I know it's super early, but as I'm currently on a 2 month enforced break from ttc following a ruptured ectopic, December is the next bus I can catch.

Does anyone here temp? I'm doing it for the first time this month (cycle 13??) and haven't seen a significant temp rise yet but got a peak result on cb dual hormone detector on Thursday... Thoughts?

Congrats Mel! Tessiegirl I think I'm having similar issues to you at the moment -I'm on CD12 and 4th day of CB high fertility but not hit peak yet. Funny how it all happens - last month I went straight from no fertility on CD14 to peak on CD15!

MissMrs I had an ad like that pop up just after AF arrived a couple of months ago, I was not impressed!! The scan just showed a bulge in my uterus lining which would be there if I'm in early stages of pregnancy but also if I've just been pregnant and lost it. So I won't really know anything until Monday morning when they call with the test results. For now I'll just keep on using up the 8 FRERs I bought in the Boots offer!

Hi ladies, can I jump over from the November bus?
I has a MMC 3.5 weeks ago so I'm in my WTF cycle. My body showed signs of ovulation on Wednesday/Thursday but have been DTD since 2 weeks post just incase! No OPKs or temping, will dep next cycle. I'll test on December 4th although if this was a normal cycle AF would be due november 26th.
I had really vivid dreams last night that I usually only get when I'm pregnant, they started this early last time before my BFP too. I'm constantly swinging between, 'Yey I could be pregnant!' and 'stop getting your hopes up'.
Will go back and read all your stories/news.

Oh and I experimented today with my temp. I took it as soon as I woke up and again after a 10minute snooze and it was exactly the same thing. It might be different if u snooze for maybe an hour. I'll keep experimenting and see.

sam - Just regarding temping - have you been taking your temp at the same time before you get up each morning and after at least 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep? Or could it be possible that you sleep with your mouth open as this can affect the readings. For me, last cycle I got my first temp rise the day after my second peak day. This then continued to rise for the following few days which ff confirmed as ovulation. Hope this helps?

hc899 - I'm CD12 today and got 5th day of high on CB ov test this morning!! I am feeling crampy and had a bit of EWCM last night though so hoping ovulation may be on its way!!

How long you've been trying, anything you've been taking to help, any symptoms :) it's nice hearing about all the positive sides to this ttc malarkey :)

Im 25 partner is 25, we have been trying to conceive for 7months. I only have 23-24 days cycle so was worried that would make it very hard to conceive as my luteal phase is very short and i don't know when I ovulate. I haven't tried anything speical, but this month we used no form of lubrication or saliva as I read that can affect sperm.... But apart from that I think I was just more relaxed and happier this month, not sure it made a difference but I finally got my BFP so I would say be possitive it will happen :)

mel huge congratulations! glad you've got a nice clear line this morning. It's great that you got your bfp with short cycles and LP - you have given me hope! My cycle is also usually 24 ish days and short LP. Well done!

beautician my AF has been so horrible this week as well. With a few late nights at work added in I have been feeling pretty yuck. Bit of shopping today has helped!

Congrats mel!! Here's to a happy and healthy nine months :)

I'm on CD16-17 today and Ovia can't make it's mind up but I think I've already ovulated...got confused as couldn't read the ov tests that well a few days ago and thought they were negative but looking at the ones now the test line is much lighter than it was a few days ago...confusing!! Also had some pain the other day like being poked in the side with a stick then further down in my ovaries - could this be ov pain?? Also had sore lower back...It's odd as I've always had strong positives on the babymad strips but these are a different brand and don't seem as good.

Have a stinking cold now (as does DH) and we were so tired but as this is my fertile point this month we just managed to DTD! Twice!! V happy! Trying to be much more relaxed and positive this month :) Fell asleep afterwards! Anyway ladies, am off to watch Strictly with some grape juice in a wine glass that I'm pretending is wine. Have good evenings everyone!

After a weeks worth of cramps and feeling crap pre af, cd3 today and I've already stopped bleeding! Now a week of normal living before ov watch begins again!

I'm using opks this month for the first time and got my first ever positive for LH.... Exciting. DH and I have been struggling with flu. He's suffering loudly this weekend and told me I'm allowed to dtd with him this weekend if I do all the work... Last of the old romantics.

beaut hello cycle buddy! Mine seem to be between 34 - 38 days which can be irritating when ttc and you feel like every day counts! I trying to stay chilled, at least December keeps me busy and distracted.

Hello everyone. Sounds like we're all gearing up for a successful December.

Is anyone else embarking on the dreaded TWW? I think I am probably 1 or 2 dpo, just waiting for FF to confirm it. I feel like we've done well with our efforts this cycle, fx it pays off. I'm happy that I get another cycle in before the end of 2014 as well, if this cycle is unsuccessful.

A hot day here so I've had Vietnamese for lunch and we're going for an ice-cream when the toddler wakes up. All Sundays should be like this!
