I had some brown bloody stuff Cupcake for two days, bit later than you are. I ended up with an afternoon at the hospital and a scan and some blood tests. I think I was about 12 weeks. The Dr was lovely and said at that point there is massively i creased blood flow to uterus and the end of some fine blood vessels occasionally leaks and it had taken a few days to 'escape'. The scan was fine.

Try not to worry, it is old and you aren't in pain and it isn't heavy bleeding. Ring your EPU tomorrow.

Ducky- just think of your lovely little boy and ignore DH. I wouldn't put up with him bitching about me.

Cupcake92 · 21/12/2014 21:20

Okayy I'll try not to worry and just call up tomorrow and see what they say. I'm at work tomorrow which will be good as it'll help take my mind off it and I get to relax in a nice office chair at the computer.
It's just so shocking how different It is compared to my pregnancy with DS. I never worried or anything ! And just always presumed things were gonna be normal at every scan! I even brought a bunch of baby things when I was only 9 weeks pregnant!

Ducky, I hope ur alright, like I said u deserve happiness. No one should speak horribly of u and think it's okay Sad DH should see the great in u and be in awe of u everyday. There's someone like that for everyone Flowers

Cupcake I had just that at about 6 weeks I went in to the epu for an early scan and we could see a tiny heart bleeping away . The dr was lovely and understanding and it really helped put my mind at rest . I am sure its the same for you but get it checked out to put your mind at rest for christmas

Bearsinmotion · 22/12/2014 02:26

Sorry I haven't been on for a while, have been a bit under the weather - am 30 weeks now, still working full-time and looking after DD. Just overdone it a bit I think. Glad to be off for 2 weeks for Christmas now.

Sorry to hear about your issues with 'D'H Ducky. I think you're right about re-evaluating in the New Year. DP and I are having issues too :(. He has OCD, which at the moment means he is struggling to throw things away. So our house is piling up with stuff and I'm scared it won't be safe (or pleasant) for me to be on mat leave with 2 small DC. He's trying really hard but it's just such a mess here :( I really wanted to talk to the midwife about it, but I find her really unapproachable.

Also means despite being 30 weeks I'm still doing all the cooking, washing, shopping etc when all I want to do is sleep. And then getting insomnia when I am in bed Confused

Good luck with the scan cupcake, hopefully it will all be fine Flowers

Cupcake92 · 22/12/2014 07:08

I don't think all will be fine! Sad
When u all say u had bleeding how much?
Cuz I've got more today Sad more than yesterday's. Still mainly brown but with streaks of red Sad I think I'm loosing my baby SadSad

It could easily still be ok cupcake call in work though this takes priority

Cupcake92 · 22/12/2014 08:40

I've called work and they were fine about it and I can come back next Monday when they open again after Xmas.
My epu opens at 9am so will call them first and if I can't get a scan I'll call my midwife and she'll get one for me.
I'm terrified. I don't know if I can go through another MC. It broke me last time. I never went out, I cried every day all day and I stopped speaking to family and it was horrible :( dunno how I'd cope this time.

Try and keep calm Cupcake- easier said than done but you can't change anything so just try and keep calm. I had quite a bit of it across two days. My friend had red bleeding at your stage and it was nothing to worry about. You are just going to have to wait and see what happens at EPU. Can your mum go with you? It must be really scarey for you. Flowers

Bears, sorry you are having a tough time. Hoarding and OCD often go together don't they and they are really hard for the person who has them as well as the people they live with. Try and get some R and R over the next couple of weeks. I just started ML on Friday - am 38+1 today. The midwife said I did too much. TBH I have loads of energy but I was dreading leaving work and not coping very well emotionally. Anyway, I am certainly in baby mode now- it is like work stopped existing on Friday.

I am still in bed. DH has brought me some tea and toast and fruit. He is stating to do a clean and tidy- PIL coming up for a few hours tomorrow from Yorkshire. I am just relaxing Grin. I can hear him talking to the cats- who are talking back.

Cupcake92 · 22/12/2014 09:15

Can't scan me till 2nd January as too early.

:(

Siarie · 22/12/2014 09:47

How many weeks are you at the moment?

Try and keep calm lots of ladies bleed early on and it's worrying but you just have to accept the lack of control.

Siarie · 22/12/2014 09:52

Just back through so six weeks tomorrow, I suppose it is quite early they might not be able to tell you anything useful yet. HB might not be there yet.

LuluJakey1 · 22/12/2014 09:57

Oh Cupcake! But Sairie is right. You are just going to have to wait and see what happens and that is awful.

Wha is the bleeding like now? Much? Or is it spotting? I rang my friend and she had really heavy spotting for two days at exactly this point . Her little boy is 3 months old now and lovely. Just try and stay calm.

Cupcake92 · 22/12/2014 11:05

Yeah 6 weeks Siarie.
I'm gonna try and forget about it for now. I've still not had any kind of cramps, blood has filled a 1/4 of pad so far. Still red tho. But I can't do anything about it anyway.

21questions · 22/12/2014 16:48

Oh cupcake I hope you are ok Flowers What a horrible thing for you to go through after everything. Don't give up hope yet, like others have said lots of people experience bleeding in early pregnancy and go on to have healthy babies. Big hugs to you.

21questions · 22/12/2014 16:50

Oh no ducky let us know how you get on at the doctors.
