Chandlers Long cycles suck, I agree. It can get very frustrating watching others some way into their next cycle and you are still on your current one. It does reduce the number of chances we have in a year.

It just means we have to get super smart with our cycles and time it very well. Something I didn't do this cycle Smile

ChandlersFarang · 23/07/2014 08:50

Me too lovely, me too! Fx we both manage to catch that August bus without the doors shutting in our faces, lol!! Grin

JaneyTea · 23/07/2014 09:21

Morning! Can I hop aboard please?

JaneyTea, 33, TTC#1, cycle 3, BFP due 22nd Aug

Pikz · 23/07/2014 09:54

God the TWW is long...another 7 days to go....

kurama · 23/07/2014 10:07

is truly going crazy.... someone slap me please Sad

Pikz · 23/07/2014 10:10

why crazy kurarma?

Aprilray · 23/07/2014 10:16

Morning!

GrandHighWitch you should do it! My DH was very Hmm but no mocking fortunately - I love your thinking re the scan being the good news Smile

I had a very low temp today - 36.27 on CD11, my pre ov temps are normally around the 36.50 mark, don't think it's a pre ov dip as got a low reading on my monitor and don't expect to ov for another week.

Kitty and Chandlers I really feel for you both - I used to have long cycles when I was younger and thought, great, fewer AFs - now every time they go over 28 days I just feel like it is time wasted. I'm sure you will both make the August bus.

Welcome aboard Janey

Pikz you're halfway - hang in there!

MustBeDueSomeBetterFeet · 23/07/2014 10:53

Hi all

Can I join in please?

Mustbeduesomebetterfeet 36, TTC#2, cycle 4, BFP due 14 August

surreybunny - is it the Menopace soy isoflavones you get from Tesco?

MrsBeeBeeBee · 23/07/2014 11:06

Quick wave to say I'm still here and will hopefully be able to do a proper read back later.

Only very faint positive on pregnancy test yesterday so hoping my hormones are nearly back yo normal after mc and I may still be in for a shot at an August testing date! Who knows when that would be though!

Aprilray · 23/07/2014 11:24

Bollocks - DH is very likely to have to travel for work next week slap bang in the middle of ov time. Is it a bit wrong that I am more upset at the prospect of missing a month ttc than the fact he is going to be away...

Welcome Mustbeduesomebetterfeet

Good news re your hormone levels getting back to normal MrsBeeBeeBee!

TheGrandHighWitch · 23/07/2014 11:24

Oh wow ChandlersFarang that price list looks amazingly cheap (once converted as the before figures looks like the cost of treatment here!), just a shame that the cost of flights to Thailand may well be counter-productive to the money saving. Any chance you could smuggle us over there? Grin Any news re ovulation for you?

I may look into it Aprilray but probably not for a while. Just started the 6 weeks holidays here so have both dc home and won't have time to myself for a while now. You are lucky I predicted good news for a scan as I was tempted to say the good news would be the discovery of twins....... Wink

Hows things with you this morning KittyVonCatsington?

Welcome JaneyTea and MustBeDueSomeBetterFeet.

Hope you are ok Kurama and the hip pain isn't troubling you too much. Sad

DTD last night to be on the safe side but my temp has gone down again today so no idea what's going on Sad. Maybe it was a failed ov before and I am going to ovulate soon and this is a pre-ov temp dip possibly. I am on cd18 today and according to fertility friend I did ov on cd18 two cycles ago.

cinnamongreyhound · 23/07/2014 12:09

Got some serious cramps today, can feel like a pin point, almost source of pain, spreading across my tummy. I had this a few times when I had my coil and ended up going to the dr with it. She told me some people get post ovulation pain and it could be me or my coil, clearly me!!

cinnamongreyhound · 23/07/2014 12:10

Oh and hi JaneyTea and MustBeDueSomeBetterFeet!!

Coralcolour · 23/07/2014 13:06

Hello all, welcome to the newbies Smile

Sorry I'm not doing very well with keeping up as this is my first bus and it all moves so quickly (which I don't Grin)

Anyway I'm on day 5 of the provera and getting some really bad period pains already so hopefully it will do the job! Then it will be on to the clomid and officially starting! It looks like we may be away when I should be having my cd21 bloods done, anyone know what's happens in that circumstance?

Thanks

CurlyJay19 · 23/07/2014 14:06

Hiya ladies, may I join the bus too? :)

This is my 2nd cycle TTC naturally. I've had 3 IVF cycles 2013-2014 as DH had a vasectomy; 1st BFP but m/c 6 weeks, 2nd BFP but m/c at 9 weeks, and 3rd BFN. 2 months ago DH had his vasectomy reversed and we are taking a break from IVF and TTC naturally for a few months. I OPK using Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor and tomorrow I'm peak so I presume I ovulate tomorrow and I've had a round of Clomid this cycle too. Going to a checkup today to see how many follies I have. Hopefully we get our BFP soon? :)

My stats are:-

CurlyJay 44, TTC#3, cycle 2

Here's to lots of baby dust to all of us! :D

SurreyBunny · 23/07/2014 14:40

Hi MustBeDueSomeBetterFeet Soy here are the ones I found. I had to go to a very large one so I image the others would be easier to get hold of but they are 40mg per tablet.

SurreyBunny · 23/07/2014 14:43

Is anyone else supposed to be taking part in the Clearblue study? Just received an email saying it is being put on hold 'due to unforseen circumstances' and they are working on it....bit of a bummer.

Wow those Thai prices!!

TheGrandHighWitch · 23/07/2014 14:45

Hi SurreyBunny I have just had the same email. Hoping it gets resolved by the time they need to send my pack out but the fact the study is on hold does not sound good.

JaneyTea · 23/07/2014 14:48

SurreyBunny I have my stuff and was due to start this week, but have told them I can't due to going away next week, (which had slipped my mind when I agreed to do it, whooops!). Am intrigued why it's been put on hold.

BitchPeas · 23/07/2014 15:07

Hi all newbies Smile

I'm terrible at keeping up on these threads! I'm on CD 11 should be ovulating on Saturday DTD everyday so far apart from yesterday so Fx something will happen! I'm not using opks and trying not to symptom spot as I get a bit obsessive at the best of times let alone the stress of ttc but I am full of rage today! Everything and everyone's annoying me and I want to throw a massive toddler style strop Blush but I can't! Is this a symptom of ovulation? Or am I due a nap? Grin

Wow chandler those prices look amazing, Fx it works out for you!

It's not bad to feel that April I'd feel the same.

Hope this week flys by for you pikz

Hope you are feeling better Treacle and sorry you are feeling low kumara

Fx for us all to be on the April antenatal thread!

JaneyTea · 23/07/2014 15:57

BitchPeas Smile I'm blaming the heat for my toddler-style grizzles today. Too hot!

KittyVonCatsington · 23/07/2014 16:47

April It's tough when DH are away during the fertile days. My DH went away sailing during April (no pun intended) so that was a write off. DTD before he goes and when he comes back and you will be in with a chance xx

Sorry about the pains cinnamon-it can be very hard trying to get on with life when nature is being so "in your face"!!!

Hi Curly you have been through so much. You are obviously very courageous and will be a wonderful mummy-I really hope that you get your BFP with us!

Verrrry strange about the ClearBlue trial. What will happen to all the pots of piss in fridges around the country???!!!!! Grin

Hope you ovulate soon BitchPeas really don't feel comfortable shortening your name to Bitch Hee Hee Hormones have a lot to answer for...

CD41 for me and still no AF. But that's okay. Saw my Reflexologist today and feel so much better. I just have to trust my body knows what it is doing and my time will come!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 23/07/2014 16:50

Oh lord above I've got loads and loads of ewcm! Surely I must have oved by now! Last cycle was 28 days. Cd20 today. Got quite achy left side in a stabby ovary way! Your thoughts ladies? Appreciated as always Wink

Treaclepie19 · 23/07/2014 16:52

Hi all :) Will read back properly in a minute.
Been out all day at a friends so I am a sunburnt mess. On top of my thrush I feel very uncomfortable!

Glad you're feeling a bit better today kitty :)

Cd15 for me today. Since the mc my cycles have actually been shorter, only 26/27 days.
Sorry ladies with longer cycles, I'm not rubbing it in!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 23/07/2014 17:00

Oh treacle not thrush too! Paint yourself in live yogurt and lay on the bed with a fan, while downing probiotics like they're going out of fashion! Wink
