MrsMcJnr · 11/09/2006 09:25

Good Morning ladies >

I have caught up with the thread now. Hello all and especially to Snaz the newbie, welcome to the most friendly place on the net!

Babymad - firstly, I am so sorry that we will meet again on the Oct thread for all the right reasons but I shall also enjoy your company .

Hello Desperate - pmsl at your DH and the Fertility Monitor message! Sorry you and Babymad couldn't see the photos, very odd. They are on www.weddingspain.com under recent weddings, Ian and Amanda.

Hello Andi, EWCM looking good for you

Hey Pinkranger - good luck with the pre-seed, I used it once last cycle and DH didn't even know about it

Hello NattyandThomas - thank you for your kind wishes for me! Hope the job is going ok.

Hi Angsthase - I am drying out now too, feel like a jar of pickled onions this morning

Right, I have collected my EPO, cough mixture, grapefruit juice, green tea, OPKs, pre-seed and thermometer bundled them in my bag and I'm now off to pastures new .

I really hope that you all have a positive September and I look forward to reading all about your BFP. Baby dust to all!

Angsthase · 11/09/2006 09:33

Hi Girls,

welcome SNAZ

CD21 for me. I don't know what I hate more the 2WW, or the lead up to OV.

Expect to know by Monday whether AF is on her way.

Good luck Andi and Desp2bm.

MrsMcJnr · 11/09/2006 09:40

Andi - just read your lovely engagement news, congratulations! It is such an exciting time, enjoy every minute and keep that happy, happy feeling for as long as you can

melrose · 11/09/2006 10:45

I am still around, CD 29 for me (Cycle is usually around 35 days) so still waiting, do not feel pg though so think I will be joining Oct thread soon. Also feeling very guilty as went to friends this weekend and drank farr too much on Sat night, so if I am pg I am going to be feeling very bad about that. Think I will lay off the wine now till next weekend, just in case.

MrsMcJnr · 11/09/2006 10:57

Hey Melrose, don't worry, read somewhere that there is no shared blood supply until 10 days after implantation anyway, hope that helps ease the guilt

Babymad4num3 · 11/09/2006 12:25

Blood test 1: CD21 blood test yes I'm OVing, yippppppeeeeeee!!
Blood test 2: Blood test for PCOS, nothing to suggests I have it but most of the time you need to have a scan to rule it out completely he said !

Now: Going for:
Scan and/pr x-ray to check tubes are clear or not!
Scan and/or x-ray to check for PCOS!
DH sperm test !

All moving forward which I'm really pleased about. Told DH to go for his sperm test other wise there no point to all this so he's making an appointment and I've told the woman he works with in his office to make sure he dose make the appointment LOL!

Desperate2bmum and andi0411 thanks, how are you doing today!?

And how is every one!?

OP posts:
Angsthase · 11/09/2006 12:32

In a word: BORED!!!

Hate my job, bored waiting the 2WW and can't even drink to compensate for either point LOL!!!

Glad things are moving forward for you Babymad. At least there's something happening for you

Babymad4num3 · 11/09/2006 12:35

Angsthase Thanks, yes moving forward, maybe each month it's just acase of hit and miss but i'll get there!! Hope to get it all sorted very soon, so now hoping for a PG x-mas! Just staying really pos!!

OP posts:
Angsthase · 11/09/2006 12:40

Really want to be pg before Dec, as my due date was Dec 5th and would be extremely if it passed without something positive happening.

Oh well, cons appt in Oct to start IUI I think if it hasn't happened naturally by then.

Here's hoping neither of us is here in 2007 (in the best sense!)

Babymad4num3 · 11/09/2006 12:55

Yes that would be fab, how long have you been TTC and have you any other children?
We have 2DS, I worship the ground they walk on, I live for them and DH, DH feels the same way! We sat down and talked about having our 3rd when DS#2 was just 12mths old, we decided to wait till DS#2 started school, we started TTC June 2005, been TTC now for 15 long months, it's so fustigating since our 2 DS were happy accidents, DS#2 was one day when we didn't use contraception, ONE day that cycle! But it'll happen soon i just know it will!

OP posts:
melrose · 11/09/2006 13:32

Thanks Mrs McJnr, very re-assuring, has to be said that last ytime I was at a wedding 3 days before BNP and not exactly sober!

Angsthase · 11/09/2006 13:44

Coming up for my 2 year anniversary of TTC with one m.c. in May.

Don't know whether it's better to stay positive or expect it not to happen. The disappointment is then is easier to deal with.

Oh well, 7 more days to wait either way.

MrsMJ - wish you hadn't told me that I can feel my resolve slipping

MrsMcJnr · 11/09/2006 14:43

Hey Angsthase - thinking about you over the next 7 days and willing you to steer clear of the bottle. There is a bar next to my office and I have just heard them empty hundreds of bottles - sounded a bit like me at the bottle bank after the party at the weekend!!

Angsthase · 11/09/2006 15:01

It's ok MrsMJ, will be strong for both of us . Just feel a little less guilty about my little lapses at the w/e. But am determined to give my body a rest from the booze at least during the 2WW. We'll see what happens after that!

Did some of those bottles have your name on them??

MrsMcJnr · 11/09/2006 15:14

Absolutely not, I get much more for my money when I drink at home .

andi0411 · 11/09/2006 15:20

Afternoon ladies-
Just caught up on the thread- it moves sooo fast doesn't it?

D2bemum- I have had that talk with other half too- about the need to bed as required if we're going to do this properly. He has quite a ..aherm..high sex drive but i explained we do need to be a little more scientific without making it less fun etc and he's agreed.

MrsMc- so sorry your af has arrived...it's enough to turn a girl to the drink isn't it? oh and thanks so much for the good wishes about my engaggement- i am happier about it than i ever thought i could be

Angsth- the 2ww is the worst- so tedious and boring and filled with 'symptoms' and worry- good luck!! I,m cd13 today- so I'll be entering that time very soon...

Babymad- thanks for sharing the details of your appointment- i am going for mine in Oct and although I went for one earlier this year- i fell pg straight after so had forgot what to expect- good luck- keep us informed!!

hi Melrose- it's not over yet my dear!!!
xx
