Sparkly, you are definitely preggers. The relaxed feeling is clearly due to your subconscious knowing that you are pregnant, so not stressing about it.

I find it quite reassuring that even though some of you had terrible births, you are all trying to go through it again. It just shows that the benefits must massively outweigh the costs. My sister had a 24 hour labour with her first, had to have stitches which then got infected & swore she would never do it again, yet has ended up with two more!

I am going to ask for all the drugs they have, then sneak a few Co-Codamol too. I don't get this whole pious thing about how giving birth naturally means you must love your baby more. No, it just means that you are crazy!

That's the way to go nomio. I was open to all sorts of pain relief as I did know it would be painful, only I didn't think it would be that bad! The epidural was amazing and I wish I'd had it earlier on but the consultants were in surgery so midwife had to wait for them to check me over first. I'll be asking for one again

I'm CD13 and FF reckons I ovulated on CD10. I don't buy that at all, my cm was still a little brown following AF at that stage and it just seems too early. My temp has been gradually rising but is still only 36.20. I'll see what happens over the next few days. I have lots of cm today and my cervix is at its highest position - I can't feel it at all - so I think it's imminent rather than past. Either way I'm going to try and DTD the minute I get home from work.
Do people try and make a bit of an effort to get their partner in the mood or is it cool to just wander in and demand they crack on?

I tried to make an effort on a couple of the days of the dtdathon oyster, sexy lingerie etc. The other days were too busy though so was much more business like. Good luck!

We do a mixture. Some days just have a quickie to get the fellas up there, and other times I will do the whole seduction thing. I think it partly depends how long you have been trying.

We have no frills 'baby making' sex. I tell him it's time. He either obliges or makes his excuses when he can't be arsed. For the three cycles we've been trying we've only managed it 2/3 times during fertile window. Sexy sex is for other times of the month. I do envy you lot who seem to get it on tap for a week beforehand. Although if truth be told I couldnt be bothered dtd every day or much more than we're managing it! I'd like a fourth shag but that would be me done.
