Sounds like a pretty strong dip to me kitty fx it's implantation!!

Kyz when I had my implant in I didn't have a period for the whole 3.5yrs. When I had it removed it took 10 weeks to get one but then I was straight into regular 26 day cycles. Everyone is totally different with it. If you get some really cheap opks from the Internet you'll be able to test everyday if you're really keen to fibd out what's happening.
