I so hope clomid works for you (or maca in the meantime!) merry.

Fingers crossed for you chops - cramps aren't necessarily a bad thing!!

loopylou1984 · 13/04/2015 13:03

Chops - have I missed a name change while I've been away? Xx

auxiliaryauroch · 13/04/2015 14:56

boris I laughed!

pinningwobble · 13/04/2015 15:08

Going to cut all my hair off this afternoon. See what the tww does to you!!!

Hairstylisttoboris · 13/04/2015 15:11

pinning I think, if it helps the tww gets easier (or has for me). But seeing bFNs gets harder the longer you are trying for. Hope your hair suits you short :) can we have a photo?

tessiegirl · 13/04/2015 18:14

Sammy DH had his SA test done privately so we never actually had any feedback (DH never called them back) Hmm so we were just going with the flow for a bit. He was just about to book in to have another test done while we are back home in the UK atm and see if there had been any improvement on his morphology since October and taking the vits. I would still be interested to find out if there had been a change...but yeah, I have conceived naturally....(touch wood for sticky bean)

Pinning I'm into novel writing - historical fiction is my thing. I'm working on something atm and it means lots and lots of background research but I absolutely love it Smile Have you felt the MA has helped you? I did an online novel writing course last year and that really helped me as I tend to procrastinate due to never being sure of how/where to start. The course helped me realise you don't have to start at the beginning Smile

Hi everyone, i will read back in a bit, just an update: went to the doctors today about the spotting and i am being referred to fertility specialist, have to have the day 3 and 21 day blood tests, she thinks that the spotting could just be normal or it could be my progesterone lowering, hopefully we will get some answers soon

pinningwobble · 13/04/2015 18:27

boris yes it will be fine as have had my hair short for years...current 'long' hair is due to me trying to grow it since last June. It's only down to my shoulders but it's doing my nut in!!! No pic or I will out myself to SIL :)

tessie it's certainly helped in terms of getting me started on projects and keeping me motivated. I don't know if it's worth the money (£7000!!) and am currently struggling with writing an essay (HATE writing essays).

FX for your sticky bean!

What's everyone having for dinner tonight?

DizzyMerry · 13/04/2015 18:35

Rainy I'm so pleased you are being referred to a fertility specialist and hopefully you will have some answers soon.

tessie you're so lovely for sharing the info. Hope you have a nice, smooth and uneventful pregnancy

chopsface · 13/04/2015 18:54

Sorry Sammy its victoria401 here!

Cramps have gone leaving me with bugger all symptoms and the only spotting free month since June '14!

pinningwobble · 13/04/2015 19:02

Oh fx chops!!!

nightandthelight · 13/04/2015 19:16

Getting excited for you chops!

jugglingmonkey · 13/04/2015 19:21

Promising by the sounds of things, chops (live your username by the way)! Are you testing tomorrow?

tessiegirl · 13/04/2015 19:27

Fx for getting answers Rainy Great that you have set the ball rolling.

Blimey Pinning £7000 is a lot of money! Confused I used to hate writing essays as well, especially when your mind goes blank or you have to force yourself to do it. Ugh! I remember those days well!! Do you have to do a dissertation at the end?

Chops/Victoria This is sounding very promising!!

DizzyMerry I have always really enjoyed reading the bfp stats, found them interesting and many gave me some ideas to try out so of course if I can pass on any helpful info I'm very pleased! Smile

Dinner tonight - just sent DH up the chip shop!! Blush Naughty!

pinningwobble · 13/04/2015 19:33

Tessie I know tell me about it! Regretting it now DP and me are trying to save for a deposit!

Yep dissertation due in September...got to submit half a novel.

In other news one of my kittens is in heat. Running around the house wagging her bum in the air, the shameless hussy.

MaybeMrsMum2016 · 13/04/2015 19:39

Pinning my little cat does the same! She also seems to like rubbing her head on DH's hair, as well as tasting his hair gel. Plus the noises sahe makes. The little tart!

pinningwobble · 13/04/2015 19:44

MaybeMrs omg it's driving me nuts! I'm getting them both spayed next month thank god. She is backing her bum into everything. Literally everything we own has been rubbed by her bum. She makes noises that make me think I should be calling in an exorcist.

MaybeMrsMum2016 · 13/04/2015 19:49

DH hates that a cat fancies him and wishes she'd shut up. I find it hilarious! If you sort of grab her rear-end the noises get even weirder and her position is so low to the floor it's crazy!

Hairstylisttoboris · 13/04/2015 20:01

maybe my cats lick my dhs hair too! They never wash me, always him.

tessiegirl · 13/04/2015 20:12

Ah wow Pinning I would love to have to submit half a novel for a dissertation! Can it be on anything or are you restricted? Also remember when our cat went on heat for the first time, we joke that in the morning she was a kitten and by the afternoon she was a sex crazed monster!! And the noises!!! Shock

loopylou1984 · 13/04/2015 20:55

Oh hey Victoria Smile

DizzyNorthernBird · 14/04/2015 00:01

Hey everyone, just had a quick catch up. Been busy at work so I didn't get time to check in yesterday.

nicnak congrats on the bfp! Hoping you have a healthy nine months!

night, so sorry AF arrived and you're still feeling under the weather. I've got a dicky tummy myself at the moment but it's self inflicted as I've been eating naughty foods that give me issues Sad. I see that you, me and dizzym are testing around the same time next month though?

dizzym sorry to hear about your test results. Are there any changes you could make to your diet to restore your hormonal balance? I think it was you that said a while ago about being estrogen dominant, surely eating well can help with this?

I hope everyone else is well! Not much happening here, I'm at that boring time of the month post AF.

DizzyMerry · 14/04/2015 00:09

Dizzy diet wise I will need to cut out sugar and everything else seems ok. Interesting you say that as it's something I was looking into earlier. I did look at the endo diet but it's just too restrictive. I have been told on the megabus that clomid will only increase my levels so that will be the route I will be taking.

DizzyMerry · 14/04/2015 00:10

Oh dizzy just saw we'll be testing around the same time along with night here's hoping this cycle is the one for us

coffeenut · 14/04/2015 00:56

Getting cautiously excited for chopsvic...

rainy I hope you get the answers you need x

Had the unsexiest sex in the world last night. Ten days and counting now. May need to work on seduction techniques for this evening otherwise we will be in trouble. Tips? Lucky DH is on-board otherwise we would be in Struggle Town.

Had a super positive opk today too, so can't stop now!

I wish I had the willpower to cut sugar. It's something I've never been able to do - have tried everything else at one stage or another but never sugar. I'm still on almond milk but missing my soy lattes.
