Thanks Barking. It was supposed to be today, but a 24 weeker was born who needed our NICU cot, so the next possibility is Wednesday, again dependent upon cot availability.

Not yet erica! Just called the clinic and it's still 200+. 3.5 weeks now since the bleeding started .
It's still going down, and I'm still passing occasional clotty bits, so I'm not overly worried, just pissed off it's not over. I'm going on holiday on Saturday and I'll be away for 3 weeks, could have done without this still hanging over me! (they wanted me in for another blood test but I told them I couldn't come in for another 4 weeks - I'm going to have to go to the hospital yet again on the morning of my first day at my new job )

Thanks ladies. Postponed again. We were on our way in when we got the call to say there was no cot. I'm not sleeping and my nerves are completely frayed.

I'm reading a book at the moment about the mind body fertility connection and they bang on about it constantly, tapping into your subconscious in order to make it possible for you to relax when your mind is otherwise going haywire. Some things are just too much for you to cope with without support.

Well Hags, I think I'm suffering from a bout of the ole' menkul. I'm 15+4 (or thereabouts) and last week I had a definite little bump, which was greatly comforting and kinda funny. But it's vanished this week and I just don't feel diffed. My weight has stayed the same this last week instead of creeping up by a lb a week or so, as it had been, and I'm able to get into my jeans again. WTF? A friend told me she bought a doppler for this time in between scans...I'm seriously tempted. But MG thinks it would add to my menkul instead of ease it. Am just trying to get through until my 16 week check up next week, where I hope I'll get to listen to the heartbeat. Any PESH know if they do that at the 16 wk appt?

Yo Hags just after a little advice from the IVFers among us if you please. The hospital have been in touch to firm up dates. I need to stop my HRT mid August, the day before I head off for a work trip and I'm due in for a scan to check for inactivity the day after I get back in early Sept.

I am to have the start line in sight but a teeny bit nervous about being plunged into the hormonal desert while I'm away. Any sage words or coping strategies you can offer would be vv welcome. That aside, fookin hurrah!! This is really real :)
