Knickers, I was tempted to try vag temping, but am scaed I will fall back asleep while it is in there!

Mummy, the top stick looks darkest, but none of them are positive. Normally they slowly start to get darker, then quite quickly disappear to nothing after a couple of days. It is strange the way yours vary so much.

Eskimo, I am so excited for you to start on the Clomid. I really think it is going to work well.

Nomio I POAS today too and not a sniff of a line...even held up to a window, tilted at 45 degrees with a torch shining on it from behind...God I need help. The rational side of me though knows that at 9 DPO implantation is probably only just taking place so a BFP is highly chuffing unlikely. I see from the stats we're cycle twins! ?? (if I'm a victim of emoji failure which is a common and embarrassing disease, I put a high ten!)

I have dropped back off mid temping, no biggy, a quick reset and away you go...sort of like a snooze button on an alarm clock ??

Knickers, I did exactly the same, then went back & checked again after 10 minutes!

Pug is our cycle twin too, but she is not a POAS addict like us!

On the subject of opks ... They don't count until they are positive. My ou can get stronger readings at sometimes of the day than others (I get the strongest lines at 4pm. and you can get stronger lines if your wee is more concentrate as well. Does that help?

mummyofonesofar They don't really mean much until you get a positive. There's a blog here: bumpytimesahead.blogspot.com/ and you can see how much the results fluctuate but the positive (week 3) is really obvious.

Queen I couldn't really see a line but I'm notoriously bad at that. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!!

Oh and opks, if I take them at the same time each day with limited drinking then they get progressively darker, but can vary massively if I've had a lot of water!

I've ordered a pack of only 10 ICs this month because I won't need them for the IVF next cycle... It'll be so weird not poas and temping! Xx

Queen, was it a bfn on another FRER? There was definitely a line, I could see it, so you have HcG in your system. Sorry to raise your hopes but could you have used a less sensitive test this morning? How many dpo are you and when is af due?

Queen, you absolutely cannot gauge ovulation from ewcm. No way.

I was about to say the same queen, I ovd on the day of ewcm not 48 hrs after! Only way to be sure when ov is is by temping :)

Sadly it's the only marker I've really got, plus that it would be roughly the right time in my cycle, but take your point purds. I'm on cd41 now although again that doesn't really mean anything as I clearly still settling down from coming off bc. Guess I've just got to wait for AF now.

Queen, sometimes I ov 5 days after ewcm and often 3. I never ov imminently after the appearance of egg white. If you are the same you could only be 9 or 10dpo, although admittedly a free should pick hcg up at this stage.

Here's my chart purdie. This is my second month of temping and last months chart was completely different and clear.

Queen bahh and boo to stupid broken test this morning. I know it's sensible to keep expectations in check but I will say again, when I got my BFP I tested at 14dpo and got a BFN (blank as blank as blank) on what should have been a normal cycle length. It may well still be too early. Be nice to yourself today, yes? I'll have the gin ready if you get a BFN again in a coupla days.

Sore-headed but happy today! Got a fresh parcel of IC OPKs just itching to get out of their packets! (Apparently I have serious double standards when it comes to excessive POASing on OPKs). AF still in the house, but not for much longer I don't think. Anyone else roughly cd7?
