hayley that makes sense, hold out as long as you can - you and Rhubard can have a poas party on Sunday all being well Grin

DizzyMerry · 01/07/2015 13:26

Hayley reflexology wasn't as relaxing for me as acupuncture to begin with but after a couple of sessions it started to get better. You can feel the needles when they're going in but it's not painful. Looking back I think reflexology was better for me as I ovulated the first month and after only 2 sessions and could feel pressure points corresponding to my ovaries. I should have stuck with it really.

Emilygremily · 01/07/2015 13:29

Mummy im on cycle 1.

ooo Miss that's good glad someone is quite close to my age i've always been the youngest so it's nice that someone is around my age.

Your all very welcoming. Grin

DizzyMerry · 01/07/2015 13:31

MissMartin10 · 01/07/2015 15:32

i have my booking appt next friday and all of a sudden my lifes fear of needles has vanished.. i think it's because I've seen my little blob and ill do anything for it already haha

MissMartin10 · 01/07/2015 15:33

hahaa dizzy Grin

hayleycookie · 01/07/2015 16:54

Woo hoo, pee party for two Rhubarb! BYOP (Bring your own pee), I'll see you there!

Dizzy I would have put money on reflexology being more relaxing! Shows how much things can differ from paper to real life! Will you go back to reflexology do you think?

Miss That's so lovely to read :) I was having a 'thought' the other day in the shower (where all the best thinking is done), and I was just thinking how lucky all the babies are going to be that are born through this thread, and how very loved they are going to be. They will never know how much their mummies and daddies love them, and wanted them, and the amount of stress, worry, and heartache they endured trying for them. It's a lovely thought :)

VioletIbiza88 · 01/07/2015 17:03

^^ i was thinking something similar too Hayley

nightandthelight · 01/07/2015 18:41

Lovelyjubbly95 · 01/07/2015 19:11

MissMartin10 · 01/07/2015 19:37

Oh my goodness this heat is horrendous.. all my body parts are sticking together Blush

oooo goodluck for the testing my fingers are crossed !!

hayleycookie · 01/07/2015 19:44

Good luck Lovely! Will you be doing it first thing tomorrow or holding out?

Miss It's true you don't think about it until you're doing it. Probably best not to think too much of them doing it though

Agreed on the heat!! Ah man! 35 degrees here this afternoon and still 29 this evening! Thanking the gods I didn't buy a leather sofa!

Mummyofonesofar · 01/07/2015 19:51

Our problem is the flies! Soo many flies coming inside. So bad that I've tried the thing on Facebook about hanging a nap up with water and coins in to deter them. Will see if it works Hmm

Lovelyjubbly95 · 01/07/2015 20:11

Might actually hold out until Friday... Give my af a chance to show up and if not then thats a green light to test!

MissMartin10 · 01/07/2015 20:35

MissMartin10 · 01/07/2015 20:36

Southy84 · 01/07/2015 23:26

Welcome rhubarb and emily

Fx lovely!

I feel a bit :( i feel like at this rate I'll be riding a bus solo into the sunset. Sorry to be on a downer, some may remember this convo from a previous bus but just had the baby convo with a friend (they don't know we're ttc) and they said AGAIN I better hurry up otherwise I'll be really old and won't be able to look after my kids. I can't tell you how positive ive been feelibg the last couple of weeks, now I'm in bed having a cry. I don't know why this has to be so hard and why people are so insensitive. Sorry to rant, don't have anyone to tell!

Good luck to those testing in the next few days, fx we get some BFPs :)

DizzyMerry · 01/07/2015 23:48

Oh southy I know exactly how you feel. Been there when ttc DD and going through the same thing again. It's shit at times and nobody can be positive all the time. Don't listen to insensitive and ill advised nonsense. Some people just don't think before they speak. You will get there lovely, you absolutely will Flowers

MissMartin10 · 02/07/2015 00:25

im bleeding Sad. . nhs 111 told me to go to a out of hours doctors within 2 hours but i don't see the point in doing that as there will be nothing they can do tonight, ill just need to csll doctors tomorrow and hopefully get another scan to check.. arghh why is pg so stressful! Sad

RhubarbAndMustard · 02/07/2015 07:01

Oh MissMartin you poor thing. Try not to panic - easier said I know. Is the bleeding heavy? I bled with #1 around week 7 but all was fine, although the Drs said I just had to wait and see. Very stressful time. Hope all is well ????

MissMartin10 · 02/07/2015 07:58

rhubarb it was quite alot of fresh red blood but there was no clots ect.. this is the second time its happened to me with alot of blood the other time it was spotting the midwife said that i have breakthrough bleeding from around the time that i would have had af as the placenta dosent fully take over until around 12 weeks so it can't always control the hormone that creates af.. and its stopped now completely! its just such a massive worry.. i have hardly slept all night Sad

Southy84 · 02/07/2015 07:58

Thank you merry hope you are doing ok. I feel bad for moaning now I've seen miss update, hope you're ok miss I've known people bleed too, not that that will make it less terrifying for you, I really hope everything's ok x

MissMartin10 · 02/07/2015 08:02

aww southy i was in such a panic last night i didn't read back. . dont feel down lovley you'll get your bfp soon you went be left alone.. it's hard to stay positive when people make comments but your trying your best xx

nightandthelight · 02/07/2015 08:10

Thinking of you miss! Really hope all is ok.

How insensitive of your 'friend' southy, please don't feel down. You will get there :)

Last day in work for mw before holiday, I just want it to be 4 already!

ccapplin1 · 02/07/2015 08:57

Thoughts are with you miss hope everything is okay! Will be thinking of you. Have you spoken to a doctor yet? Flowers

Tell your 'friend' to not be so ridiculous southy your age is irrelevant as to whether you can look after your baby. My mum had me at 40, my younger sister at 43 and my younger brother at 45. We all grew up to be happy, healthy (somewhat) well adjusted (okay somewhat on this too Grin) individuals.
