Wow it just keeps coming. Just heard that my ex neighbour has just had a baby girl. Her ds1 is 4 months older then my son. Boo She didn't bf at all. Why is it that bf mothers get punished and then have to wait and wait for dc2!!!! So pants

Help! I have woken up in a tizz deciding that I have a feeling that I may ovulate earlier this month and I should have started testing by now. So I have started to use my sticks and I've already wasted two sticks I must be an idiot because I cannot seem to get the digital cb hormone sticks working

Is anyone else using these sticks? The second line is faint but present. Can someone tell me if they saw this before getting their peak? Thank you

Aww Auto. I'm a free user Third time lucky and I've now got it working. Result came back low fertility. I seem to remember having difficulties with getting my head around using them 3 years a go

Hmm I'm a bit confused as the second line is fainted then the other two sticks but it's the same pot that I'm testing from. Maybe I should just follow my instincts this month and start dtd early?!?!?!

Also if anyone could give me a TTC calming pill that would be most grateful!!! I'm only on cd9 and I'm going through waves of "it's never going to happen" to "quick quick I've got to test" I think I need a huge slap!

Uhm last month was cd19. before that cd25. If soy works again it should be either around cd19 again or hopefully earlier. if it gets pushed back again I may have to jump off a bridge Ideally this time I will have a longer lp though!

Is it a funny question? I did laugh out loud about you jumping off the bridge part though Even though I've ovulated past cd 20 for god knows how many months I am now banging on about the possibility of OVing at cd10...totally lost the plot lol

Hello! (waves). Can anyone help me please? DS is 18 months, we've been ttc no. 2 since my periods returned in November. I stopped daytime bf in November but only stopped his bedtime feed (so fully weaned him) last week. Does anyone know whether just that one bf could prevent pregnancy? I can't find any information on it. I'm 36 and I only had one period before we conceived DS, so this is making me anxious (which I know doesn't help!). Thanks

Nothing will prevent pregnancy. Everything will prevent pregnancy. That is the lesson we have learnt tree alas. Someone might get pregnant bf day and night and someone else might put back fertility by a whole month even if your DC just fiddled with your nipple in his mouth for two minutes and managed to get the prolactin stimulated again in that time. It's a mystery.

Dc1 for me was the same and only one af after stopping contraceptive pill. Now On my sixth cycle ttc #2 since af came back and 10th cycle ttc#2 from before af came back. My lp is shot though and still recovering. But others have been very lucky. Pull up a chair I hope your stay is short but if not welcome aboard!

Hi all, just to give you all some hope....I got my bfp today! Ds 18months still feeding morning,nap and bedtime. I stopped nightfeeds, one month later I got my first period. Got a positive opk day 18 of that cycle and now 12dpo got my bfp. Very early days but I'm over the moon! Good luck everyone!!!!!!

Welcome Tree. I would echo what others have said about conceving while bf. It seems some lucky buggers people can conceive while feeding a lot, while some have to wean completely. Although we could never say that the latter group would never have conceived while feeding, only that the conceived after stopping.

My news: I put dd to bed without the boob!! Dh has been putting her down for the last week and he's now working nights so it was my first attempt tonight. No probs at all.
Still doing the morning feed though. . .
