I'm so nervous. I'm so nervous. I'm so nervous!!!!! I've already had to stop myself from crying and I feel like I'm going to throw up.

Checking in for updates already!

Dates are measuring perfect so due date stays at October 31st.
And I heard the heartbeat!!!!! :D it was flickering away on the screen and was able to hear it too! At that point I broke down in tears of relief! My baby is alive and well and heart beating so strongly and perfectly ! Omg I'm so so happy! :')

Yay! I'm so pleased for you, a heartbeat drops the chance of MC down dramatically so that's brilliant news. I think my due date only changed when I had my 12 week scan so you never know it might change a bit then.

Oh I didn't faint, this midwife today was so much nicer. She took a lot of time rather than leaving me feeling rushed. I asked about the itchy she said its just my skin changing but if it moves to my palms or the bottom of my feet then I should go in to be checked.

I'm measuring exactly on target for 34 weeks, no problems at all today. Baby is in the LOA position, ready for labour as I thought she was.

I've been discussing things with estate agents this morning, were are trying to negotiate for a new property to rent. We might be moving a few weeks after I give birth, just need to speak to the DH and see what he thinks.

We really never do things by halves!

DS is a piggy! He's just been weighed and at 2.5 weeks he is 1lb 2oz above his birth weight! Mind you, all he does is eat and sleep .

Ducky, that sounds very dodgy! Are you in a union? X

I've got my next midwife appt on Weds. I wonder what she'll say about this little wriggler not having engaged yet I don't think he's even staying head down, I think he's still moving about all over the place!

Thanks siarie that's really useful. Tbh I wasn't planning on returning, I was unhappy in my job, I just was worried about losing my smp but from that it looks like I won't so I've actually gained money as I will have a redundancy payment

Excellent news about the redundancy pay Ducky!
We had to miss our antenatal class this eve because I suddenly felt exhausted out of nowhere and had to go to sleep on the sofa. Woke up a couple of hours later with drool all over my face I don't know if it had anything to do with the sudden exhaustion but a couple of hours before that I'd had some weird flashing shapes in the corner of my vision that got bigger and bigger but then suddenly went away after less than half an hour Anyone else had this?

Oh lil I had the flashing shapes with ds, horrible aren't they I think it's just due to exhaustion because they would go away after a sleep

It was odd, I didn't feel tired or weird in any other way and then after they'd gone I was fine for a couple of hours but then really tired all of a sudden

Sounds like a migraine aura to me, doesn't always bring on a headache afterwards so maybe it was that.

Well AF has arrived with a vengeance!!! Typical as I have my check up for my infection today

Cupcake your baby looks big for 7 weeks! I don't know much about them at that age but when I had my scan at 6+2 ds was just a kidney bean looking thing!

Ducky I thought that, Cupcakes scan picture does look more developed. Maybe they will put you ahead a bit Cupcake when you have your next scan!
