'nah! not a chance!' and it then ensued into a huge conversation with my entire office about why I don't want kids EVER - talk about cringe!!!!

So reassuring to read this thread! Loved this site when dd was born. Am ttc baby #2, so many symptoms, af 4 days late and bfn! It's so disheartening. Tiny bit of spotting but all the preggo symptoms as I had before! Was spoilt with dd (now 21 months). Conceived at first attempt and knew from early on. Tested on due date and bfp straight away. This time it's just not going to plan! Any others with bfn's but symptoms and no af? Xxx

Haha! That's cheered me up! How awkward! I'm like that whenever anyone mentions babies to me. Try not to show any interest haha

I'm really hoping it is implant bleeding. But maybe clutching at straws! However this afternoon I've also had a sicky feeling in my throat. I coughed and felt like I could throw up! This is soooo hard!

Yeah, life was totally awks!! Is your weird sicky felling like mine? Almost like pressure on chest/throat, like something is there and you could be sick if you wanted but not necessarily dodgy stomach or huge sick feeling (if that makes sense?)

Me too! From early on I had tummy flutters, cramping and a gross mouth! Then since af has been due i've had spotting and such bad nausea (worse than I remembered before!) I was so in tune with it last time and as I was right i'm wondering if i'm just on high alert! Defo had strong symptoms, not my imagination! So blummin' impatient! Xxx

It's so weird. As soon as you're consciously 'trying' you suspect everything! I thought having done it once i'd be a expert at it but nooooo! Have spent out on tests all bfn yet have such a jippy tum! Not a virus, it's a preggo symptom!!!!! Isn't it!!? Don't know if/when to test again, my OH is totting up the £££ i'm spending on them! Don't really want to bug my Dr either as i'm probably just being silly! When af still wasn't here this morning i'd convinced myself we'd done it.... urgh, keep waiting xxx

Yea like I have something in my throat. It's making me feel a bit light headed and hot, like travel sick. Same as you though pinky I'm on high alert and going crazy not thinking about anything else other than 'could I be pregnant'

Usually when AF starts by the end of the day it's bright red blood. This hasn't happened so far. Nothing much has happened really. Just dark brown spotting. Only had to wear a panty liner. (yes we also do go into some detail on here pinky!) lol but don't know what I would do without being able to vent on here. I want to wave a magic wand and all of us have BFP's, like NOW!

I'm the same, just a tiny bit of browny nothing yesterday and today. My sickness is more in my tummy then every so often it almost comes up to my chest!

Me too life its pretty weird, I'm all headachey with it - if this isn't a pregnancy symptom then I'm convince we must actually know each other and have infected each other with some virus haha!!

Haha we might actually know each other! Lol that'd be weird! Imagine! My back ache and bloated tummy have been a very persistent symptom this time. If this is AF then she's the slowest I've ever known at getting going! Haha
I'm going to test in the morning pinky my last test was yesterday morning..

Also, why does nobody warn you of how hard TTC actually is?? Like my best mate, I told her we were TTC and she never said I would turn into a crazy person! I was chatting to my other best mate yesterday and I warned her when the time comes for her she WILL turn crazy and she WILL symptom spot like hell and she WILL spend a fortune on Tests!!! Just so she is prepared! Lol

Glad i'm not the only crazy one! Normally i'm regular to the day that's why i'm so suspicious at the moment! Grrrr! I'm going to be so cross at myself if af comes, i've spent so much on tests I could've bought dd something nice! Am going to try and wait until Friday or Saturday until I test again, although knowing there's a test upstairs is making me twitchy!!!!

Well my cramping has all gone now, kind of bloated but boy am I hungry all of the time. I eat fairly well but tend to snack when am at home for the holidays but today it doesn't matter what I eat I am still hungry...

Yep! Nobody told me I would for some doom symptom spitting obsessed loon, swapping the standard way of measuring time to dpo or according to my own cervical mucus I never expected I would be so obsessed!!

Hi all- sounds like some interesting symptoms for you all - wouldn't it be great if there was a definite pregnancy symptom and not so much like AF symptoms- Mother Nature has not been v.kind ! I feel your frustration - I'm not in TWW yet I'm still just obsessed with getting a Ov test with a BFP ! And Prty -sorry about your awkward work convo - I think people at work prob think I don't want children ! Keeping everything crossed for some BFP's!!

Get that pinky I was the same when I was late with a BFN, you just kinda wanna know something rather than been stuck in limbo! When are you planning to test again?

I'm hoping I can hold out until the weekend but bet i'll end up doing it first thing tomorrow! No will power! Xxx
