Hi cinnamon

Bad day for a few of us today then by the looks of it! I have had every symptom possible this month..then AF shows up, and 2 days early at that! Pfff....

MrsGingerbread · 10/07/2014 06:49

Sorry our new arrivals, but we are lucky to have you. :)

Had anyone had the phone call from Clear Blue yet? I'd be interested to know what kind of questions they ask (particularly as if they do call me I will be answering them at work!!)

That's my wedding anniversary CoffeeOne, my cycles must be shorter than yours as I'm looking around 2nd August for bfp.

Definitely the August bus for you then Vulpix180513, :( Thanks

I've had the first call mrsGingerbread, which was mostly yes and no's. I then got consent form which seems to have been delayed and I had to pick a rough time slot for a 10-15min chat before I start but haven't had that yet so don't know.

Been for a lovely run this morning, I'm quite worried about running as I wasn't vaguely fit when I had my ds's and I've found a proper love of running in the last two years. I don't want to give it up as it makes me a much happier person but I also don't want to risk any pregnancy. Everyone says if you're doing it regularly then you should carry on as long as you capable and one of the ladies I run with had a friend who ran until almost full term, albeit quite slowly! I'm not super skinny and still have period regularly so that shouldn't affect anything and I'm actually much healthier at 5st lighter than when I got pregnant with ds2 so I'm probably worrying about nothing? Confused

Wineandchoccy · 10/07/2014 08:01

Room for another? I've just got kicked off the July Bus as AF arrived this morning. Cycles normally 41 days but it has been 35 days this time.

Just worked out if we got a BFP this cycle due date is when we had our 1st date 13 years ago. We went to see ALi G at the cinema so we could call it Ali or Julie!

Wineandchoccy, 33, TTC#1,cycle #10, mmc cycle #7, BFP due 13th Aug

Ugh double figures that's depressing.

TheGrandHighWitch · 10/07/2014 16:37

Afternoon ladies. I am taking a tentative seat on this bus if I may as not sure how much effort I am going to put into TTC this cycle. After two promising looking months came to nothing I am going to try my hardest not to symptom spot (so if you see me doing that then please give me a virtual slap or remind me how well it worked out for the last two months). I wasn't planning on using opk's or anything this month but since I have been accepted into the clearblue trial I thought I would be wasting an opportunity if I didn't bother with it (how else would I get to pay for fertility products with pots of pee? Grin) Currently I am on cd5 and so far af has been heavier than I am used to with more cramping so hoping it buggers off soon.

Here are my stats and heres to hoping we get better news for August.

TheGrandHighWitch, Age 29, TTC#3, Cycle 3, BFP due 2nd August.

MrsBeeBeeBee · 10/07/2014 16:41

Sorry to the people who have found themselves on the bus because AF got them.

Clearblue trial sounds interesting! Don't think I'll be doing opks this month as hormones will be all messed up.

Pompatrol · 10/07/2014 17:49

Hi and good luck everyone. Sorry to those who have had losses.
AF got me today.
My stats are
Pompatrol, 35, ttc #2, cycle 3, BFP/AF due 8th August... Maybe! Have no idea really as my cycles are jump

Pompatrol · 10/07/2014 17:50

-ing about.
Sorry, fat fingers.....

lp2014 · 10/07/2014 17:59

Hi Pom, wineandchoccy and grandhigh. Sorry to see July hasn't worked out but happy to still be on a bus with you! Xx

HettyB · 10/07/2014 20:13

Really, Coffee?

Hopefully I'll get a BFP through not not trying. Though as we've been less than careful for three months now without anything happening I'm convincing myself that there's something wrong :-S

How is everyone today? I'm on CD3, fed up of this period and hoping it's the last one I have for a while...

Pikz · 10/07/2014 21:27

Arrrghhhh 7 day period... Really.. Hmm

MrsI86 · 10/07/2014 21:44

Hello August bus. AF just evicted me from the July bus, so here I am!

MrsI86, 28, ttc#1, cycle 3, bfp due 7th August

HettyB · 10/07/2014 21:52

Ooh MrsI we're the same age, both TTC#1 and my BFP is due the day before yours!

MrsI86 · 10/07/2014 22:02

Hi Hetty! That's great, we can be cycle buddies Smile

HettyB · 10/07/2014 22:39

Hurrah! How are you finding TTC so far? Despite a total lack of any symptoms, I'd managed to convince myself I was preggers last month and then AF taunted me by being late so I got even more excited. Silly me! I'm trying to be really positive about this month...

MrsI86 · 10/07/2014 23:03

Total lack of symptoms last month for me too. I was still hoping something might happen, but I think deep down I knew it wouldn't. I need to be a bit more relaxed this time - pretty sure the stress isn't helping!

FX August is our month.

Portlypenguin · 11/07/2014 07:04

Hello!
Hoping I can understand the bus thing...

I am 31, TTC#2 (DS is just 3), cycle 3 so far, 1 very early MC after cycle 1. Conceived on cycle 2 for DS so am horribly impatient.
I haven't tried the ovulation stick thing yet - my husband thinks its weird but I am secretly tempted too!

HettyB · 11/07/2014 07:32

Hi penguin and welcome!

I'm new to the whole bus thing too. I haven't tried OPKs either but have a secret stash for this month. It's secret because my DP wants a baby, he'd quite like one now, but is very relaxed about everything and thinks we'll have one "when the time is right" so he doesn't want to have to try for a baby, he thinks it'll just happen. Perhaps he thinks the stork brings babies...

So I might do a bit of secret OPK monitoring when it gets closer to mid-cycle for me.

cinnamongreyhound · 11/07/2014 10:37

Hi portlypenguin, MrsI86 and pompatrol!

Nothing to report here, cd8 and realised last night I will probably be ovulating around Thursday, Friday next week and I'm babysitting both evenings. Dh is not a night person so I told him we'll have to wake up early to dtd before work. I'm not using opk's or temping just going by dates, ewcm and I usually get some ovulation pain too.

CoffeeOne · 11/07/2014 18:18

I get ovulation pain too cinnamon, it's weird because it only started after my last pregnancy.

My friend is doing the clearblue trial it looks great, although not for me I'm planning just dtd as often as possible and fingers crossed approach for now!

lp2014 · 11/07/2014 19:07

Hiya girls, hope you're all well! Jeez it is roasting today! Thank goodness it's Friday! Xx

FattyFishwife · 11/07/2014 19:51

well...im just gonna move down the bus towards the front, ready for Inspector Flo to shove me off for not having the right ticket :(

Got my usual migraine today, that precedes my visit from AF by 24-48 hours, so i expect I'll be hitch-hiking till the September bus comes round.....watch this space! Smile

lp2014 · 11/07/2014 20:28

Time will tell fattyfishwife. Fingers crossed af doesn't show up! Xx

Dontgotosleep · 11/07/2014 20:46

Can I join please. I am already a V.P.M to a teenager and trying again. I'm 38. D.P and I don't live together though. It works for us so that's fine. D.D is staying out and D.p is coming over later on for us to hopefully create our little miracle. x
Good luck to everyone
