It's not painful enough tone ruptured yet. Poss twisted..... It's ruptured during ov past couple of times so god knows what's happening. Fx for a BFP but I doubt it. Very gassy as well fx for u tomoro treacle

Good mornings ladies! I have an OPK question for you (yes, I'm up before six poa OPK - the things we do huh?)

I'm on cd6, started using clearblue digital OPK yesterday on cd5. Yesterday I got a blank face (which is correct for first day) but today it's a flashing smiley already! This seems very early to me as suggests I'd ovulate around cd9 or cd10... However my cycle is only around 25 or 26 days... Do you think it's telling the truth, or is it just a lying brute of a machine?! Has anyone ever ovulated so early? Will try and DTD as much as possible over the next few days just in case (slightly tricky as staying with friends this weekend - though we just found out they've just started TTC too so I have lots to chat to them about!) and will immediately switch to conceive plus, etc. All a bit stressful (not the DTD though )

Actually, I'd be ovulating around cd8 or cd9 (apparently I can't so simple adding up before 6am)

It has certainly detected an oestrogen surge Brixton but it doesn't necessarily mean you will get a solid smiley in a few days. Now you have a flashing smiley, the holder is programmed to show a flashy untill, you get your LH surge. My record was 13 days of flasheys and I emailed ClearBlue and that's what they told me. Very frustrating which is why i don't used them now. Keep DTD every other day until you get your solid anyway. If you don't get a solid smiley, it may mean your surge was two quick to be picked up by ClearBlue. It does happen!

Of course, the above is all worse case scenario based on my experience. You very well could have a solid smiley in two days and Bobs your Uncle It's just not that easy to tell. GL!

Brixton, I think with a short cycle you can ov early but I'm no expert. Hopefully someone will help you.

Treacle, how frustrating for you. I don't temp as I often get disturbed sleep. Have you poas yet this morning?

The only thing I can think is I must have ovulated later and am really only 9dpo.

I can only post it. Looks like what I thought was a fallback rise is just an odd temperature.

brixton I have on average a 25 day cycle or though last cycle was 21days so it's prob brought my average down. I think I ov'd cd9 last month. It makes sense we ov earlier with shorter cycles, gives enough time for that little bean to get comfy, fx.

Brixton I would echo what Kitty has said. I'd hope you don't ovulate too early as that can mean the lining of your womb may not of had time to develop nicely. You could have a few days of flashiest yet though. Once you get that solid make sure you jump DH for a few days in a row.

Sorry your in pain Kurama. That sucks. What have the drs said about it?

Oh Treacle. I am sorry. I'd go with 12 and see how next cycle goes. But remember your body has been through a lot. It can take a while to settle. Big hugs

brixton you make get a couple of days of flashing smiley before a solid one. And then I think with your shorter cycles it seems that for you to ob earlier would be normal. Happy dtd'ing!
