I think I need a proper basal thermometer thingy, mine is just a normal digital one and is only 1 decimal point. At the moment most of my temperatures have been the same, so I don't really trust it! For next cycle I'll get a proper one (I'll be pregnant then but who cares Wink)

BowiesJumper · 10/02/2015 18:26

PLUS, I'm really hot compared to all of you! (I'm not calling you mingers, I mean, mine have been 37.1 etc - normal range, but lots hotter). Hmmm.

Sparkly123 · 10/02/2015 18:26

Bowies yep you def need a bbt one! They are cheap as chips on amazon!

Sparkly123 · 10/02/2015 18:29

Tessie you are sounding better already! Have a lovely dinner Wine it's so natural to have days like this. And you WILL pick yourself up and move forward in the following few days. Because that's what you have to do to get closer to where you want to be. And you are closer.. Every month!!! But allow yourself to feel sad at times, it's totally normal obviously . Just make sure you swiftly pick yourself up and look forward! I know you can GrinFlowers

Nomio230 · 10/02/2015 18:31

Weirdly my temps seem to be low, even though I often feel like I am actually going to melt at night. I once had an ex that refused to snuggle me as I made him too hot!

bowie Mine was only about £5 on Amazon & came really quickly.

mummyofonesofar · 10/02/2015 18:31

I don't have a bbt one but will order one off amazon soon. Just wish they were quicker. Woke up a 5:?? Something this morning. But by the time it had beeped I had no idea whether I'd done it or what time on earth it was!

victoria401 · 10/02/2015 18:39

Just had salmon, kale and rice :-)

I go dancing without dh actually. It was my hobby at least 5 years before we met. So yes I bump and grind with other guys! Check out bachata on YouTube get in!

I'm cd23 :-( far too early for af. It was only 3 weeks yesterday I went home sick from work with mega bad cramps that nearly made me pass out! I had another week to go!

Sparkly123 · 10/02/2015 18:44

Victoria good dins! My kale is in the steamer at present! Wink
I'm so confused by this bleeding/cm you are having. So sorry I can't help! Really weird. I'm just praying that it's a good sign for you!!! Flowers you so deserve it (a BFP that is, not the brown custard!)

mummyofonesofar · 10/02/2015 18:48

Wow lots up bumping and grinding! I would enjoy that I think Wink

Oh doesn't even like dancing at wedding so I end up bumping and grinding with his friends. He doesn't seem to mind......too much.

BowiesJumper · 10/02/2015 18:50

I want one that is backlit, so I can read it in the dark and doesn't beeeeep too loudly so it doesn't wake himself up. Does that exist?

PurdeyBirdie · 10/02/2015 18:50

These ovarian pains are no longer mere vague rumbles. Ouchee!

Sparkly123 · 10/02/2015 18:52

They are from the right purds! Wink

Bowies mine is standard rubbish one that beeps so can't help sorry! Sure light up ones exist though!

PaddingtonFromPeru · 10/02/2015 18:56

Sparkly Purdey really hope you're right about the cm.

"didn't we once discuss the article someone on here had read that attested to conception causing the uterus to lob loads of discharge out through the cervix as a kind of clear out?"

I am swimming in the stuff after months of being relatively dry (possibly due to my oh so advanced age of 38). I had put excess down to vitamins I started taking this month, but you have me excited now! wishful thinking - I suspect

BowiesJumper · 10/02/2015 18:56

I want the MOON ON A STICK

PurdeyBirdie · 10/02/2015 19:01

Oh! I'm so jealous of Latin dancers! I was a lapdancer from 2002-2009 (I know..no surprise there Hmm). I was filmed with a few other girls over three months in the summer of 2002 for a documentary on Sky1 called Naked In Blackpool. It was absolutely hilarious. They would film me ironing, getting ready to dance, rolling around p**d, weight training, pole dancing and slagging off dancers from rival clubs.

They filmed me celebrating my 31st birthday with a male stripper and being chased by a Gipsy Rosa-Lee hag down the Prom for asking her (on camera) if she could foretell when my period was due. She was furious and threw her shoe at my head as I was running. They kept repeating the damned series season after season on Sky Travel, of all things Hmm I used to have the whole series on video tape (it was aired March 2003) but it got lost and I have no way of getting a copy, I don't think. I wish I could remember the surname of the director. Her name was Annette and we became firm friends during three months of pretty much solid filming. I reckon she'd be on fb and would get me a copy.

BowiesJumper · 10/02/2015 19:05

Ooo you're a lady with a 'past' how exciting.

If you give the production company that made it a call then they'll have DVD copies they'll be able to send out.

I speak as on 'in the biz' as it were. That's tv not lap dancing. Nobody would want to see that.

HeirToTheIronThrone · 10/02/2015 19:18

Evening all. Purdey your lap dancing story has made me smile, which has been rare today, so thank you!

Sat feeling very glum, should be in the kitchen making meatballs for when DH comes home from football but am instead watching 16 & Pregnant and hating all the stupid teenagers who have accidental babies. Where is mine???

juneybean · 10/02/2015 19:24

That's the irony for me, I could probably go down the quayside and get myself an accidental baby alongwith some clap and crabs.

eskimolaura · 10/02/2015 19:35

Evening all. Hugs to those who are feeling a bit shit. Flowers

Despite the fact that I had EWCM yesterday, I couldn't persuade DH to go through with dtd. He didn't get in til 10.30pm and by the time we'd got into bed it was nearly midnight. He did manage to get an erection, but then spent his time inside me going 'Pow! Pow! Pow!' with every thrust, so I could tell his heart wasn't in it. Blush

Eventually, we had to agree that it wasn't going to happen! I'm hoping that we got enough in beforehand if I did ovulate yesterday...

purdey I would love to see your stripper programme, it sounds amazing, in a kind of early noughties reality documentary type way! :)

Autumn2014 · 10/02/2015 19:38

I can't keep up with these threads!

DizzyNorthernBird · 10/02/2015 19:42

bowies I just bought my bbt thermometer a week or so ago off amazon. It's one of the top results if you search for bbt thermometer and it's the hot pink baby mad one, the one with the large display (other hot pink one doesn't have particularly good reviews). The large display model didn't have any reviews but it's working well for me so far. It does have a backlight. It does shine like the moon at 06.10am Smile

spinningirl10 · 10/02/2015 19:42

Evening allGrin

You've all been very chatty while I've been at work......have I Missed anything? Grin

DizzyNorthernBird · 10/02/2015 19:42

Oh and it was reduced to half price, so five quid.

PurdeyBirdie · 10/02/2015 19:44

Crikey, Vic, I've not had chocolate custard discharge for years. I got it every single month at the onset of my period. If I remember rightly it was the initial months since starting them (I was a late starter at seventeen!) I wonder if it is über old blood? Surely it's not fresh? I don't know what that signifies though. Sorry for thinking out loud.

I was glad of aenor's post, too. I like learning new stuff. I wonder what brought her here? You joining us, Aenor? Smile

Pa ha, Sparkly! A slide! Yes, I like that Grin

Tess, have you tried working with kettle bells (Kettlercise at some gyms)? It proper shifts fat but isn't as tedious as Body Pump with the dastardly bar.

Still reading back catalogue of posts....

spinningirl10 · 10/02/2015 19:47

Purdey, I love hearing your tales, always so funny Grin shame you lost the tapes though.

I had poached eggs, spinach and avocado. I was so hungry after work and it was nice and quick.

Victoria, how's the brown bleeding?
