MissMartin - there are loads of pre-natal vitamins that have the folic acid and everything else you need. Pregnacare is very expensive but highly recommended and there are different versions for conception, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Or you could take Pregnacare Original throughout.

I'm currently on Seven Seas and it's got a slightly higher iron content so make me want to throw up a lot. Once I've finished this pack I'll change back to one of the others.

I was recommended to take vitamin D, calcium, B complex and folic acid if I didn't take all in one vitamins. Just folic acid is fine for conception but when you start growing a baby you might want some of the others to avoid getting deficient yourself
