Night temps will be a much more reliable indicator that you ovulated than opks, just keep dtd and you will be covered :)

Oh and coffee yes my cramps were horrendous on the copper cool, felt like contractions!! Wouldn't have it in again for that reason. But I was just unlucky, many people are fine with it.

I feel a bit rubbishy this afternoon, like I'm coming down with something. Stupidly busy month at work had caught up with me!

Hope you continue to feel better dizzym. Things like this always take a few days to sink in but all the other practicalities help to distract you and keep a routine going I guess.

2 DPO (ish) and had strange internal stomach pains ealier. Turns out I just needed the loo Hopefully some actual symptoms will appear soon, but I'm not expecting a BFP after OV appeared to be so late.

night how on earth did FF predict ov with so little to go on?? So no + opk, temps didn’t rise 3/6 … cm? Are your opks getting darker? (or are you using the CB ones?) it would make sense if you ov early though right?

dizzymerry glad things are settling down for you . I think it’s a good idea to keep temping as you’re doing. Ov might be later than usual with all the stress, hence no cm as yet x

No idea coffee! I use the CB digital ones so no lines. I haven't had my usual CM either so starting to think this cycle is anovulatory! Will try and post my chart later.

Argh I'm not sure, i was going to hold out until I knew AF was late, so will see how long I last!! It's awful this last bit of the wait isn't it?! I usually get really teary a couple of days before AF so I'll feel more positive about things if that doesn't happen this weekend!

I deleted Ovia two months ago so now don't have my data on CM. I tend to get it around CD10 though I think.

night do you think with all the stress of the move, your ov might just be delayed a bit?

night just a thought but might your cycle be delayed due to moving and cold? Your body could just be deferring ovulation?
I'm still stuck in bed, feeling miserable.

I'm not really sure coffee! I think it looks like what a 'normal' chart looks like but suppose I'll know more when I've done the whole cycle.

Coffee just popped in to say thanks so much for your words on the Bumsnet! that's so lovely of you. Sorry somuch has been going on I just can't do the keeping up with two buses right now! So haven't been able to follow here. How are you?

I also had a copper cool for about five years. Slightly heavier periods and a bit more cramping but not terrible in any way. Loo-ooved my cerazette though no periods at all!

Fyi I posred elsewhere but it looks from my OPKs like my taking soy brought ov forward by at least four maybe six days, and hopefully will increase my lp from five days to nine or maybe eleven accordingly. Hoping! Just thought if let you know as some of you were interested! Happy weekend to you all. am off on hols next week to limited internet heaven!

dizzymerry I remember thinking mine looked like nothing at all much the first month, especially before the crosshairs go in. Then by the second month I could work out a bit better what was going on!

You are all right ladies! The stomach bug followed by the cold coupled with moving could very well have messed with things :) Also merry are you not a cycle buddy and you have not ovulated? Thanks for all the lovely advice ladies.
