Ral what a lovely thing his teacher said to you! Really really nice. My DS is leaving Y1 and his teacher wrote on his report that as long as he continues to work hard he will do really well in life - I am sure she wrote that on lots of reports but I felt so proud too!

wish sorry about your morning sickness! I hope the drugs help hun. My recommendation is to not underestimate how long you should sit still for after a meal to keep it down. I had sickness right through the second trimester and spent half my life sitting still after eating just to keep food down.

I ov'd yesterday, confirmed by a lovely 0.6 temp rise this morning so my test date has moved back by a few days, now testing on 28th who am I kidding, I am so going to start testing at 9dpo

6dpo here. I have a bit of nausea but I put it down to pms. This happened last month too so I don't think I'll get a bfp this month. ..

wish oh noo! todays the first day ive woke up with no symptoms now im worried! im sure it will be back though. .. im against tablets myself, not just because im pg though.. the only thing i would take is my pregnacare lol
Watermelon and coconut really helps me.. im okay with food i eat then throw up then can eat again.. i struggle with liquids so the dr had to keep checking me for dehydration.
are you taking some time off sick to rest? aww i really hope you feel better soon and don't lose much more weight x

MissM I have and I always test early. Though my 5dpo testing day was not very clever!

Thanks night yes that was a crazy month. Better than the month I actually ov’d mega mega late and was testing before I had actually ov’d but didn’t know it!!

i know what lp stands for but what actually is it. . i have no idea

MissM It is the stage between ovulation and AF arriving. It is when the egg works its way in to the fallopian tube and down into the uterus.

It needs to be a certain length to enable implantation :)

oh righty thanks so e.g - if you ov really late then af arrives shortly after than the lp is too short for the egg to travel?

MissM yes but the thing with LPs is they tend to stay the same if you are taking the same vits every month. So if you ov late as a one off, you can expect AF to also arrive equally late. My LP is 12 days, so the month I ovd on CD14 AF arrived on CD27 and the month I ovd on CD24, AF arrived on CD37. The cycle length changes but the LP does not. UNLESS you do something like taking b complex or soy and can lengthen it at all.

oh right i see mummy your very knowledgeable! my cycles never changed in length mine were always 27 days.. well you learn something new everyday hehe

Hope the sickness eases off wish it sounds rather nasty. I was just the same with DD but in the last trimester. Just couldn't keep anything down.

Auf that is good news indeed. Hopefully the meds have kicked your system into gear.

I have now had my letter from the fertility clinic. App is on the 3rd September - seems soooo long away!!

Aaaah everything seems like ages away doesn't it southy but it's great that you got your app! Maybe you can call and see if u can slot in earlier if there is a cancellation?
Thanks everyone for your kind words! I'm starting to improve, the tablets I'm taking have reduced the number of trips to the toilet but has not stopped it all together. I think I'm full of acid... Can I take gaviscon?
Great news about the scan night what's your EDD now? Wish I was put forward instead if back! I'm just over 8 weeks now. Feels like ages longer!

Your finger crossing is working wonders people! Please continue the excellent work. Made it through a whole day with no blood! Every time I go for a wee I am panicking at what I might see but so far so good! First time at 8dpo with no hint of red since Af returned! Could I insert more exclamation marks!

Wish gaviscon was recommended to me by the pharmacist but I didn't get any as I think it's vile! That was 3 years ago so best to check.

Auf!!!!!!!!!!! that's excellent. I will continue to xf for you. No temp rise here but think it's the thermometer because my temp has been 36 for the past couple of days and I don't think that's right.
