Pregnancy test possitive but spilt Pepsi on it

I done a pregnancy test it's possitive but I don't know if the Pepsi I spilt on it made it possitive I done bleach test and fizzed and foamed

No idea, but I'd plan to be over run with load of little pepsi cans in a few months!

I'd get another one to be sure, but you probably are as I doubt pepsi has the hormones in that the test is suppose to detect

Maybe you could sue Pepsi for maintenance if they accidentally got you pregnant!

Id be very surprised if Pepsi could turn a negative test to positive, so congratulations :)
But please explain 1. Bleach test and 2, how did you end up spilling Pepsi on a pregnancy test anyway? (Boggle) :)

I have images of you sipping Pepsi as you look at the result then spitting all over the test in shock.

I'de say that unless you are drinking some mutant version of Pepsi then your pregnant, however I would test again for peace of mind.

Hormonal Pepsi... That's a frightening thought.

Pee sticks test for HCG levels, Pepsi wouldn't have any. If anything it would make your test come back negative for diluting the pee.

I knocked over my bedside unit everything on it ended on the floor along with the test and Pepsi everything got covered

Bleach test if you add ur pee to it it fizzy and foamy like over flowing a cup it's possitive so been told

The bleach test is rubbish. The ammonia in your pee reacts with the bleach regardless of pregnancy.

As others have said, it is probably a proper positive.

Actually it's not impossible. Some fizzy drinks CAN turn a test positive.

Isn't ammonia mixed with bleach supposed to be really dangerous? I'm sure I saw a tv programme about it once so it must be true.

It gives off a gas but it's not done me any harm so far, not that I've tried breathing it in!!

Okay ... I think I might be loosing it ... when I look at the photograph in Mummyandbabies OP, and look about a little less than half way down the square window a very faint violet horizontal line keeps appearing and disappearing!

I'm sure it's bollocks anyway but I thought that peeing in bleach thing was meant to determine the sex of the baby (somehow )
