Just wondering what your very first indications were? It's way too early for me to test but I've got tender boobs which is not typical for me during my cycle and period type cramps, and again not typical for me.

I am probably clutching at a million straws but am interested in your experiences.

Aww that's a shame LastOne - still, at least she is being timely so that you can start over nice and quickly, I suppose. No metallic taste for me since first thing yesterday - I'm now convinced that all my "symptoms" were just me getting over-excited. But roll on Wednesday, one way or another.

Looks like I might be out. temp went up a bit this am and was hopeful but have what looks like start of AF now only very light spotting at this stage. terrible cramps though so not hopeful. :(
drew, maybe you should see a Dr just to be sure.

GP in an hour. The test I did yesterday ended up turning positive after a while. I've never had one do that before.

Very unpleasant GP. She just said "probably early miscarriage, do a test at the end of the week to be sure" and sent me on my way. Not interested at all about PCOS, periods or anything.
Meanwhile I've dropped 2kg in a week due to sickness and being off food :(

I just don't know what's going on.

Oooooooh is it true that ovulation tests show positive when you're pregnant? My internet cheapies are claiming I'm not pregnant, but they obviously lie.

I'm out too. A lot of my "symptoms" (esp. the weird taste in the mouth) were actually the onset of a cold - ta very much, Mother Nature - and AF arrived this evening. My future TTC mantra is going to be "Thou shall not symptom spot. And thou shall never EVER POAS until AF is at least 48 hours late"...

Thanks Nessie. I'm feeling a bit more relaxed about it this month - knowing the symptoms that I can discount is stopping me from getting my hopes up. I've read that even if everything is perfectly in place for conception to occur it usually takes at least three months anyway, so I'm hoping that I won't get too down if it doesn't happen this month. Are you in the tww also? x

No, not this month. Had to get load of tests done after last month so told to wait another month or so. But not stopping us at least enjoying it instead of focusing on ttc Smile.

Hi guys hope you don't mind me joining in ive been reading this thread and was looking for some advice..
I'm ttc#1 and I havent been using OPKs however ive been keeping track of my cm and judging by that I ovulated a few days late this cycle so around CD18 (give or take a day) im now on CD25 but I usually have a 28 day cycle, sometimes 30 but usually between the two. If im correct that makes me 7dpo but since I predict I ovulated late that means AF would surely be later than expected too?
For the past few days ive had slight cramps but surely they couldn't have been AF cramps since im not due for another 4-5 days or more if I did actually ovulate late. I managed to DTD every day to cover all bases so ive been feeling v.optimisitic.
Anyway, I've had some light bleeding today - but extremely light, accompanied with some cramps. The bleeding was a very light pink I'd hardly even call it blood it was like it had been mixed with water but I was wondering if this sounds like implantation bleeding? I've looked on Google which suggests implantation bleeding is in like a sort of discharge? I had some cm which was like an off white (like it had been mixed with the ever so tiniest bit of blood) sorry tmi! The spotting I usually get before af is normally quite brown never usually pink so I wondered if anyone else experienced this and had a BFP?
I think the bleeding has stopped but as far as I'm aware it hasn't got any heavier over the past few hours (touch wood)
Just wondered if anyone has any thoughts?

Hi Madgie, sounds exactly like the bleeding I had, which doc told me was implantation for sure. Unfortunately in my case it ended badly, but hopefully you should be able to get a BFP in bout a wk or less.

Fingers crossed for ye Smile.

I'm in my2ww. I don't 'know' I'm pregnant, like I did with my 2nd,and I tested today at 8dpo and got a bfn. But I'm oddly early to be getting period type twinges so who knows. Due on on Sunday or there's outs so I'm going to test again on Saturday, or probably every day until then cos I'm addicted to poas.

Thank you Nessie I have a feeling I'm out this month - pretty sure my cervix is open (not sure if normal with implantion). I'm finally going to buy OPKs and perhaps use preseed next month as I don't get much ewcm which I think could be the problem

I'm completely new to this so here goes....

Don't have any major symptoms but need to wee all the time and major bloating and constipation. Also have bad wind and last night felt very uncomfortable in bed, bad back and couldn't sleep on my front as it felt weird?!

First month of trying and I'm already sending myself around the twist!!

1st day of last period 9th March, having sex every other day since then, had positive ovulation test result 29th March.

I got a very faint positive on an IC this morning but a bfn with a clear blue. So the wait goes on!

So dunno whether I'm imagining it or not but think just might be on my 2ww.

Very quietly jumped my DP's bones Saturday night (squeaky bed & my parents in the next room cos they babysat for us to go out), had very mild pink stain yesterday (tuesday) when wiped, and feel bloody awful today - nausea & dizzy.

Am I right to be hopeful Smile, or am I just kidding myself???? Sad
