Sortingcat temping should really help you see what's going on with your cycle. Sorry to hear they have been messed up after your mc hope temping helps you to pinpoint things.it definitely helped me.

I did look at buying it as the OV sticks cost quite a bit each month but then I thought it takes one month to know your cycle and only then after that the next month can you really see the highs and lows? It was a consideration, but because my app seems to work well for me and my temps and OPKs work in sync I decided to just stick with it. The problem I have this cycle is because I don't know where I am after mc so that's why they are maybe a bit all over the place. Will see what tomorrow brings! But will def keep that in mind, as it sounds like you find it really helpful!! How are you?

So I had a terrible nights sleep waking up several times so now I don't know what to do with my temps!
Woke at 4.25 so took it then and got 36.41 and then again at 6.00 and got 36.79! I usually take it at 5.15 when dh alarm goes off but he got up later today! 36.79 fits better, 36.41 is quite a drop... Thoughts? X

Twinkletoes re. ov signs - I don't temp (as I have crazy nights sleep) but the only signs I go on for ov is ewcm a day or so before a positive opk, the positive tells you that you're about to ov and then I get mega sore boobs the day after a positive. Not everyone gets this, but this is my sign that the tww is about to commence. However the only real way is through temping and seeing a sharp rise in your chart
