For anyone TTC or thinking about TTC with Soy Isoflavones

I will be starting soy isoflavones tomorrow, cd 3.

This will be my 11th cycle TTC, with two chemical pregnancies/ early miscarriages @ about 5weeks so far this year already.

I've read up quite a lot on SI, and just at the point now where I'm thinking, what the hell, I'll give it a go!

Anybody else TTC with soy isoflavones?

I'm utterly convinced the soy has affected my hormones- I just hope it's worth it!

I have ewcm but no positive opk! I'm back in the game! (I think). A bit gutted the soy didn't bring my ovulation forward more though.

I'm on calender day 8 of a usual 38 cycle give or take either way day 4 of soy and I've got this

That line is very faint whit, that's definitely not a positive IMO.

I'm right in guessing it's in it's way?

That's hard to say, I often get quite a few faint lines before my positive (sometimes up to a week). You'll just have to keep on testing I'm afraid, but if you usually have a 38 day cycle you might still have a bit of a wait! FYI, I took soy from CD4-8 this month and got my +opk on CD16.

X-post, the line on that second one is stronger but still negative.

I know there still negative metal I think I just live in hope it gets stronger LOL my new order opks nit here yet um down to 6 eek!

What I was trying to say I suppose is that you might not necessarily get a continuous increase in darkness, it might be slightly darker then lighter again the next day. But fx you'll get a +ive before your sticks run out!

Looks like af is on her way in on cd16?!! I have blood when wiping, sorry tmi I have no idea what's happened this cycle but if this is af then I won't be taking soy again.

Oh no, how annoying spinning! Are you sure it's AF or could it be ov related? I've read that some women get a bit of spotting when the egg is released , though personally I've never had it.

Implantation bleed?

If you OVed cd10 then 6dpo would be about the right time.

I don't think it's ov bleeding or implantation as I had a negative opk an hour before and I haven't had a positive opk at all. Will report back in the morning when I know what's happening.

Hi, still some brownish blood this morning but only when I wiped. Af always arrives full on, no spotting but last cycle it started like this. Must be the soy.

Sorry to hear that spinning . So do you think you will stop the soy next cycle, or try a different dose/days?

My chart is teasing me this month, after the huge dip on 4dpo I've now had a massive temp spike today at 7dpo. Still, it's probably just the stinking cold I've got at the moment...

spinning I had spotting at 4dpo on Soy for about a day, day and a half. Don't forget, you might've missed an LH surge but it could be ovulation spotting or implantation spotting. When did you last DTD?

I am updating ff but dp been working such long hours not much dtd! Think last time was cd12. Still peeing on opks as well.
