Argh, no dog to walk at 6am so lie in until 6.30 available and I'm wide awake at 5.30 Angry. Decided to be productive so listened to my hypno track from last cycle. I've been busy redecorating my womb room.Hmm

Dizzy congrats, looks like you were right Smile.

WildflowerMarmalade · 03/08/2015 08:06

Wow Dizzy that's amazing. A line is a line is a line - no matter how hard it is to believe it.

clementineclouds · 03/08/2015 08:20

Great news dizzy Smile

TheRainDrops · 03/08/2015 09:15

dizzy I had a feeling you wouldn't be a berry for long - two weeks tho, that's good going! a line is a line is a line, that's the rule! congrats!!! Smile

beakybeak · 03/08/2015 09:45

Waaaa congrats Dizzy that's brilliant! In your face fertility clinic! Grin

dizzylemon · 03/08/2015 11:04

Three tests down, all of them positive. I guess this shizz is real.

Unsurprisingly, all my test results were normal and progesterone levels look good. Additionally, I don't have PCOS, according to the tests, OR she thinks I may have 'fixed myself' by losing weight.

Feel like a bit of a sham now but thankyou for all your kind words berries. I will check in still and I hope it happens for all of you.

SesameSparkle · 03/08/2015 11:26

Wow great news dizzy congratulations!!! A most excellently timed FUFC! Grin

clementineclouds · 03/08/2015 12:16

hope you are all having a good monday so far...I'm feeling brighter today. Smile

so, I had an unplanned visit to the FC today (basically, because I had that cyst after taking clomid last month, a few weeks ago, the fertility nurse said she wanted to do another internal ultrasound, as soon as af turned up (which it did over the weekend), to see if the cyst had grown), if no growth, then she said I would be able to continue taking clomid.

well good news is the cyst has disappeared all on its own. as its CD2 for me today, that means I've been given the go ahead to start my 2nd month of clomid 100mg.

she also said she was really happy with the results of my 21 day blood test, so it looks like clomid definitely helped improve things.

so here we go again...lets hope august is a good month for me Smile

SesameSparkle · 03/08/2015 13:07

clem I’m really sorry that af turned up, such a horrible thing after such a full on month of getting your hopes up. But glad you are feeling brighter and that the fc are keeping a close eye on you. Good luck for month no. 2. Fingers crossed in just a few weeks you’ll be diffed and off the thread too!

barking redecorating your womb room sounds like a productive way to spend the wee hours of the morning…. Did you choose any particular colour…? Wink

tiger I’m so glad that tiger dog is feeling better now. Sounds like quite a scare! Looks like you have some lovely things coming up, enjoy your time off!

rain really glad you had a lovely time with your friends at the BBQ Smile

Thanks so much for your support berries, it feels good to get lot of that stuff off my chest and share with other ladies who understand what I’m going through. That little glimmer of hope can be a source of pain, but it does keep me going. When I imagine what my life would be without children, I know that’s not what I want and it spurs me to carry on.

barkingtreefrog · 03/08/2015 17:27

clem fingers crossed for this month.

sesame I painted it stripy Grin. I love stripes Grin. I joked with DH that with him away a month, who knows how many rooms I could introduce stripes to in the house before he got back Grin Grin. DH happens to hate stripes. Which is unfortunate as I wore a stripy wedding dress at our wedding Grin.

SesameSparkle · 03/08/2015 17:51

A stripy womb of amazingness… Grin I love it! Are we talking full on zebra, or something more psychedelic? Or maybe deckchair?

barkingtreefrog · 03/08/2015 18:07

sesame Think deckchair, plenty of colour (nothing garish mind) and differing thickness of stripes Grin.
Embryo is going to grow up with my interior design tastes Grin. Or prefer magnolia after over exposure to colour in the womb. One way or the other Wink.

beakybeak · 03/08/2015 22:11

Clem great news the cyst has gone and fx for the next round.

Barking I love a good stripe. But also a good spot! I went through a hearts phase without realising until dh put his foot down!

Sesame yes, that glimmer of hope is the killer eh.

happylass · 04/08/2015 07:30

Morning all. Just popping in quickly to say congrats dizzy. Didn't have time to post yesterday. Also great news that your cyst has done one Clem and that things are moving forward for you.
Barking hope you're doing ok lovely lady and you're managing to find some distractions.
I'm off on my hols later but will be pom poming for you all from my sun lounger.
Hope everyone is well and has a good week.

Happy hols happy!

I too am a bit dotty beaky! Grin Mr T and I are in an ongoing debate about whether I can buy a heart shaped door knocker. It's tasteful, honest!

Loving the striping womble barking! How are you managing?

Tiger dog is defintely back to normal and giving Mr T the run around, spitting out her meds!

SesameSparkle · 04/08/2015 09:37

Have a lovely holiday happy!

barkingtreefrog · 04/08/2015 17:01

Happy Holidays Happy Grin
I'm doing okay Tiger. Work is a little bit mental right now so I don't get much chance to dwell on anything during the day!! Totally lacking energy and just collapsing on the sofa every night.
10dpo today and definitely not symptom spotting or wondering whether to pimp on Thursday Hmm.

Oh, minx what an arse Angry. Here's you with a lining not thin enough, and funky has a lining not thick enough. Could you do some kind of trade?! When I was a teenager I had very skinny thighs and my best mate was more chunky. We used to joke that she was going to donate some of her fat to me - leg to leg liposuction Grin.

Delays suck and crap timings suck as well. Thanks

I seem to have no energy and no appetite. I ate a bag of monster munch when I got home at 5 and other than the nasty stab at 6 I've not got off the sofa since. Plenty to do but I can't be arsed. And I've just realised I haven't eaten dinner. And I don't feel hungry Confused.

TheRainDrops · 04/08/2015 20:21

Happy hols happy, hope you have a lovely break.

clem great news about the cyst. I hope its second time lucky for you.

Oh poop minx how frustrating. Come on AF! Baseline scan for me is a week tomorrow - if my cycle isn't affected by the buserelin then AF is due here this Friday. I'm stupidly worried about it coming a couple of days late and having a Carrie moment while in the old stirrups.

Is the stim jab worse than the down regging one? I'm getting on ok with it but it's seemingly not getting any less uncomfortable. I have a doozy of a bruise from my jab two nights ago too.

barking I hope there's room for some c*nt bunting in that stripy womb room (sorry, wrong thread Grin ). I could make a symptom spotting related observation here but let's keep you focused away from that. How's the barking dog barking going? Have you had any more calls from DH?

beakybeak · 04/08/2015 20:25

Aw Minx I was thinking of you going to mustachio towers today. That's so rubbish, any delays are just so disheartening, as if long protocol isn't long enough. Otherwise it sounds like a good busy weekend you've had.

Oh Barking I'd be starving by now! Hope you are feeling ok otherwise and not too stressed either. Any word from MrB?

Happy have an amazing holiday! Enjoy your cocktails while you can Smile

Tiger that sounds like a door knocker I'd like! Glad tigerpup is doing much better!

My head is in a bizarre place at the moment, I feel really annoyed most of the time and it's stressing me out. I hope this goes away soon.

beakybeak · 04/08/2015 20:28

X post Rain! The easiest injection is the gonal f pen, the buserelin and merional were pretty much the same for me and I was hit and miss with pain/bruises.

barkingtreefrog · 04/08/2015 20:44

I know it's neither stimming or downregging but fragmin is fucking horrible. Nasty blunt needles that take a right effort to push in. And then tonight it got stuck halfway in and I had to force it further until there was a 'pop' .

No word from dh. No idea if/when he'll be back in civilisation. Might not be until just before his flight home, which is still 12 days away.

My glands are up, I feel run down. I get this every iui/ivf cycle, it seems to really take it out of me, even when I'm doing a 'natural' cycle with one injection and three pessaries a day
One more day at work, then two days with a friend and his daughter, then d day.. Sad

SesameSparkle · 04/08/2015 21:57

Oh no minx sorry you're womb isn't their yet. I also needed 3 weeks to down reg on long protocol. You will get there.

rain hope af comes soon! My first clinic liked to do a dildocam on the first day of af, it's just one of those things you get used to I'm afraid. I found stims jag exactly the same as the dr jag I even used the same needles.

Sorry about the evil stabby needle barking that sounds so sore! Sad When is your OTD? We're waiting for your stripy piss stick

Glad that tiger dog is back to her old self tiger!

Aw beaky don't be stressed out Flowers

I plucked up the courage to call the fc today about a new cycle. My stomach was churning waiting for the nurse to call me back. Anyway they've booked me in for a blood test tomorrow morning to find out what's happening with my cycle to see when I can start again....

barkingtreefrog · 04/08/2015 21:59

OTD Saturday Sesame. Confused

Glad you've plucked up courage for another cycle Smile.
