I just emailed Clear Blue to let them know that I have posted off my first batch of samples.

Just as it sent I noticed that autcorrect had changed the word samples... to 'dampness'.

They are going to think I am a weirdo. :/

wotsit yep! I told him it'd be approx 16th-18th March and he said last minute would be fine, sent him a picture of me and he said I look like a nanny (after telling him what I did for a living)... hoping I'm more Mary Poppins than Nanny McPhee :/

juney GF is definitely she who must not be named around here, I gather. I have a gloriously happy non-GF sleeper myself. Tonight she asked to go to bed after the second of three bedtime books. What a delight. Apart from falling out of bed we won't see her for 12-13 hours.

Mama, pleased this job is better than the other. That does sound heartbreaking and I can imagine it would be very hard to switch off when you get home, although I'm sure your dd helps with that.

DH has just asked me if there is anything else he can do. Bless him but if you have any ideas it would be appreciated.

Juney glad plan C is ready to go - sorry to sound stupid but how does it work, does he go to yours or do you rent a room somewhere inbetween you both so he can "produce his sample", hand it through the door and then you pop it up or are you getting some cool bags to transport it after meeting in a public place and him handing over the specimen?

I have never read GF but did do controlled crying when DS was about 9 months so I could end co-sleeping and him constantly being attached to my nipples as I was getting no sleep.

Cariad! I was about to start roaming the street of South East London calling your name a puppy! How exciting. I have a cat and I do not know what I would do without her, I'm very maternal so it is good to have an outlet. My cat is incredibly spoilt.

I have had the most horrendous PMT, I wonder if as well as bringing ov forward Maca has sent my hormones crazy. Going to reduce my dose but stick with it for another month. Expecting AF any time now, I know I missed ov but for some reason I've still had my hopes up and feel gutted.

Have a work lunch today for a colleagues leaving do so will be enjoying a glass of wine

I'm going to join you ladies bfp due 13 March ttc 3 have 2 beautiful girls already had a miscarriage in January at nearly 7 weeks. Just found out close friend is due a baby the same day I was due but miscarried. Over the moon for her but feel like I need to get pregnant quickly to numb the pain it's shit and I feel like a bag of crap today :(

Trixie, lovely to see you. I wondered where you were. It's hard not to have that little bit of hope isn't it, even when you know there's only an outside chance you might get a bfp its always there in your head! Fx af arrived quickly and you can get on with the next cycle. I don't take Maca so can't help there. I do use the powered form in yoghurt or in porridge but it tastes vile so I often skip it

Juney yes, GF almost managed to shut mumsnet down after she was libelled on here by hand-wringers who proclaimed her methods abusive. The personal attacks on GF were revolting and remain a great example of the absurdity and irrelevance of Humanism as a philosophy.
