New to TTC. Anyone just off pill in first month of trying?

Hi ladies,
I came off Microgynon after our honeymoon on 15th August (halfway through a pack), withdrawl bleed started on 21st so using that as CD1 it would mean I'm now on CD21.
Just wondering if anyone else is around in the same boat to obsess chat with? Grin x

Thanks lovelies :) yep everything was so perfect but feels like I dreamt it now!! My Ovia says Thursday to POAS but waiting till Friday I think if AF hasn't arrived. Really don't want to be too gutted if bfn but know I will be! Really difficult to not expect it to happen straight away! Xx

I'm glad your day was perfect Sally Smile FX you can hold out till Friday. I know I think we all just want it to happen straight away but if it doesn't then at least we understand our cycles a bit more and (in my case) have more time to get healthy before we have to grow a baby!

EmilyJane I haven't downloaded the Ovia app, but I will. It does sound like we have similar cycles. I hope we do if your Ovia app is saying you are ovulating today and tomorrow. Hehe. I haven't had any ewcm yet either though. :( Even without it I hope those cramps you've been getting are good news for you!

Sally I'm 27 and my husband is 32. We've been together 4 and a bit years, married for just over a year. Congrats on your wedding. It's all exciting!

I've been reading this pain can also be a sign of PCOS and because I'm slightly overweight this has worried me slightly. Yeah if we don't get our BFN's then we can help each other through till we get a positive Smile

Hi ladies!
I'm just off my pill too, first one supposed to be due tomorrow after coming off my pill but no signs except sore breasts and sicky feeling etc! Got married 3 weeks ago and thinking maybe a honeymoon baby but think it's just the side effects ??
Trying not to obsess... Need help!! Xx

I downloaded the ovia app, and apparently I am in my fertile window now, with the best day for intercourse being tomorrow. Fingers crossed but I'm almost certain I'm not on a normal cycle, so who knows!

According to Ovia I'm 17 days until POAS and most fertile day is Weds (when I'm away with work!). Typical! I'm 32, DH 34, together 12 years...

Well... I've woken up this morning feeling really sick, (sorry tmi) and diarrhoea Sad had to ring in sick for the first time ever! From a quick obsessive google, diarrhoea is an early pg symptom for some people isn't everything? wondering whether to go and get a test... when it's safe to leave the toilet what do you think?

Sally did you say your testing day is Friday? you could be experiencing symptoms but it might not show up on a test if you test tomorrow early? I have my fingers crossed for you though. X

The thing is, everything seems to be a pregnancy symptom! If you can, probably best to wait until Friday because if you got a BFN you'd take another one anyway in case today's was too early!

my main problem at the moment is definitely being too hormonal. I've been in tears twice today already and gotten really annoyed with a colleague at work (I think I managed to keep that one to myself though). If that's what coming off the pill does to me what will pregnancy do? it will all be worth it though.

I'm in the same boat too, first month off the pill (since 1st September) and TTC first baby. Married a month today! Been on the pill for probably 12 years now. My last cycle of the pill was completely all over the place, forgot to take it twice (different weeks) and was having breakthough bleeding (inclding on honeymoon which was hardly ideal!) and then had a very light withdrawal bleed when I stopped. So I have no clue whatsoever when ovulation may have happened or will happen, guess I'll have to wait for AF to figure it out for the next phase. Think I'm in the wishful thinking stage too with stomach pains & needing to pee. Really wanted to be calm cool & collected but that does not look likely at this stage! Totally the same as you guys in that I'd love it to happen straight away (although not as succesful in keeping it hidden- DH thinks I'm a crackpot already!)

Hi ladies can I join you? On my first pill free day, been on it for 8yrs! Have downloaded ovia app and am obsessively inputting data already, think I may be one of those ones... Trying to hold out for af before we start as I have a professional exam next summer at the beginning of June so don't want to be too pregnant by then but I am too exited! I just hope that after 8yrs my ovaries are atill in good working order :) poignantly we celebrated our first wedding anniversary yesterday and that was my last pill so hoping that is a good omen! Good luck to you all and all those poas this week! Hoping for lots of bfps!

Sallyban try and wait!! I know its hard but its probs too early too test and you'll be dissapointed give yourself the best possible chance.

I think for this month at least it's going to be a case of DTD as often as we can and hoping we get lucky. I really hope I get a BFP before Christmas though. x

Im the same I want one before christmas, i still have had no ewcm but pelvic pains and sore boobs which is a sign, so fingers crossed. We are at exactly at the same stage in our cycle. That's exciting. Me and OH have been DTD every day since coming off pill, he doesn't know whats hit him! Haha. I want to know if no ewcm means no ovulation? Does anyone know? Xx

Hi girls! Sooo... I completely ignored all your advice and did a test anyway. Me and DH decided it was best to do it now and get the idea out of my head. Got BFN but trying to look on the bright side, put it in the bin a and carry on with a more relaxed attitude! Xxx

Welcome everyone ? I'm supposed to be ovulating today (or maybe it was yesterday) but just feeling really tired and nauseous, think it might have to be an early night tonight. Thankfully dp and I dtd last night so as long as we do tomorrow I should be covered
