Hi Girls, just thought I'd drop in to wish you luck with your weigh ins.

Just thought I'd let you know what the diet of a first trimester girly looks like: chip butties, lots of toast, crisp sandwiches whenever the mood takes me, generally lots of fatty creamy food to keep off the nausea. Oh yes and water, water and more water.

Fully expect to have put on a stone by the end of the first trimester.

MrsMJ - jump up onto the wagon, there's plenty of room and I've got some lovely prune juice to sip on - did I mention one of the other side effects!

JL2 - so glad you are enjoying yourself, budge up and I'll come for a spin, you can keep the prune juice though YUCK!! How are you feeling and is it all odd?

mmmmmmmmm i can't wait to start that diet, will give the juice a miss though.

A stone is it not only meant to be 3lbs? I bet it is only 3lbs if you have really bad m/s and can't eat anything.

indignatio...no it's at 10 am!!!!
Had the dentist at 9.10 so it would have been pushing it anyway this morning but I could have made a bit more of an effort if I'd wanted too!!!

Natty...I'm like someone who tidies up before their cleaner comes!!!
I want to lose a couple of pounds before I go back!!!
Am I completely mad do you think???!!!!

I have stayed the same on my scales...........naked.

The worrying thing is that I have to wear clothes when I weigh-in at class!!!

(Slightly cheaty I know!!!! But it made me feel better!!!!!)

Hello stayed the same but do feel more motivated and have written everything down so far today. I still have 24 1/2 pounds to lose. If I can even lose 8.5 before Xmas (that would make me 11 stone) I would be happy but if I could lose double that, and be 10 st 5.5 - I'd be ecstatic.

Natty - if you think I am falling back into my bad ways, can you give me a kick?!

Coggy - we'll get there together!

Here is a big kick from me.

You must try and do some more exercise if you want to lose a few extra pounds, i know books etc say when ttc just do walking and swimming, which are fine but i really think you need to get that heart pumping and slightly out of breath for it to have a benefit.

So please aim to go on your stepper 3 times a week for 30 mins, you can try other things like skipping, star jumps having a little dance to music.

Come on we can do it . xxxxx

I was thinking of putting on a line for 'puff' exercise and another for abs......there what I need the most....also like your idea about the alcohol line too.

I lost 11.5 pounds and think I had 10.5 to go.......dangerous that halfway stage....you think you're winning and then go to pot!!!

Ok signing in for this week's weigh in. Lost 1.25lbs - so could be better but still heading in the right direction. I like the idea of a pedometer - where would I get one from ?

I like the idea of being checked up on....that's why I need to go to class!!
I will definitely do that next cycle.

My scales say I've stayed the same....think they must be dodogy although I have been better this past few days and had no alcohol for a few days....maybe just evened things out in time for this morning's weigh-in.

Tesco order arrived so should be easier to do healthier meals this week.........

Tell me...I MUST go to class next week!!!
