Katy, i get very strong ovulation pain, it is usually left or right sided and kind of feels like a stitch, it then spreads to a dull ache (almost pm achy) the next day.
I usually get them cd15, this month (first time) i got a slight bit of spotting and then yesterday (cd 21) had lower right side pain. (Really hoping it may of been implantation pain but no more symptoms)

Just checking in, FF says I'm 8DPO although temps were a bit all over the place so I'm not sure exactly what day I ovulated. Don't think this is my month as we only dtd once around ov and may have missed it if the dates were slightly off. Since coming off the pill my cycles have been irregular as well so I'm not sure when AF is due - the longest so far has been 34 days (others 31 and 30 days), and I'm on day 31 today. All round very frustrating as I don't have a clue where I'm at and trying not to get my hopes up. The last couple of cycles I have had a day or two of spotting before AF arrived and none so far. Planning to test at the end of the week if no AF. It would just be too lucky to get a BFP first month trying wouldn't it?

Greetings from Thailand, ladies!! So AF turned up at my beach hut last night - to be fair I did invite her this time. So closes cycle 4, 57 days in total!! Good riddance!! Altho woop to my 15 day LP!! High fives to medical science!! Ha ha. And I can finally come off the stats for this bus.

All hail cycle 5, which I think should at last resemble a normal length. New BFP due date will be approx 8 Sept but I'll straddle the two for now, to cheer on all your August BFPs!

Love all the MN-becoming-real-life stories, so sweet!! I can't wait!! I'll be a Londoner again next year so am sure some of u will be nearby X x x

I'm going to go out on a wimp right now because If I'm wrong it's going to be embarrassing, but I think I implanted yesterday. Small little cramps, lightening zapping strike followed by the cramps. Woke up this morning and feel slightly sick but very hungry. I'm actually cooking my lunch right now because I'm so hungry (it's not even 8am!).

Oh and my temp dipped yesterday and is back up today, so FX. This is going to make it much harder to delay testing! I calculate that I need to wait at least 3/4 days based on all the FF charts I've researched after their dip.

Hi jazzy snap sounds similar though mine has been going on for 5 days now not sure what that is about cd 17 here and we dtd last night yippee. So that's 16,13,12 and 9. Will aim for 18, 20 and maybe 22.

Katy I get a little pea sized lump at the top of my thigh/groin when I ovulate. I think it is to do with the lymph nodes, but is cool because it shows you which side ovulated. :)

CockB Sorry about the opk - have you tried temping? I've found that so helpful.

Kitty it is, there is always that notion of maybe being wrong or just your mind playing tricks though which is annoying. But I think sometimes if you really aren't symptom spotting and you get something strange thats a good sign. I even had wine last night because I thought I wouldn't be anywhere near that yet.

So I vote that we get someone to invent a portal X-ray type machine which you can look inside to follow the eggs progress, think of the money you'd make!

My ovia app says that from Sunday just passed i am in my fertile week, so fingers crossed, felt some sharp pain on left side of body and spotted some EWCM on sunday and yesterday, , dtd sunday , DH was too tired last night to try again, so not sure wether trying today will help, fx

Siarie I an so with the egg machine and I hope ur right in symptoms. Angel fingers crossed for u I an praying we have dtd enough this month but who knows it's bloody exhausting and still need to keep going as my cycles are funky still since off the pill! Never had do much dtd!

I read that Robin Williams died this morning and sobbed, and then I saw a screenshot of Aladdin hugging Genie and it said 'Genie, youre free' and I sobbed even more. Im not normally one to cry over people I've never met but he brought so much happiness to the world.

I'm 2dpo here but still getting twinges in my left side, which is where I'm sure I ovulated from. Also, I'm pretty sure I ovulated on Sunday and yesterday I had a teeny dot of blood when I wiped...could this be from the egg bursting through? I've not had it before.

I just went to Waitrose to buy an expensive test kit, not the cheapy one I used yesterday. The lady at the check out said "oooh, hoping for some good news? I hope you get it." Now I know she meant well, which is why I smiled & nodded instead of telling her it's none of her business, but surely there's something in partner training that says "don't comment on customer shopping". My DB worked in a supermarket & had one lady come through with 6 bottles of cooking sherry & some After Eights & a man come through with scouring pads, cat food and condoms. He resisted the temptation to comment on those. If I get BFN when I test again I may be back for cooking sherry & After Eights.

Wow Summer baby would be fab. Though when we started this journey I thought an autumn baby would be fab, then a Christmas, then spring and now summer mwahaha. I would really really love a summer baby though. FX for us all!
