I'm getting a feeling af is coming, but you never know. I'm still only 11dpo and it was a cheapie so there's still hope!

Oh I so want to poas but know it's too early (not due until 4th-ish). Got 4 superdrug ones today as they had a 2nd 1/2price on their own brand, have also got a FRER in the cupboard too arghhh

So I think I'm 10dpo. Have no tests until my tesco order later! Gonna hold off as long as possible to poas because I don't wanna waste them lol but it's soooo tempting

I've done a clear blue this morning, just to see, and it had a faint plus sign. But their instructions basically say a plus is a plus. First response must be really sensitive!

Oh and that's a lovely name your niece has. Are there many babies in your family? I think I'm going to be the first out of my siblings, eek.

nightowl I don't think the cheapies will pick up til AF would've been due but dont know. When is AF due?

scooby I don't know if it's helpful to hear or not but I'm also not due AF until 4th so you never know. But I think if you can hold off do that as constantly poas and getting bfn is quite frustrating.

AF is due Monday. I had some period like cramping last night and was generally feeling sorry for myself! But nothing today. It's just so frustrating.

I think if it doesn't happen this month I'll put it on hold till after our wee break, will be nice to be able to go for dinner and drink wine! And then crack on properly after that. DH only just realised that we'd better get on with it seriously the other day, so maybe now he'll be motivated! He doesn't get how short a time I'm fertile for, he sometimes says 'I'm tired, we'll do it tomorrow', and doesn't understand why I get frustrated with him!

Joining in! We managed to dtd 3 times over 3 days, couldn't aim it any better so crossing fingers. I'm due on 4th but full of symptoms little bit of brownish discharge today but hopefully it's implantation bleeding. I think I will test on Monday morning..

Can i join? I think i'm due af on the 4th also, i have the added complication of having my implant removed last month so not sure what my cycle is up to! I've been squeezing my boobs and they definitely hurt and ache what has my life become

I'm still not showing a positive on cheaper tesco tests, just incase anyone is only using them. Last night I felt very much like AF was on way, exactly same symptoms as night before AF but today no sign of it. I must admit I'm quite nervous and now thinking it might be best to wait until day of missed period.

I'm using the clearblue monitor, first time using it and have decided this cycle not to test early and wait for monitor to tell me to do a test. Am so fed up seeing BFN's so hoping my change of tactic may work!

Hello all, have been reading the thread and have decided to post rather than just lurk!
I'm on cycle 9 of TTC and AF is due on 4th. But tonight have been getting some low-down cramps
like AF might be starting a bit early- stupid short cycle, am only CD23! BFN this morning but still have sore boobs which tend to go away a day or so pre- AF so god knows, really!

Ruby I feel your pain, am 7 dpo and AF due next Tuesday, 2ww has me a bit mad this month, have been trying since April but also have a 22-24 cycle so feel like I'm on a damn merrygoround.

lily please don't be too disheartened, I didn't get a BFP with my DD until I was FIVE DAYS LATE. Of course I wasn't nearly as crazy first time round (38, second cycle TTC), as I am now, at 40, with DH working away part of the time, a 3 year old limiting our TTC activities when he IS home, and 5 months down the line not a BFP in sight!

Grumpel sorry to hear the witch got you, hopefully though with your short cycle you'll still be up for a BFP this month!

So I POAS this am and got a BFP!!!!!!!!!!! Was shaking for ages!
