Amyyy yes they should stay high if your pg, but if it was dropping now it would mean af tomorrow or Monday for you making your LP only 8or9 days.
I think your temps are probably a little unreliable due to poor sleep, I wouldn't worry yet. Xx

Did you tell FF about the BFPs? If it's your first month temping then I think it usually predicts af 14 days after ov.... How many days is it saying for you? X

Well at 10/11 dpo I caved and tasted. bFN obvs. I'd got my hopes up as AF is due Monday and I usually have headaches/sadness by now and this month I've had no pre-af symptoms at all. Still sad even though I know our timings were out in February.
I'm not sure I could cope with the angst of temping. And my damn cars wouldn't allow me to - they found and massacred the christmas decorations overnight. Not much sleep in the boris household.

sammy nice strong chart! what kind of opk do you use? I'm feeling shortchange that I only get a positive opk for about 20 mins with my ICs but yet some people get two days of positives. I'm wondering how they calibrate. What bit if the clear blue smilies and the ocs overlap? The beginning/middle/end of the surge?

sammy I've attached my chart and my calendar for March. It has pink boxes around 2nd, 11th and 28th. I thought pink boxes meant AF due.
My birthday is 11th, you would think its flagged that for some weird reason? I think FF is just out to confuse me.

Based on my late OV I am going to hold off POAS until Friday (oh I hope I can wait that long!)

Amy, I think you've pinpointed ov wrong. I think you ov'd on CD20 and you are 6dpo (and therefore nowt to worry about). Why did you use the override function on FF?

I have been using the clear blue but this month used only the ICs... My day 2 peak was much darker than day 1 so it's possible 1 wasn't actually a peak. Usually when I get my first solid smiley I also get a positive ic... Hope that helps

Dojo, the pink boxes are merely significant dates (CD1, your birthday and the current date). Iy has nowt to do with when AF is due. The pink boxes on your chart indicate when FF think you are due your period.

Sammy, the true surge is the one where the test line is as dark as - or darker - than the control. Any other shades are negative.

i believe i am 8 DPO , today is the first day i have noticed a little spotting so i think the high strength vitamin b complex is helping, i got a letter from my doctor surgery that my new doctor is leaving, i phoned them up to see who the replacement was and was also told that another doctor that i have seen before is back in April from maternity leave, i have asked to switch over to her instead which makes me happy as she is a good doctor and feel confident that she will get me to where i need to be, So for now i am going to wait till April and get myself an appointment with her and get the ball rolling regarding my progesterone, I also was thinking about reflexology , but not sure wether this would help support my progesterone in any way - if anyone has any knowledge id be grateful!!

Rainy, great news about decent doc's return! Good doctors are priceless. Please don't spend good money on reflexology for a progesterone issue - it won't help one iota. I feel very strongly about this kind of thing, so take my advice with a pinch of salt by all means...but you did ask!

purdey i had positive opk the day before and negative after, then i had strong ov pains on cd19, and ive always been told your dip would be on o day and a rise day after... so going off all of that it would make cd19 o day, right? And even if it was cd20, that wouldnt explain my drop in temp over last couple of days? Thats the bit im worried about :(

sammy that helps I e been wondering if we stop to early. I think that looking at the charts that I've seems to occur a day or so after the second peak day for people who use clear blue dual hormones, which would be a clear 48 hours after a positive on a IC. And now knowing that spermieeeez only live 1.5 days I think DH and I might need to have one last late shag if we can? Quite often we drs up to and including the day of a positive opk then stop... Does that make any sense?

I read an academic study the other day about acupuncture, as so many ladies here use it. The study showed it worked for pain relief on the subject who believed it would, not on those who didn't believe in it. The power of mind over matter.

Boris we used to do the same, stop after positive opk... But then I learnt that ov happens a day or so after the positive so now we keep going until a couple of days after! Xx

Purdey i will take your advice wisely, i do not want to be spending money on something that could make it worse or do nothing , so thank you, iv looked at what types of food that can help i have read sweet potato and i am also thinking of trying raspberry leaf tea but have heard some issues of it causing miscarriage, so i am not so sure,
