Very early signs you might be pregnant.

Just wondering what your very first indications were? It's way too early for me to test but I've got tender boobs which is not typical for me during my cycle and period type cramps, and again not typical for me.

I am probably clutching at a million straws but am interested in your experiences.

I've had the same very early symptoms with both pregnancies. Just after conception I had a weird 'chinese burn' like feeling on one side. Then stitch type feelings. Then not long after that (and a week or so before the earliest point at which you can test) I would wake up every night with an extremely dry mouth and feeling very thirsty. My gums also bled slightly and my nipples changed colour - white in the very centre and darker around (the edge of the nipples, not the areola). I also had occasional dizziness and hot flushes at night. I suspected I was pregnant the first time around but when I got the same symptoms the second time around I felt certain a week before AF was due.

The very first sign that I was pregnant with both of my girls were my sore breasts. Before there were any other symptoms this is what gave me a clue that I might be pregnant.

Oh and I didn't have sore boobs at any point during either pregnancy.

I had to keep my scarf on at work today nips would've had your eye out if I'd turned round too quick.

Admittedly I have been bloody freezing but they don't normally stick out but about an inch!

I totally agree that there should be an instant sign that you're pregnant - like a fax coming out of your belly button or something.

I have 6 days to wait. I've been feeling really queasy the last ten days or so, having migraine type headaches and I'm napping and getting cramps that actually make me stop. I think I might be inventing symptoms though and its probably just a virus! Tww is a form of torture

mom I'm the same - inventing symptoms gas been my favourite pastime this last few days.

I am also craving salt and am considering licking the inside of a crisp packet. I am telling myself it's okay because "the potential baby" needs the salt. Im not sure the same can be said about three crunchies.

Just felt like I was getting my period with first pregnancy. I didnt bother testing until I was over a week late as was so sure I was about to come on.

Subsequent pregnancies I have gone off tea and coffee and puked about a week before my period was due.

I actually can't drink water at the moment makes my tummy churn. Is it a symptom that I wandered into the baby section at debenhams today and noted they didn't really have anything neutral

Couldn't stop weeing, like 3-4 times an hour! And they were proper wees, not like the ones where you think you need to go and quarter of a ml comes out

Feeling worse by the hour here. If I'm pregnant it's probably worth it. But if it's a bug or something I'm gonna be so pissed off, cos feeling this crap isn't nice!! Hoping if it's a pregnancy I'll be lucky with symptoms like before.

I have had recurring dreams for about 20 years that I'd have twins. Would be brilliant - knackering but brilliant. Two babies, one labour!

Chocolate - bleugh. Uh oh, I'm a chocolate lover, nutella with a spoon straight out of the jar type chocolate lover!!!

2 at 1 time, I dunno. Didn't sleep for nearly 2 years with first one, would that mean 4 years of no sleep :-( . Sure why not go for triplets while you're thinking bout it - whole family instantly sorted :-P

Seriously though, why hasnt a test been invented that can tell the minute you become pregnant? I'd pay for one. If it meant I could know for sure either way & if I wasnt then at least I could dose myself on whatever medicine was needed to make me feel better.

Surely there has to be money in it for some genius??

If I could have quads I would I always wanted four children but would be over the moon and back to just have the one (v old codger here)

I think I'll specifically go to a chemist half hour away tomorrow & stock up. Could be a long 2 weeks of tests .

I forgot my other symptom was crazy vivid dreams... my friend had them too.

Mine was the smells. Everything smelt horrific.

Awful nausea and actually puking.

Dizzy. Miserable. Tired (like shatteringly exhausted).

Don't want my breakfast and my mouth tastes funny, not sure if I'm imagining it though!

First pregnancy - no symptoms

Second - AF type cramps two days before period, tested at 2 days late

Third & current - cramping since 5dpo, throbbing/pulsing pain 8dpo, tender boobs at 9dpo, faint bfp at 11dpo, nausea since 12dpo.
