Do you like feeling left out of a group? Do you enjoy being marginalised and isolated and picked-on? How about a good bullying? If so..you're in t'wrong place, cock, coz this 'ere is the TTC thread where you feel loved, embraced, encouraged, wanted, lusted after, admired, respected, thought-of with fondness, missed when you're away. We will even put up with your lazy, selfish bastard of a husband who would rather watch Chelsea romp through the Premiership than put a baby in your tum-tum.

Absolutely any old slag welcome, unless you already have a baby in your tum-tum and we're about as familiar with you as a condom. You can get lost Smile

t'STATS, innit

Also Mummy and fellow mamas.. I don't feel any pregnancy symptoms? My boobs are the teensiest bit tender at sides and I have niggly feelings on my right side but that's it! Nada. Is that strange? Living with chronic illness and knowing my body so well I thought for sure I would know straight away and I was told to prepare to feel pretty I'll the first few weeks. It's weird being told you are pregnant just now and not feeling it?! What was your experience like for your first born?

Sparkly123 · 17/04/2015 13:40

Aww babs that's cute! Yeh he prob was just so focused on TTC and dtd he had forgotten about the outcome! That sounds lovely. I hope for a moment like that too .. Not the Rose specifically(although I do love roses ) I just mean a nice moment where you can feel happy and excited together! Grin

Mummyofonesofar · 17/04/2015 13:40

Glittery Glad it went away! Maybe mine will disappear too, I noticed the first one a week or so before you mentioned it on the bus. Will wait another month or so and hope they both go away.

babs are you not in shock? The number of ladies I have seen on here trying for months and then get their BFP and are in shock that all this opk, temping, DTD sometimes makes babies in our tum tums.

Mummyofonesofar · 17/04/2015 13:43

Sparkly I was about 2 months gone when I found out and hadn't the foggiest that I was pregnant and felt no different. It was only at about 3 months when the sickness kicked in until about 6 months when I finally started to show a bit more that I 'felt' more pregnant.

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 17/04/2015 13:45

babs that's so cute. haha these men make me laugh. what on earth did they expect to happen? x

Sparkly123 · 17/04/2015 13:47

Ha ha Glittery I know! What do they expect?!

Thanks Mummy I guess everyone is different eh. I need to stop entertain in these thoughts and focus on something else! Ha

babsbunny · 17/04/2015 13:47

Oh sparkles you'll get there love. Sorry for being insensitive. You have so much going on. I'm going to send out all my good energy for you and you bean x

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 17/04/2015 13:48

mummy - thank you. I was really fearful - I read too much of the daily mail I think :/ always puts the shits up me! But I am quite shit hot with things like that - any lump and bump and I'm straight on the phone to the quacks to get it seen too - regardless of where it is!

Sparkly - thank you for easing my fear for tomorrow. I will laugh haha im not one for anything like that - I don't like anything mechanical up there (if you get my drift) so it will be weird! I just need to try not to fanny fart.

Sparkly123 · 17/04/2015 13:49

Oh babs are you joking?! You ain't insensitive at all! Stupid posts. This is why texts are often misinterpreted! It was lovely your little moment and gives everyone a nice warm feeling I'm sure thinking of the day they will have theirs! I'm so pleased for you!!! Any celebratory plans this weekend?

Pikz · 17/04/2015 13:50

Babs my dh was quite shocked for a while with DS

Sparkly I found out about 6 weeks with DS and was bleeding so assumed all over. He's 2.5 now. I had no symptoms apart from feeling very run down until about 8 weeks then sickness, sore boobs etc kicked in and I puked my way until week 14/16

Sparkly123 · 17/04/2015 13:51

Glitter to be honest it doesn't even go far actually. It's only just inside. Not deep at all Amazing what they can see from there! Just make sure to relax those muscles and flop the legs and I promise you will be fine. It won't take long either so you will be in and out in no time.

babsbunny · 17/04/2015 13:51

Just know we are all rooting for you sparkly (specially as my baba will be half Scot). We think you are super.
No plans, just trying to keep my mouth shut to my family about it!

babsbunny · 17/04/2015 13:52

Mummy. It's a very surreal feeling

Sparkly123 · 17/04/2015 13:52

Pikz wow. Go you for the sickness. Urgh that sounds appealing..! Ha. Glad all was fine in the end!!

Sparkly123 · 17/04/2015 13:54

good luck babs with that!!! Remember on sat I had the positive test and had to go out with dh and both mils - that was not easy!!! Ha.
Thanks for being so kind. Flowers

DizzyMerry · 17/04/2015 13:56

That's so sweet of your DH babs and it is a shock when it happens.

Sparkly I didn't find out til I was 6 weeks preg. Only one wave of tiredness before I got my bfp. I only started getting symptoms around 8 weeks like nausea and my sense of smell started heightening at around 10 weeks. It's definitely common not to experience any symptoms until later on and some women are so lucky they don't have to contend with much throughout their pregnancy.

I'm taking the bull by it's horns this cycle. I have started temping. I have also started taking maca powder and have ordered some coenzyme q10 supplements which should arrive tomorrow. I shall be extremely cross if I don't get that bfp this cycle!!!

Sparkly123 · 17/04/2015 14:00

Dizzymerry wooo! Good one! That's throwing it all out there!! The Maca powder I hear is great. Luck luck luck for you!! Star thanks for your experience. Flowers

Nomio230 · 17/04/2015 14:05

That sounds really positive, Dizzy. It is good to feel like you have some control over the situation. That is why I stuff my face with every vitamin/supplement going!

Sparkly, my mum had four of us and never had any sickness or pains. Maybe you will be lucky. Also, I used to know someone who had no idea she was pregnant until the baby popped out, and she had already had three children! I think sometimes you just can't tell.

Babs, your DH sounds like a real sweetie. You are a lucky lady. Smile

Glitter, I found dildocam less painful than a smear. They just lube it up and slide it in. It doesn't take very long. Wear a panty liner for afterwards though, or you will end up with slimy lube knickers!

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 17/04/2015 14:10

haha ew ok thanks for the tip will take a liner with me. good idea! :)

that's the only thing about finding out super early isn't it - waiting for the old hormones to kick in~! You've jinxed it for yourself now sparkly, you'll have the lot shortly :) (oh yes you will because everything is going to be A-OK!)

God work is SO BORING!!!!!!

Mummyofonesofar · 17/04/2015 14:13

Nomio Wow, I thought stories like that were only created for gossip mag readers!

Sparkly I forgot that one, I was very tried in the first trimester but didn’t know why – was very busy dancing quite a few days a week and assumed I was just worn out.

Dizzy Woo! You will get your BFP soon enough Grin

Glittery Do you work in my office? So so bored here too. Can't wait to get home and sit (in a jumper as it is not sunny) in my garden on my new recliner chairs Grin It will be relaxing til I need to shoot out for DS's swimming lesson which was meant to be tomorrow but had to rearrange due to DP organising a BBQ for tomorrow night.

Sparkly123 · 17/04/2015 14:14

Ha ha thanks glitterpants (they will be glistening with the shiny lube tomorrow!) fingers crossed! Star

Wow Nomio I always find those stories so shocking. I mean, did they just think they had put a tonne of weight on?!? Ha

Nomio230 · 17/04/2015 14:19

I agree, Mummy, it sounds like something in a trashy magazine! I think because of the way she was carrying, she didn't put much weight on & somehow didn't realise.

Her other daughter went into school the next day & told the class that her mummy had had a baby & she got told off for lying!

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 17/04/2015 14:21

mummy yep v boring - one of my guys who I secretary for is on his jollies until the 27th... the other one just trundles along on his own accord. So ive been doing more officey bits, the phone calls though.....seriously just feel like picking up and yelling "feck off!" and slamming it back down lol

Mummyofonesofar · 17/04/2015 14:31

Nomio When my DS was 4.5 he went into nursery and said "My Mummy is having a baby" because we started talking about TTC 2 years ago and got told off for lying and then asked me about it when I went to pick him up. And he said "I wasn't lying, you are going to have a baby one day aren't you? You told me so" I couldn't help but laugh really but a little bit hurt inside someone asking me if I was pregnant and having to say no Sad

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 17/04/2015 14:35

aw mummy bless him. I love the innocence and bliss that little children have. they are so cute and see the world so differently and factually. I cant wait to have my own little man or lady make me laugh.
