my will power has come back is yours still away? You did manage to stay the same so will let you off.

My new gym programm is hard, i have to jog at intervals on the treadmill which kills my (.)(.)

Sure it will get easier. x

Hi natty,

re treadmill. I started doing run/walk intervals. Really important to save boobs from jigging as they say once coopers ligaments go, then they are gone forever. Eventually I got a sports bra and over this I wear a sports top with really tight built in bra than binds me. This is closing my stable door well after many horses have bolted but I like to pretend there is something to salvage from my pre-baby days. It's more comfy at any rate. Have you seen the book 'running made easy'? I used to feel such a fake in the gym but now I just feel great after the treadmill. Happy running!

I think it was dangerous that I stayed the same.......given me license to scoff!!!

Come Weds I will be a saint cos I'm back to be officially weighed at class the week after!!!
That'll scare me into being good!!!

Yeah come Wednesday you will go back to ebing good as you have had a few weeks off now.

Jogging went well, was not sure how good i would be as i ached so much and running on empty at 6.00 in the morning, but was suprised as it seemed okay.

Hello ladies - well, I am a disgrace, what can I say! Cooked a meal for friends on Sat night (lots of cream ) and ate the leftovers yesterday plus 2 cans of fat coke and a snickers cos I felt so crap! So much for living healthier! I will be better this week though, promise!

I've been pretty naughty recently - topped off with a take away chinese last night. DH suggested it and I just couldn't resist! He even gave me a back out (we had something in the fridge that we could have had) but I said "Chinese, Chinese, Chinese" like a kid a christmas!

What is wrong with me!!!! I really do want to lose the weight but have ZERO will power! I did go on my excercise machine for 30 mins though.

Must do better, must do better, must do better...

Hello! weigh in today and feeling very nervous as have not been good when you tally up the whole week. Ate shortbread and a muffin yesterday but no dinner, total opposite from what I should be doing. Had yucky organic hummous salad for lunch though, should have been nice but just wasn't.

The book I'm reading (The Infertility Cure by Randine Lewis) says to cut out (or at least cut down) on sugar and refined carbs BUT those are a few of my favourite things (imagine Julie Andrews dancing with a tray of Starbucks muffins and you'll get my drift!)

RR - well done with the exercise bike! Moved an aerial into the dusty mini gym space in my house but that is the extent of my efforts so far!

Had a facial yesterday and apparently my skin is rubbish (could have told her that!) there are lumps and bumps and tons of crap under the skin. I used to have great skin, not a spot ever. The only thing different since that state is my coming off the pill but that was 4 months ago now, she reckons that my hormones are still all over the place. Not what I need to hear!

Off out into the wood to forage for lunch - can we eat toadstools as well as leaves and twigs? sorry, very silly

Not many people posted there weights last week it seems to have dwindled down on here a bit.

I have just had home made chicken and vegetable curry and it was yummy - i did have garlic bread and half a glass of wine as well

One more day till weigh in for me so extra good tomorrow.

Hello ladies, Coggy - I could get you some but as we are at different ends of the country, it might be a bit whiffy when it gets to you!! I buy a haddock for my pussy cats too and they go mental when they see the steamer, they just KNOW it's fish night!!

Put on 1/2 pound - sorry ladies that'll be the yummy scrummy baguette and butter pud with baileys that I had at the weekend (and the fat girl coke and snickers for my hangover!) MUST do better!
