August bus welcoming all newbies and experienced TTCers. Let's start the summer loving. :)

Bored Softcups are a bit like mooncups, they are actually for sanitary protection bit some people using them after dtd (or in addition to) to keep swimmers against the cervix a bit longer. This is not officially recommended though!

Can i join the August bus, I am giving July time out after having over a week late AF in June, took Pregnacare conception tablets and they messed my cycle up, i Finally got AF 30 th June, Hubby wants me to hold off trying in July to see if AF settles down and we can try in August so my

stats should be angelahammon 34 , ttc 1 Cycle 2 BFP around 25 th August

A fortnight's worth of pee cinnamon?

Yes! They send you opk's and pregnancy tests and in return you have to save a sample of fmu every day for 2 weeks at a time and then post them. This is for up to 3 months. I enjoy taking part in studies and if you get pregnant you will get high street vouchers for further collection through the pregnancy. Someone linked to the study in another conception thread.

Well I'm definitely an August busser - AF has arrived and is in full force!
Why are our bodies so cruel? Up until last month I always had a 28 day cycle, regular as clockwork. Now I want my body to actually do something and my cycles have gone to pot! Grrrrr.....

New cycle should start 18th July, going to start trying then, Was going to wait til October but I'm far too broody!!

Have one DS age 6.5, pre eclampsia and traumatic delivery then horrendous PND.

Termination for medical reason in 2012, nearly died from complications and haemorrhage afterwards.

So safe to say I'm absolutely bricking it but so excited as have been broody for 6 and a half years!

Bobs 2 weeks!! You poor thing. Least if you get you BFP on this bus you get a good long break from AF.

Thanks cinnamon and MrsGingerbread - I did finally get a call today and I have been told to expect a form to be emailed which I need to send back but nothing yet yes I have no patience

I tried softcups before, I don't really rate them for AF but lovely after DTD as they keep everything up there so no need to worry about the post BD whoosh. Don't be scared as they are quite big but it fits up there fine and pops out easy enough. Didn't work for me but someone on the antenatal thread used them with conceive plus and they worked for her first time, I think she had been trying a little while.

Hetty We were also 'not not trying' for our first, I was also 28 :) the trouble is with not not trying, when you get your BFP it'll knock you over with shock :D

Hello! I got kicked off the July bus today too! Stats are-

LP, age 28, ttc #1, cycle 2, bfp due 9th august.

Not too sure of bfp due date really as cycles normally about 26 days but June/July was 31 days just to mess with my head!
