Katy I have just looked and I can see a line on yours. Do it again in the morning to check but it looks like a line to me- have seen ones like this that other people have posted that were positives.

Apart from almost fainting and crying and shaking for about half an hour! I haven't showed much excitement yet. Think DH bit worried that I am not as happy as he is. I will be- just overwhelmed. Can't believe it. Am wondering if I should do another one but it says over 99% positive.
Need bit of time to take it in I think. What do we do now? Watch Britain's Got Talent? Get a takeaway?

Thanks everyone. DH reading these with me - says thank you for being so nice. At the same time is going through takeaway menu telling me what he thinks I shouldn't have!
Is going to offie as well to get himself some beers.
Have had to tell him he can't tell anyone yet or he would be telling the man in the takeaway and the offie and whoever he bumps into on the way.

Have started to feel a bit more myself rather than tearful, shakey heap. The power of Yorkshire Tea!

Took another cheapie an hour ago and can't see anything on it. Boo! Can't believe this is the 2nd time it's happened to me!!

I knew this would happen- DH now on his ipad and has worked out due date 14 th January 2015- and says I am 4 weeks according to his calculations. Apparently, 'it' is too small to be seen and is called a blastocyte and is busy burrowing into me. By next week it will look a bit like a 'daddy long - legs sort-of without the wings', and the week after like a 'stunted seahorse' (DH's description)
He has discovered shagging is fine and says he thinks we should do it as much as we can because we'll be too knackered once 'it' is here. Has told me I can expect 'hormonal surges' to make me 'even more up for it' at various stages.
I am going in the other room to watch Eurovision and chat on Mnet. And I just know he will follow me to tell me bits of useless info.

Aw he's excited! Yeah it is too early - I'm an idiot. Wish I hadn't done it now. Will do a cheapie first thing in the morning and then will leave it for af I think. Getting negatives is so depressing especially after you can see some sort of a line.

It did look like a line. Try and wait after tomorrow. According to DH, who now considers himself something of an expert, it's only when AF is due that pregnancy hormone levels really rise and show in test. Professor Knowall.
I know he's excited and it seems sweet at the moment. But he will be like this forever now, at every stage and age until it is 40 probably.

Kitkat, it is very rare to get a false positive but very common to get a false negative maybe you have drank more than before the previous test and your wee is more dilute? Try with fmu and let us know!

I second that - lulu you're really lucky to have such an enthusiastic DH! Mine doesn't really mention it unless I start the convo. It was so funny earlier, I realised that when I get home tomorrow it will have been so long without dtd that he'll probably have a backlog of 'expired' sperm - so I suggested via text that he - erm - 'release' some!! Then I realised that it was a really weird thing to say in a text (or by any medium really!)
